What if I told you that 2024 was my lowest revenue year since I started coaching—and that admitting this might be the most important thing I share with you all year?

In this raw and honest episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on why so many brilliant CEO moms have been struggling lately (spoiler: it's not just you), what's actually working in 2025, and why I created The Real Secrets of CEO Moms Summit for the third time—because we all need these real conversations right now.

After finding out I was pregnant the day before October 7th, navigating war anxiety while building a business, and watching my revenue drop despite having solid systems in place, I realized something: the game has changed, and nobody gave us the memo. But here's what I discovered after having intimate conversations with 12 incredible CEO moms—the ones thriving aren't doing MORE, they're doing LESS, but smarter.

If you've been feeling like you're the only one struggling to keep up, questioning whether you've lost your magic, or wondering why what used to work just... doesn't anymore, this episode is your permission slip to stop pretending everything is fine and start building a business that actually fits your real life.

(Note: the audio sounds different at different points because I was recording this post-bronchitis and had to go back and fix a few parts where my voice just got too hoarse)

What you'll learn:

  • Why 2024 hit different for so many CEO moms (and why that's actually normal)
  • The 4 strategies I'm seeing work consistently right now for sustainable mom businesses
  • My "driving on the highway" analogy that will change how you think about long-term business building
  • Why doubling down on 1-2 offers beats chasing shiny objects every time
  • How to build for the long game when you're raising babies and businesses
  • The real reason I created this summit (hint: I needed these conversations as much as you do)

(03:34):
the third time, or trying toremember if you're applied to
that client DM or wondering ifyour business is broken or just
in a weird season, you are inthe right place.
If you don't know me yet, I amYael Behan.
I am a business coach, four momsin business.
I am a mom of six beautifulchildren five boys and one girl,

(03:55):
my oldest is 15, my youngest isone, and I am also the host of
the Raising Your Businesspodcast.
And this real secrets of CEOMoms Summit.
And this is actually the thirdtime I have run this series.
And I'm gonna be honest, thisone hits a little bit different
for me.
What was really important to mebefore I go into why I created
this, why this originallyhappened, I wanna just say that

(04:18):
I, I, I'm very, very focused onmaking this a very curated
experience for you.
Okay?
This is not like a, you know, super polished, gigantic summit
with like 50 speakers and, youknow, tons of like, freebies
and, and, and, and like, oh mygosh, listen to all 10 of these
in one day and you're gonna loseaccess.
It is highly curated.

(04:39):
Okay?
There are 12 moms that I'veinterviewed in this.
Private podcast series.
It's very real.
These are all women that I knowpersonally whether I've worked
with them as a coach or workedwith them as a client or, or a
business bestie of mine.
And this is very, veryintentionally intimate.
I wanted you to not getoverwhelmed by the amount of

(05:01):
like content to consume.
I will be linking their thingsin the in the descriptions, but
I really wanted it to besomething that you could just
listen into, get super inspiredby.
And I also want to let you knowthat like you get access to
this, like indefinitely, like aslong as this private podcast
exists as on the internet, you'll have access to it.
I'm not taking it away, okay.

(05:22):
Because I just feel like, youknow, we have enough like stress
and pressure on us already.
So once you sign up for this, that's it.
You're in and you can listen tothese on your own time.
That being said, I do have a, alive kind of training as, not
even a training.
It's kinda like a, an openheart.
I was gonna call an open house, but it's more of like an open
heart where I'm gonna beliterally going live on Zoom.

(05:43):
Limited spots available, but.
Basically sharing my realsecrets, what the past two years
of my life has looked likebusiness-wise and life-wise.
I have been through a warpregnancy, postpartum you know,
some, some kids, children likeissues and, and marriage stuff
and business like ups and anddowns and like everything in

(06:03):
between.
And I have not really sharedlike the full picture of this.
And I really think that like.
I think that, I just wannanormalize this a little bit
more, you know, and, and alsorealizing that like it is not
always going to be perfect.
It's not always gonna be thehighlight reel.
And I think so many people arefocused on the highlight reel

(06:24):
and showing up as the perfectperson and as an Enneagram
three, I'm very much like, youknow, that is my.
My energy is like, I wanteveryone to think I'm perfect.
I would love for everyone tothink I'm perfect, even my
husband, although he knowsclearly that I'm not.
But I, I really do think that weneed to normalize like, like the
real ups and downs of of life, right?
Of business.

