Sofia Risberg, Ph.D. is a former historian who started learning BodyTalk in 2020. After taking courses, she has been intuitively guided to use that modality as a basis to work primarily with animals to help them find assistance with anxiety, trauma, ancestral patterns, and other issues that affect them.

Sofia’s been on a deep spiritual journey since 2009 when her father died (including adopting her spiritual name), to uncover the programs and beliefs that she took on that kept her from knowing and embodying her divinity (which we all carry within us). When she’s not helping animals, she dives deep into nutrition, and explores frequency devices, supplements, and ways to support her body to allow her connection to consciousness to flow more fluidly through her.

Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hi Sophia.
Welcome to the QuantumAlchemist Master Podcast.
It's a pleasure to have youhere.
I'm very, very excited to bespeaking with you and hearing
more about you, your story, howyou got to where you are and to
the beautiful gifts that you'recurrently sharing.
So start wherever you.
Please Take the floor.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Thank you.
Well, you know you and I weretalking a little bit before you
started recording and you know, one of the things I've been
guided to and the word that'scome through me a lot that I
haven't mentioned yet isuntethered, and I remember
reading Michael Sanger's book afew years ago.
The Untethered Soul Didn't likethat book as much as his other

(00:44):
book of how that actuallyoccurred like.
So there's the.
These are all the things I'velearned, and then this is what
the process I went through tolearn them, and so the process
he went through is actually whatI'm going through right now.
And I mentioned, um, that I'verecently moved out of a place

(01:06):
that I lived in for 10 monthsand it's being sold and it's
fine.
But before I moved, I was guidedto look at house sitting and
that brought up a lot of fear.
And I looked into apartmentsand my higher self said you are
lowering your frequency when youlook for that.

(01:27):
Don't look for apartments, because that's my comfort zone.
I want to settle, I want tosnuggle, that's my nature.
I love having big kitchens, Ilove doing the home thing.
That's the big thing for me.
And so what I am doing is I'mtraveling around the state of
Oregon for the next two months, spreading my light in different

(01:48):
areas, and I had to confront thefear of homelessness and it's
an illusion, and I didn't knowhow deep it was in me Because
I've never been homeless, but itwas there and I sat with it.
I'm like, oh, this is a realfear.
And I'm like, well, wait aminute, I'm living in other

(02:11):
people's homes while they're nothere.
It's my home.
I have everything I need eitherin storage or in my car.
There's nothing wrong my car, there's nothing wrong.
So I'm spreading light and andallowing me to connect with all.

(02:39):
So my whole business and I'llsay my business in a minute is a
word of mouth.
I get to sit in people's housesand work on their animals.
There's no more ground levelword of mouth than that.
And what I do is I'm a petintuitive.
Well, among the many things Iam, because I'm way more than
this, but what I'm called to dois I work with animals

(03:01):
intuitively.
I'm a pet intuitive and I doenergy healing and I absolutely
love what I do.
So now I get to spread thataround the state of Oregon and
I'm going to be staying at twofarms.
So I love working with farmanimals, and you know dogs and
cats, hopefully a horse or cowor something.

(03:23):
I would love to do that, because that just brings me joy.
So, yeah, it's expansion on alevel that I haven't surrendered
to before, so I'm excited.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
I want to touch on that First of all.
I'm very excited for youbecause I only see infinite
possibilities.
That's the only thing I see.
That's it.
I think you're going to have somany wonderful experiences,
going to be in touch with somany beautiful people, and who
knows what's going to come outof it right?
Most definitely referrals, which is always good.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
And you get to explore different things, so you
definitely have to be at acertain level of heart openness
to accept such surrender.
Yeah, I really do believe that,oh yeah.
Because for someone else youhave the opposite polarity,
right.
You could spiral down and downthe rabbit hole and just find no

