Womb Medicine, Mystery and Mayhem with Sali McIntyre

During her decades of being in a woman’s body, Sali has been through menarche, matriesence and menopause. She was a rebellious teenager, a home birth mother of 4, a lover of yoga and holistic ways of living and now as a grandmother and wise woman, she feels more comfortable in her skin than ever before. In her lifelong quest for knowledge and love of learning, she has been a certified yoga teacher, childbirth educator, midwife, womb massage practitioner and yoni steam facilitator.

She is the author of the Womb Medicine trilogy, the book, Healing Cards and Journal that honours womb wisdom, the innate power of the menstrual cycle and the re-emergence of traditional practices such as yoni steaming.

She is the co-creator of Heart and Soul of Wellness, a beautiful healing space in Murwillumbah, Northern NSW, where she facilitates Prenatal yoga, Birth Preparation classes and Yoni Steaming.

Coming into 2025, Sali feels empowered and excited about the future and being part of this wild, crazy ride towards a world where we live in harmony with each other and honour and respect the Earth and all her creatures.