(06:45):
And if you are not expecting upsand downs in business, then
you're not really expecting areal business.
Okay.
I'm gonna be honest because.
There's like this sort of toxic, like ease conversation in the
online space.
Like all these, like femininecoaches would like just lean
back and just set up one funneland you'll make a bajillion
dollars.
And like a lot of the people whoare saying this kind of stuff

(07:06):
are, are not, are not.
Really, really, really doingwhat they say they're doing.
Okay.
There's a lot of stuff happeningbehind the scenes that you don't
see, that you don't know.
I've seen it.
I have heard it.
So if you're looking at peopleand going, well, it seems so
easy for them and look, they'remaking so much money and they're
like working five minutes a day, that's probably not the actual
reality.
Okay.

(07:27):
So I.
Just wanted to kind of like giveyou that heads up that it's
really, really important for youto realize this.
And that is why I created theReal secrets.
Okay?
Because I wanna know what'sreally working for people behind
the scenes and what's really notworking for people behind the
scenes.
Okay?
So why did I create this?
Because the game has changed.

(07:49):
Okay.
The game has changed in 2025,and I wanted to know what is
actually working now.
I have an entire episode aboutlike my story, as a business
owner, but I'm gonna make itvery, very long.
Story short, I had four kids, realized we needed a second
income, started off as a virtualassistant, moved into you know,
Facebook ads and funnels and,and started building like a

(08:10):
marketing agency.
Then I got pregnant with mydaughter after my first six
figure year, which was fantasticexcept that I realized I was
getting really, really burntout.
I realized I was building mybusiness all wrong work.
Moved into productizing myservices ended up going from
like a 2K month to like a 15 k,then 20 K month, then like two
months basically.
And and realized like how to runa business in a way that was the
most productive and the mostprofitable and the most

(08:32):
sustainable for me as a mom.
And then I also realized that Ireally loved coaching more than
anything else.
And so after my daughter wasborn, she is now turning five At
the time of this recording, likeliterally this week she's
turning five and, and, and afterthat I just kind of went all in
on coaching moms to build theirown profitable, scalable,
sustainable businesses.

(08:53):
Just by the way.
I I am a little bit hoarsebecause I basically like, had a
really terrible sort ofbronchitis situation.
Lost my voice, got it back, lostit again.
And so I'm trying to be verycareful with it because I really
wanna make sure that I can getthrough this entire intro and
also record some podcasts andeverything.
But if I, this is not my normaltone of voice, you should just
know this.
So if you hear me and I sounddifferent in the interviews.

(09:14):
That is why.
Okay, so I created this realsecrets, especially this year
because I had a baby a year ago.
My, my, my baby boy is a yearold, just turned one on June
20th, which is also happens tobe my birthday.
And I have had a baby before inbusiness.
In fact, the year after I had mydaughter, I had my biggest year

(09:35):
in business.
Like my, my first multi sixfigure year in business.
Okay.
So I'd got, I literally almostlike doubled my income the year
when I had my baby home with me.
And I thought, well, that's justhow things go, right?
I'll just bounce back reallyquick, right?
I've built and run a successfulbusiness.
I've had many, many, many sixfigure years, well, raising a
whole bunch of kids, but thistime hit different, and this was

(09:59):
for a lot of reasons.
Number one, I I am American.
I'm from New York originally, but I live in Israel.
I lived in Israel since I was ateenager when my family moved
here and on, I found out that Iwas pregnant with my son on
October 6th, 2023.
The next day was October 7th,2023, which was the day of the
biggest single massacre of Jewssince the Holocaust.