(04:20):
way out, right?
So the other thing youmentioned is right now you have
today, right this minute, as weare speaking, you have all the
resources that you need.
You have water, you haveshelter, you have all your basic
needs met.
And, speaking from personalexperience, we worry all the

(04:41):
time and I come from from Cuba, from a very, very poor family,
extremely poor, okay.
So, coming from a lot of flackoh, there's Angel in the
background coming in for alittle participation.
So, coming from that, I see,you know, see the fear and I can

(05:08):
see how it could be completelydisheartening to look at it from
that lens.
But because of all the workwe've done, we have a different
lens, we have a differentperception.
Same situation, just adifferent perception.
I look at it with infinitepossibilities, infinite
opportunities and god's will, toa certain extent, if it makes

(05:32):
any sense, god's universe,whatever I'm just like okay, I'm
right here where you need me,got it, I'll do my best.
This is it's so it's so.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
when, um, when 2020 came around, I was guided to do
um a tune in and find out whatthe decade was going to be for
me.
The only thing I remember is medrawing a stick figure of me
jumping off cliffs, and everyevery time I was given a cliff,
the cliff would be higher andthe landing would be softer, so

(06:08):
it's just like a spiritualexpansion.
And so this is like anincredible expansion, because
I'm only bringing what I need, and I'm actually beginning to
pare that down even more becauseI'm seeing what I need versus
what I thought I needed.
I love that what I need versuswhat I thought I needed.

(06:28):
I love that and it's and Iwould love I don't even know if
this exists, but somebody tolike come into the storage units
and sell everything and give me30% of whatever it is because,
like, I don't even want thestorage units anymore.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
My.
God you might just havesomething amazing in your hands
you might want to look into thatI don't know.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
Yeah, I don't know what it is.
I'm like calling it out fromthe universe Please bring me
that person because, like Idon't need, it really is like
the shocking awareness is Idon't need that much, I have
everything.
I am everything, I need.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Wait, let's pause, let's pause.
You are everything I need.
Wait, let's pause, let's pause.
You are everything you need.
I could literally end thepodcast.
I'm not, but I think that is sopowerful.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
That literally came through me.
I felt that I'm feeling into itand it's like do I actually
need?
What do I like?
There's a big differencebetween what I need like and
what I need.
What I like is comfort.
I like having all mysupplements and all the foods I
like, and I like being able tomake sourdough every week.

(07:39):
Do I need that?
No, I don't.
I know how to make sourdough.
I can make it anytime I want,but like I don't need it.
Yeah, what do you know?

Speaker 1 (07:52):
to me because I look at our limited perception here
as humans, so so limited to acertain extent.
So I, I, I, I think of ussometimes including myself, of
course as kids having tantrums.
I want this, I want it now, right, and this is how I want it

(08:15):
.
Yeah, um, and it's notnecessarily what we need for our
growth and our expansion.
So I think you have to have acertain level of spiritual
maturity to be okay, um, withwhat is yeah which can be

(08:36):
disheartening at times, especially if you have an
illness or if you're goingthrough divorce or or loss of
household in a sense, yeah right, or loss of comfort zone right.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
I think for me it has been more of a comfort zone,
but I have all my comforts.
I mean, I have my pillows, likeI just like you know what I
mean.
It's like this is a silly thing, but like I don't need to have
the perfect bed.
I have the perfect pillows.
So what, you know what I mean.
It's like, do I really need theperfect bed?
No, because pillows I'm like, they're my.

(09:13):
This is like a whole otherlevel.
So so you know how objects haveenergy.
My pillows are my friends.
It's a weird thing to say, butthey are.
They're down, you know, they'regoose down pillows and so they
carry the energy of the geeseand I feel that and I know

(09:36):
they're taking care of me.
And it's a trippy thing tothink about, Because we're so I
love it.
I don't-.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
You know.
So, to touch on that.
For those that are listeningthat feel this is too, because
we're so, I love it.
I don't, you know.
So, to touch on that.
For those that are listeningthat feel this is too woo-woo or
too out there, which is okay, that's okay.
We all listen, we all have ourjourneys, we all have our level
of awareness and consciousnessand lens of perception to not
even like start.
So, wherever you are, it's fine.

