She also warns us against "vanity partnerships," and reminds us that our relationships are in ecosystems that should dovetail at certain points. Sharon talks about the AANHPI Advisory Group at ASAE and how it has grown, and she shares her experience as a member of the ASAE IPA Committee (it's not about beer!) but it is about Industry Partnerships and making them stronger.