(10:21):
Okay?
And this was in Israel about anhour away from me.
So for context here over 1200people were killed.
Over 250 were taken hostage.
It was a very traumaticexperience, and that was like, I
literally found out I waspregnant like that second and
they, I'm not gonna go into thegory details, but a lot of stuff

(10:44):
happened that day.
And as the story started comingout and as the you know.
The investigations and theautopsies.
And we had a friend of ours whowas in the Army, he was like
dealing with a lot of the, his,one of his jobs was like, you
know, taking care of the, of thebodies, of the people with as
much respect as possible, youknow, and we heard a lot of

(11:05):
stuff that was going down.
It was very, very traumatic andanxiety inducing.
And I was also pregnant in myfirst trimester, which is like,
for me, the worst trimesterever.
I hate it.
Like, it's just, it's the moststressful one for me in general
because you know, you'renauseous and then like all of a
sudden you won't feel nauseousfor like.
You know, an hour and you'relike, oh my God, I'm not
nauseous.
Is everything okay?
And then, you know, you, everytime you go to the bathroom,

(11:26):
you're like looking and checkingfor blood because like, what if
something goes wrong?
Like, I'm literally, like, myfather's an ob, GYN.
So I'm, and I've had, thank GodI've had six children, seven
pregnancies.
I know pretty much everythingcan go wrong.
And this is the, and you know, although I love being pregnant,
I adore being pregnant.
I literally, like, I, if I couldhave like five more babies, I
would literally, and I know Isound crazy, but I, I, I would I

(11:50):
basically, like, I just had somuch anxiety during this
pregnancy because it was thismix of.
This war and, and you know, andobviously worrying about the
baby, making sure everything'sokay and trying to, you know, be
present for my children and bereassuring to my children who,
you know, were, you know, running into our safe rooms and
there were, there were rocketsand sirens and all kinds of

(12:13):
things like that.
It was, it was just a lot tohold and, my business like
coasted for a good while becauseI had a really great sustainable
business.
Like I had a lot of recurring, you know, I had recurring
revenue coming in.
I, I, I had funnels that werekind of running and they were
working'cause they were pointingtowards the offers that I had.
But I hit a wall at some pointand you know, emotionally,

(12:36):
mentally, financially.
And I kind of felt like in this, this place of so much like.
Loneliness.
Right.
It was the lowest year I've hadin business this past year.
2024 was the lowest year I hadin business since like I started
as a coach.
Okay.
Because I really just was notable to be.
Present the way I wanted to befor my business.
I couldn't be, I literallycouldn't be.

(12:56):
And I was just very overwhelmedand just questioning everything.
And I'm like, everything.
I, I teach people how to build abusiness with, along, alongside
a baby and, you know, andchildren and like, what, you
know, what does this make me?
Am I an imposter?
Am I, you know, am I, am I aliar?
Like, I, I, I don't feel likeI'm holding it together.
I don't feel like I'm handlingit.
And I was still in mymasterminds, and I really had to

(13:18):
lean into a lot of support frommy coaches, but there was a
certain amount of like amountthat like, I felt like they just
couldn't really understand, likeno one could understand.
Right.
And that was a really horriblefeeling.
That was a really horriblefeeling and it still felt like,
you know, now looking ateverything that was going on and
just around that time was whenlike the online world took a
very big hit in terms of AI cameonto the scene.

(13:41):
A lot of people were very, veryjaded because they'd had made a
lot of like bad investmentsbefore.
And and I'm not saying nobody'sbuying and people are a hundred
percent buying, they're buyinglow ticket, they're buying high
ticket, they're buying midticket.
Okay?
They are buying.
So I'm not saying that at all.
What I'm saying is that.
Making the same level of salesas you did before, was gonna

(14:03):
take different skills or reallyjust take, like, really going
very heavily in on, on certainthings.
And I did not have like, thepresence of mind to do that.
Right.
And I'm gonna talk about thismore in my live training about
like, literally like what wasgoing on.
And, but like I realized as I,as I look back over the past
couple of years.

(14:24):
And I'm still in a place of likeuncertainty and trying to figure
out like what my next step is.
And I have some ideas about whatmy next step is, but I, you
know, and, and, and the truth iswhen it comes down to it, I, I
did end up taking someone-to-one clients some
one-to-one, like done for youclients because that was like
stuff that I knew I could do.
And so as you know, and as I'm,as I'm taking these like

(14:44):
one-to-one writing clients.
I realized like my, my zone ofgenius, you know, that that
comes out with my clients, mymastermind my marketing brain,
my strategic brain was comingout with these one-to-one
clients too.
Even though they weren'tnecessarily hiring me for the
strategy, they were hiring memore for like the writing piece.
And and I was like, oh my God.
Like really?
When it comes down to it, I knowI have skills.