(10:04):
You agree to disagree, it'scool too.
We love that, we welcome that.
But just to your point, I'llmention the book Zero Limits.
The person there speaks about, when they're giving conferences,
going into the room andspeaking to the room, asking
permission to the room, askingthe room if it needs anything

(10:27):
and asking for permission to useit.
So a lot of the times webelieve that matter is not alive
or doesn't have any level ofawareness or consciousness at
all.
Just because we can't perceiveit with our extremely limited
five senses doesn't mean it'snot there.
Like the whistle of the dogjust because we can't hear it

(10:49):
doesn't mean the dog can't hearit.
And same thing with colors andeverything else.
So, to your point, everythingis energy, including us.
So absolutely yes, I want tospeak more about your work, or
your passion, or your purpose oryour mission, because I don't
know.
To me it's all just one of theabove.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
So, I recently.
Sure, first.
First, I want to share becausehe's a purpose.
So I remember a few years ago Ilooked at the gene keys and I
saw this whole mosaic of me'sand you know, the lower to the
higher.
And my purpose and I'm amusedbeyond description is presence,

(11:35):
because presence has been thehardest thing I have ever tried
to be to be, because I gavemyself all of these programs to
uncover so I could be morepresent.
And I'm grateful to say thatI'm more present than I ever

(11:56):
have been and I give myself anopportunity to be more present
every day.
So that's my purpose and thegreater purpose from that and it
is the purpose is to fullyembody my Christ consciousness,
which we all get to, and thatwill bring the presence and it
will bring.
I mean, this is all tiedtogether.
My passion is to help animals, not have to deal with just

(12:24):
veterinarians for anxiety andtrauma.
Even I had a sheep I workedwith a couple months ago from
England and it was all remote, Ididn't even have a picture of
her.
She tuned into my energy beforeI tuned into hers and the vet
was going to put her downbecause she was lame.

(12:44):
And the vet was going to puther down because she was lame.
She had in her right elbowright side is masculine
heartache in her elbow.
That's where it's stored, thisheartache.
It's interesting, it's part ofChinese medicine, it's part of
meridians, it's consciousness,it's a whole bunch of things
using the system I use, and sowe deactivated that.

(13:05):
We found out subsequently thather brother had died and he was
the pack leader of the sheep.
I didn't know sheep had packleaders, but they do.
And within a week she waswalking again.
So you know when the vet andthere's no disparaging of
Western medicine.

(13:25):
Western medicine has a verystrong purpose in some realms.
Eastern medicine has strongpurpose.
Quantum physics has even agreater purpose.
Um, and vets know what theyknow.
They don't know what they don'tknow.
There is a whole realm ofpossibilities that are outside

(13:46):
the field of that type oftraining.
And for me to be able to offerany animal that comes into my
field the ability to receivebecause I have to ask permission
with everything else deephealing, it makes me giddy.
I'm like a kid in a candy shop.

(14:08):
I'm like that just happened.
Oh, my God, that happened, andI get so excited because I know
it works.
But when I hear that theanimals received it.
That just geeks me out.
I get so excited about itbecause that animal doesn't have
to deal with anxiety anymore, they don't have to deal with
trauma anymore.
They don't have ancestral stuffanymore.

(14:29):
If they ask, you know it allcomes through in consciousness
through me and I channel it andrecord it and I love what comes
through because I know thesystem.
I don't know the being I'mworking with, so they know that
I can tune into the system andthey tell me what they need

(14:51):
through that system and it'salways a surprise in the best
possible way, it's beautiful.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
Thank you, I love that gift.
It's just so, so beautiful.
I definitely do believe that weneed more of that.
I think if each veterinaryclinic had someone do what you
do as a compliment to what theyhave in place, that would
facilitate a lot of things Tothat extent.

