QSS Ep 42: Burgundy + Astrologizing

DISCUSSIONS DU JOUR:

IN WINE, we are still in BURGUNDY, moving from Beaujolais over into the core of Burgundy. Specifically into the COTE D'OR, or the Golden Slope, where some of the most coveted examples of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay come from.

We try CHARDONNAY and PINOT NOIR from the COTE DE NUITS, and PINOT NOIR from the COTE DE BEAUNE.

Interestingly, our experiences with these wines sort of flipped the script on what we were told to expect by the WSET… hmm….

 

In THERAPY WORLD we are on a little JOURNEY THROUGH THE STARS talking about Elodie's astrology region that rocked her whole life plan.

 

We also talk about Dan's shift to being an "LA Girly," exploring being a plant-mom and tea queen in an effort to centre and ground himself. Cute!

ABOUT THE QUE SERA SYRAH PODCAST:

After many consecutive Sunday mornings at the wine bar discussing our wine obsessions and our personal lives, we thought to ourselves… do you think other people might care about this stuff? The answer to that question is still ambiguous. But we recorded a podcast anyway.