(15:05):
I know I am an expert inmarketing.
I know that.
And so when I know that I willbe okay.
At the end of the day, because Ihave the skills and no one can
take those skills and thatknowledge away from me.
Alright.
That was a very comfortingfeeling because I was like, you
know what?
Like, this is great.
This is, you know, that was, this is a great realization for
me.
That being said, I realized thatI was not the only one feeling

(15:27):
alone because I started seeingthis pattern.
Other moms were going through ittoo.
They were not just burnt outbecause.
You know, we all go throughperiods of burnout and we have
to really work on taking care ofourselves and taking care of
our, you know, our, our nervoussystem and all that.
But kind of like thisdisillusionment and overwhelm
and confusion and feeling likewhat used to work just doesn't
work anymore.
And I find that the online spaceright now is filled with a lot

(15:49):
of pretending, right?
People trying to look likeeverything is perfect and they
have it all together.
When a lot of things might belike falling apart, behind the
scenes are not working as wellas they're pre presenting it to
be.
And so I was really just cravingreal, real conversations.
I wanted to be able to have aplace where I could just ask
some of the hard questions and,you know, and be like, well, you
know, what, what didn't you likeabout your business after you

(16:10):
had a baby?
Right?
Like, and, and I, and especiallywhen I was speaking to Maggie
Laney, when she was talkingabout how she had her babies,
her first babies, and, you know, she realized she was just a
different person after.
And I remember talking to herand like thinking about
interviewing her, and I waslike, but I, I mean, this is not
gonna apply to me so muchbecause.
You know, I've had so manychildren before, thank God.
I mean, I'm, I'm lucky and Ialready had kids, so it's not

(16:31):
like I, I've never been a motherafter, after having a baby and
having a business.
But, but the truth is, afterthis baby, something inside me
shifted and I just wantsomething different.
And I, I've been cravingsomething different and I, and I
realized that I had to reallylean into like understanding.
You know, going into my zone ofgenius, where I show up the

(16:53):
best, how I serve my clients thebest, right?
And and helping my clients dothe same and helping my clients
do the same and helping mypeople and my audience do the
same.
And so that hit, that's beenlike my journey over the past
year.
And I'm gonna go again, I'mgonna go much deeper into this
and the, the specifics during myreal secret live training.
And what I would love for you todo is fill out the intake form,

(17:14):
which is gonna be linked belowthis.
The intake form is going to notonly give you a custom, kind of
a custom plan based on what yourbest next steps would be based
on your stage of business andyour goal all.
Alright?
So when you fill it out, you'regonna get a, like semi custom
plan.
You know, with, with, with, withthe exact steps on what to do to
hit your next, whatever it,whatever your goal is, your next

(17:35):
5K month or, you know, book outyour one-to-one clients create a
more leveraged offer.
Scale your business beyond,right?
So.
When you fall the intake form, you're gonna, you're not only
gonna get that, but you're alsogoing to get a, an invite to the
q and a after my live training.
So I'm gonna be delivering mylive training all about like my
real secrets and like the realconversations around, you know,

(17:55):
motherhood and business and, and2025 and what's been working and
what's not been working.
'Cause a lot of stuff is where Ihave worked and a lot of stuff
I've really not.
Okay.
So when you fill out the intakeform, you're gonna get the
invite to the Zoom q and a whereyou can literally show up and
get all of your questionsanswered, like hot seat, you
know, like if you wanna submit ahot seat question get my, my, my
brain on your strategy, on yourbusiness, on your messaging, on

(18:16):
your offer.
That is what I'm here for.
And so when you fill out theintake form, you'll get that
bonus q and a training.
So here is what I've been seeingworking right now in 2025 for
CEO moms who are trying toreally grow sustainably.
So the first thing is, and I'mgonna obviously go deeper into
this.
These episodes are gonna godeeper into this.

(18:36):
I'll be going even deeper intothis in my live training.
This is just a short littleintro so you can get a feel for
what we've been focusing on,what we've been talking about.
But one thing is doubling downon one or two offers that sell
really well.
Like one is even better becauseyou just wanna simplify as much
as possible.
Instead of just chasing newideas every single month, we
don't have time to chase newideas, all right?