(15:22):
Have you ever thought, or doyou certify people to do what
you do?
Because if we recreate many ofyou, then that would be
available throughout the world.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
Right?
Well, there is a system that'salready in place it's called the
International Body Talk System, and that's the basis of what I
use.
Okay, and there are courses forthat, and I am so grateful for
that.
I use that as a basis.
I don't use the system, theprotocols that they use, because
I was guided.

(15:56):
I don't need to guided, I don'tneed to.
And then, as I'm learning morethings, the things are coming
through like I'm learning theChinese five elements in the
meridians right now.
As I'm learning them, thingsare coming up in sessions like
I'm getting humans and animalsthat are coming in that need
something support with one oftheir meridians that I didn't

(16:17):
know about two weeks ago.
So it's really fascinating tosee like, oh, as I'm learning
more and more things arebecoming accessible to me to
assist with.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
Beautiful.
So I want to, I want to breakthat down a little bit.
I did have a session.
Well, first, the first thing Iwant to say is that every
facilitator is different.
So, whether there is a, forexample, part of the zebra

(16:51):
method that I teach in there, Icertify you with Akashic records
, right, but my method, ofcourse, is completely different
from the original or from youknow whatever, and everybody has
different prayers.
Some people use meditation, andit varies's different ways to
to do it.
Um, not that you have to, but, just as a thought, your teaching
would be completely differentif somebody were to work with

(17:13):
you and be certified by you.
Uh, in general, because I, Iwould suggest anything?

Speaker 2 (17:19):
I would suggest they take the first two courses Cool.
Thanks for saying that?
Yeah, because, because learningactually is it two or three
courses.
So I took fundamentals one.
I took five classes, but I'lljust show the ones that are
relevant Body talk, fundamentalsone and two, so you get to

(17:40):
actually get the basics.
And then there's an interimthing that's in between that and
Body Talk 3, which isconsciousness, and it's just
opening you up to thepossibility of consciousness.
And once you actually take theconsciousness class, then you
get the big chart and then I getkicked out of the nest and I

(18:03):
memorize that chart, becauseonce you memorize it you don't
have to rely upon it and it justcomes through the session.
And so that's what I've beendoing with the meridians.
I've been memorizing themeridian points so that when I
feel something like, let's say, your spleen, because you love
eating sugar and you have animbalance of self-love, while
there's a point on in betweenyour knee and four fingers down

(18:26):
on the inside, that's yourspleen, and you just press that
like for five seconds off, fiveseconds.
Do that five times, five timesa day.
It's really, really it's.
It's a minor thing, but it ithelps balance your body.
Um, I also use a Healy frequency, um, and that's fun because

(18:48):
it'll just read like I'll put apicture in of the human or the
person I'm working with.
It will scan that person'senergy and provide what that
person needs, or the animalneeds.
Yeah, Remotely.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
So so you first thing , you work remotely and you
mentioned, we know you work withanimals, but you now mentioned
people.
So how is that?
You also work with people.
Well, it's, it's it's the samefor one type of like how does
that work?

Speaker 2 (19:16):
Okay, well the easiest way to answer is animals
receive it quicker.
Um, I received body talksessions on and off for about
eight years.
I had a lot of stuff to moveanimals.
I do one session and usually Imean the sheep was an exception
because she was so lame, butthen she had a lot of heartbreak

(19:37):
um, usually maybe two days andthe animals fully integrated it
because they don't.
They don't carry as much.
I mean, if it's, I rarely havemore than two or three sessions
with an animal.
With humans I can go for yearswe're a work in progress.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
We're a work in progress.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
Well, we're a work in progress.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
Well, we have more stuff in our subconscious and
unconscious, so yeah, Do youever do a session where you
would do the animal and theperson?

Speaker 2 (20:09):
Like an owner Not at the same time, okay, because I
want to honor each individual, but I do have.
I do offer human and animalsessions as a package, like this
dog that I'm living with now.
He is a love.
He's a love.
He has a food scarcity, massiveanxiety, and he gets jealous of

(20:36):
the cats to the point where, ifI say hi to the cat, he'll walk
in between me and the cat.
He gets jealous of the cats tothe point where if I say hi to
the cat, he'll walk in betweenme and the cat.
Part of that's him, part ofit's not.
So if I do a session with thehuman, I can help support the
animal to clear out that.
So the animal doesn't feel theneed to take that energy on

(20:58):
anymore, because animals have anagreement that they're trying
to break out of of beingcodependent and taking on all of
the energy of the human.
Wow, the younger ones don't,the ones that are two years and
younger don't, but the olderones do because, as you know,
the frequency and consciousnesshas shifted.

(21:20):
It's like little children rightnow.
There's a different frequencywith them, same with the animals
, but the older ones still havethe old programs and they don't
want them anymore and they don'tknow how to stop taking on the
emotions of the human.
They just don't know how to doit, and so if I can assist that

(21:41):
and then help the human with asession and then bring in
awareness, that's awesome,because then the animal doesn't
feel as obligated to take onthat anxiety or that trauma that
the human doesn't want to lookat.

Speaker 1 (21:59):
Wow, that's very powerful.
I'm sure a lot of peoplelistening to this including
myself, just never.
I mean, we perceive, as we haveso much in our plate, right,
usually the least thing in ourmind is worrying about how our
pet is doing or how they'refeeling, like I mean, are they

(22:21):
eating, drinking and pooping?
They're good to go, right, um.
So just bringing awarenessagain, um, to this shifts
everything.
I did have a session once, um,with an animal communicator and
it was.
I loved it, it was very healingfor me, it was for him, but I

(22:49):
could see that it felt all forme, honestly, like I, I just I
cried, I, I felt something shiftin our relationship.
So this is something that, ifyou've never tried it, if you're
not open to it, if you think,oh my God, what are they talking

(23:10):
about?
This sounds so weird, you wouldbe given, or at least from my
experience, you would just knowthat it's true.
From my experience, you wouldjust know that it's true, that
there's truth to this, becausethe information that came

(23:31):
through was very personalized, like there's no way she could
have known specifics as tocertain things and certain
keywords.
Like, when we started talking, you mentioned awareness,
awareness, awareness.
I'm like okay, I got it talking.
You mentioned awareness,awareness, awareness.
I'm like okay, I got it.
There's certain key things thatyou're like okay, you know,

(23:51):
this is specifically for you, soit was very, very, very
beautiful and changing.
So I highly highly recommend it.
I have not had one with you sowe have to do it.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
Yeah Well, and the cool thing is because I, when I
go into session, I don't explainanything, it just comes through
.
So I have a video that I didexplaining terms, because when I
say something like somethingcomes in.
Often when there's somethingthat's really out of alignment,
it's called a complete repair,rehabilitation, re-optimization,

(24:21):
which means it's getting a fullDNA upgrade.
I say it's a complete repair,rehab, reoptimization.
I'm not conscious of me sayingthat because I'm in session and
so I thought having a littleexplanation video might be a
good thing, because I don'tcatch it and I know that there

(24:43):
are things that I remember whenI received sessions.
I was like what the hell doesthat mean?
And how do you?
What is tapping cortices?
And wow, how am I like theproxy for the animal?
How does that work?
So I was like, okay, I'm justgoing to explain all this in a
video, so I don't need to stopmyself when I'm in session,
because that's too confusing.

(25:03):
Then I go back into my leftbrain and then it's, it's just
too confusing.
I'd rather just beright-brained.
So Beautiful.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
Usually how long are the sessions?