(18:58):
We want to build a strongbusiness foundation.
Another thing I've been seeingworking really well is doubling
down on long form content.
So nurturing through podcasts, emails, YouTube videos and
relationships.
Not just trendy reels, butreally and using those long form
pieces to not just nurture, butalso to attract new eyeballs.

(19:22):
Because actually chat, BT and AIhas been.
Kind of crazy, but it isbasically SEO, like people have
been asking chat for.
Oh, I'm looking for someone whodoes this and chat will tell
them actual names.
So these long form pieces thatneed to be SEO optimized are not
just going to nurture yourexisting audience, which they

(19:42):
will, but if you optimize themproperly, which I'm gonna talk
about with Jenny Sunon, then.
You can actually be found moreand more, not just through
Google search, but also throughthings like ai.
Also bringing back reallyquality low ticket offers and
low lift launches with that highconverting core content that
like leads to your, what Melaniecalls your landing pad offer.

(20:06):
I call the Emerald City offer, whatever you wanna call it low
ticket that actually is gearedtowards the person who your high
ticket offer is created for.
That is a new, newer thingthat's really working well.
And making room for your reallife, right?
By simplifying your deliverymodel, simplifying your
calendar, simplifying your to-dolist.

(20:27):
Simplify has been like thenumber one theme I've seen, like
across the board with all of ourconversations that, like
everyone's been saying, when Isimplified, I doubled down.
I simplified.
That's when I saw real successand honestly, the people who are
still showing up and solvingreal problems, these are the
ones who are still making sales, right?
You just need to know how tospeak to people right now in

(20:49):
2025, what they need to hear andhow they need to hear your
message in order to convert.
I was really craving those realconversations, and that's what
this real secrets of CEO momsis, is about.
Okay.
It's not just about strategiesthat work, but why they work,
how they were built, and whatthey cost.
The women who created them and, and, and, and what actually did.

(21:13):
Stay even after they may havefallen apart or, you know, had,
you know, had anxiety or had ababy or whatever that looks
like.
This summit is for the mom whohas already built something but
feels like the game has changedand no one gave her the heads
up, or no one di her in on thenew rules.
This is for the mom who isjuggling clients and kids and

(21:35):
content and wondering if she'sthe only one feeling like it's
just too much and like I justcannot keep up with the trends,
not cannot keep up with what'sworking, what's not working,
please just give me.
The roadmap, just tell me what'sgoing on.
I might have lost track while Iwas giving someone a snack,
right?
This is for the mom who does notneed more hacks.

(21:57):
She needs a clear, steady planand a peek behind the curtain.
Okay?
This is for you.
Okay, so.
Every single speaker in thisseries Is someone that I
personally know, admire, trust, and or have worked with, okay?
They're not just successfulpeople, they're honest, okay?
They're not trying to go viralwith BS advice.
They are doing the work day inand day out with kids in the

(22:17):
background and businesses thatare really, truly built for the
long haul, the long game.
I'm always talking about thelong game, and I really wanna
talk about that.
A little bit more.
And I'm gonna, that's why I'mgonna be doing this in my in my
training because like, there'sjust so much to focus on, like
what really is still working in2025.
And honestly, I realized thatthere were some things I really

(22:38):
just needed to go back to basicson, like the stuff that I left
behind thinking, oh, like, no,no one, no one really cares
about that anymore.
That's not really gonna workanymore because that was so
2022, some of that stuff.
It's still 2025.
Okay.
It's still working.
So I wanna talk about like the,the new stuff that's working,
but also like the basics and thefoundational stuff that still is
important.
Okay.
So the long game, thinking aboutyour business as a long game is

(23:01):
crucial.
Crucial if you are looking togrow it.
Okay.
I, I, I cannot stress thisenough because when you're
thinking about the long game, you're thinking about like, you
know, okay, when it comes tomotherhood, right?
When you are building yourfamily, you are not thinking
about like, what, what kind oftoddler do I want my child to
be?
Although you are in the momentthinking about, you know, I

(23:21):
would love if I'd love for themto be a toddler that doesn't,
you know, throw a tantrum everytime.
I don't give'em a candy.
Right?
But when you're raising yourchildren, what you're thinking
about is, what kind of adults doI wanna raise?
Right?
What is the long game here?
I feel like motherhood is thelongest game there is.
And so you should already bekind of trained to be thinking
about the long haul as a CEO.
So.
When you were thinking about thelong game and when you're

(23:42):
looking, you know, into thedistance at that goal that
you're trying to hit, your pathis going to become much clearer.
So much of the coaching industryis obsessed with these quick
wins.
It's I made a hundred Kovernight, or I hit, 30 K in two
hours or whatever.
But for moms, the quick win doesnot mean anything if it burns
you out.
Okay?
The long game is where thefreedom actually happens.