Speaker 2 (25:13):
They're usually about 20, 25 minutes.
Oh cool, it's not too long andtypically it's for animals
listen once, unless it's reallysevere, and then just follow the
guidance.
That's at the end, and I'llwrite out the guidance too, so
you know what's going on and Ihave an intake form with so I
can look at the picture, eventhough apparently I don't need

(25:35):
it anymore.
It's my comfort zone.
My comfort zone is I want tosee a picture and, yeah, there's
.
Sometimes there's nutritionguidance, sometimes there's,
like you know, for humansthere's always grounding, like
just go barefoot on the groundfor half hour a day.
If you don't have time for that, do it in an hour.
Yeah, because like.

(25:57):
I know when I don't ground everyday.

Speaker 1 (25:59):
I'm not.
I like that.
Yep.
That sounds like a good recipe.

Speaker 2 (26:02):
Yeah, because I know when I don't ground every day, I
can't really sleep as well, andI don't know where it is.
I have a grounding padsomewhere that I used to sleep
with when I was in PortlandMaine, oregon, maine, oregon.
I lived in Portland Maine, oregon, maine, Oregon.
I lived in Portland Maine too,but in Portland Oregon I was

(26:23):
living on the 11th floor of abuilding and I had so much
trouble sleeping that I got agrounding pad and then I could
sleep.

Speaker 1 (26:30):
So Beautiful, yeah, so one of the things that I
things that I I've been wantingto do um is going to cuddle with
horses, which is so and then mywife is like I don't think

(26:52):
there's a place in Miami whereyou can go cuddle with horses.
I said, well, don't worry, I'llfind a horse and we'll see.
Yeah, so tell me about yourexperience with horses in
particular, like, because to meI mean all animals, of course I
love horses have their ownmedicine, but there has been a

(27:14):
lot of research, especially withhorses and autism.

Speaker 2 (27:19):
Yeah, so horses?
The first horse I worked on wasin Belize and his buddy got a
virus and died.
He contracted the virus.
I did a session.
He was better the next day.
I was like I don't even knowhow this happens.
The second horse I worked with Imet in person and I put my hand

(27:44):
on her and literally energyflew through me, into her.
I went so fast I couldn't evenhear it and I just stood there
for like 10 minutes becauseshe's flying through.
Whatever she needed was justflying through me and I just a
conduit and and when we got doneshe did a full body shake and

(28:05):
the farrier that I was you knowthat asked me to work on her
said oh, that was a fly.
No, a fly is like that, that'sa fly.
That's not a little full bodyshake.
But he didn't have theawareness to know that she was
energy.
Horses are fabulous to workwith because they receive energy

(28:27):
purely and if you do aheart-mouth breath before you
connect with a horse, it's awhole different level.
It's a whole different levelbecause they feel your heartbeat
, they feel you on a veryprofound level.
I understand if cows aren't asdumbed down as they are with the
vaccinations and theantibiotics and everything.

(28:48):
They're very sentient beings.
I really want to work with acow.

Speaker 1 (28:54):
Beautiful it shall be .
Yeah, yeah, the universe willmake that happen for sure.
Very cool.
Do you also work withinstitutions, like maybe
somebody that has a farm oranything?
I don't know, I haven't yet.

Speaker 2 (29:12):
I haven't yet, but I actually met a beautiful soul a
couple weeks ago who is acommunity developer banker and
he heard me talk at a networkingevent.
He lit up and said I want youto go to 4-h clubs, I want you
to go.
I missed the county fair, Idon't know how it was the state

(29:34):
fair, I missed it.
But, um, he said you're goingto come to meetings with me and
I'm going to introduce you topeople because you need to do
this work.
And I'm like, wow, I mean he'sa, he was a beautiful brother
anyways.
But like he lit up and just Imean it was like amazing.
It was like I was supposed tomeet him because he was supposed

(29:56):
to connect me with some peopleand I've never seen it that
clearly before.
So it was really magical.
I've gone to I haven't gonephysically into yet, but I've
reached out to Oregon StateUniversity because I have the
School of Veterinary and I'vesaid, hey, I'm here as a

(30:17):
resource and nobody wasinterested.
I'm here as a resource andnobody was interested.
So it's and I've gone intoveterinary clinics and there's a
little bit ego involved andit's like I'm not trying to take
your clients away, I'm tryingto help the animals.
It has nothing to do other thanI don't want animals on

(30:39):
medication when they don't needit.

Speaker 1 (30:43):
No, we're all learning to, to work with our
ego, kind of sit in the co-pilot.
Yeah, and it's a daily work.
Yes, it is yeah, it's a dailywork.
Yes, it is yeah.
So it's sad to hear that, but Iknow it takes time.

(31:07):
I know it's a whole process.
Yeah, it is For our currentreality, to kind of move past
this current timeline.

Speaker 2 (31:22):
And it's the process of evolution.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
It's going to take some time, yeah, but it is very
disheartening because I feellike we could be going.
You know what my higherconsciousness would say it's
perfect as it is.
I would like it to be faster.
Um you know, just because it'sso disheartening um to see so

(31:45):
much pain and suffering and allthese things.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
Um, but looking at it from a higher perspective is
all part of the process.

Speaker 2 (31:54):
I know, I know.

Speaker 1 (31:56):
Um, so if anybody wants to reach out to you for
any of your services, theeasiest way to find me is on
healme slash.

Speaker 2 (32:09):
Sophia S-O-F-I-A.
Dash the little dash.
Reisberg R-I-S-B-E-R-G.

Speaker 1 (32:17):
Don't worry, if you didn't get that, we're going to
put it on the description below.
I mess up your last name allthe time, so don't worry.
We're going to put it there andwe'll add any other information
that you've sent me already inthe descriptions.
Is there any last messages oranything else that you feel

(32:40):
called to share?

Speaker 2 (32:42):
Okay, this is going to be radical.

Speaker 1 (32:45):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
I love this.
So, there is a Hawaiian wordcalled kahu.
Kahu means steward, belovedattendant.
It's directed towards yourrelationship with your animal.
We have taken our animals forgranted, right, and there's

(33:14):
nothing wrong with that, becausethat's where our consciousness
has been.
But what would it feel like ifyou actually acknowledge your
four-legged or a winged one orfinned one, made eye contact
with them and even did somethingas simple as saying om, that

(33:37):
beautiful dog that I'm watching.
I said, said oh, last night, and at first he was like and
they went, and then he juststarted getting excited and I
was like this is so cool becausethey know what that freight,
they know that energy.

Speaker 1 (33:49):
I'm going to go do it after we're done.

Speaker 2 (33:51):
Yeah, it's so cool.
You can ask, you know, you canstart asking your like.
Just be more like present withyour animal.
That's number one.
Number two if you want to startasking questions with your
animal, ask your heart what ayes feels like and what a no
feels like, and if you slow downenough you can feel it in your
body.
Then you can be the proxybecause you're connected with

(34:15):
the animal energetically to askwhat you know.
Yes, I want to go out Now.
I mean you can probably tell ifit needs to go out.
But, like, if they have adigestive issue, you can ask If
they need a supplement, you canask If there's anything that
feels out of alignment andyou'll know, like, when you
start tuning into your animal, you're going to start noticing

(34:38):
things that you didn't noticebefore, and it's in a beautiful
way, and so the more youcultivate that, the deeper your
relationship can get.

Speaker 1 (34:49):
I love that.
That sounds actually verysimilar to connecting with your
guides, so I think it would be awonderful exercise.
I'm going to start doing it.

Speaker 2 (34:58):
Awesome.

Speaker 1 (35:00):
So thank you for all those amazing tips.

Speaker 2 (35:02):
You're so very welcome.

Speaker 1 (35:04):
Thank you so much, my honor.
Yeah, thank you.
Take care until next time.
All right, bye love.