(24:04):
We are raising babies andbusinesses, and that means we
need strategy that stretcheswith us and not just the hustle
that like, just hijacks ourlives.
And take o takes over everythingbecause I've seen the people
with the business models thatlook really cool and look really
fun have multiple differentoffers, multiple different

(24:25):
containers, but.
I actually noticed thecommonality between all these
people was that none of them hadchildren, and I really wanted to
make sure that I was buildingand you are building a business
that's keeping its eye on theprize.
And I wanna use a really coollike analogy for this.
I just got my driver's licensein April.

(24:46):
It's a whole long story of whatit took.
It was 18 months of a lot.
I'm gonna go into this more inmy training because it's a whole
story, but I finally got mydriver's license in April and my
husband was like, well, I'm notgonna put up with any of this,
you know, oh, I'm afraid todrive here.
I'm afraid to drive there.
I'm afraid to drive out of thecity because we know people who
like won't even drive out of ourtown'cause they're too nervous.

(25:08):
'cause Israeli drivers can bekind of crazy sometimes.
And, and so he was like, no,you're driving on the highway.
You're driving here, you'redriving there, you're driving.
You're driving and driving untilyou feel comfortable driving
everywhere.
And I remember the first time Iwas driving him with him on the
highway I was on the highway andI was kind of like weaving a
little bit.
Like I was, I was, it was verylike I was very like stop and
start.
It was very like kinda like, like trying to go into this,
this lane or that lane or liketrying to stay, just trying to

(25:30):
stay.
Steady on the road, and what hetold me really, really landed
with me and is something thatlanded with me and I'm like,
wow, this is a great analogy ingeneral.
He said, don't look right aheadof you.
The problem is that you'relooking at the car in front of
you, looking right ahead of you,and that's why you're not
staying in your lane.
He's like.
When you are looking like two orthree cars ahead of you, you're
looking at the further into thedistance you can look right,

(25:51):
pick a place in the distance andlook there.
And you will not only see thatplace in the distance.
You'll not only see that goal, but you'll also see all the cars
in front of you, like outta thecorner of your eye.
And you will stay in your lane.
You will stay steady in yourlane.
And that is the best analogy forbusiness building I've ever
heard.
So thank you Izzy for that.
I.
I thought it was such a great,it was just, it was, it was so

(26:12):
great because I'm like, yes, when you have a long game, you
know where you want yourbusiness to be in three years,
five years, you know, even inone year.
Okay, just start with one year.
But I was thinking even like, let's say three, let's say one
to three years, you are going tobe so much more on target
because you will, you know, everything that you do, you'll
be like, well, does this move metowards my goal of this business

(26:33):
or this business model, or thisincome?
Right.
So that's what the Summit wasborn out of.
I'm like, let me see what'sworking for people.
Let's see, like, you know, where, where are they heading?
What are the experience that ledthem to that?
And so the summit was, honestly,I, I always, I was saying, I say
this in a few of theconversations, it was a little
bit almost like selfish becauseI was like, I wanted to pick
their brains of these people.
I literally sent invitations topeople who I'm like, I wanna

(26:54):
know all about what you do.
Okay.
These are the moms that I'vebeen watching and learning from
and having real conversationswith behind the scenes.
And I'm like, I want you to beable to just get on a call and
ask them whatever questions Ihave.
So I figured if I'm alreadyhaving these chats, why not
record them and share them withyou?
Because I know how powerful itis to feel like someone else
gets it.
And I chose to cap the summit at12 Moms on purpose.
I do not want it to be.
Overwhelming.

(27:14):
With a bajillion interviews, andagain, in pressure and, and, and
content, content, content.
I want every single episode tofeel digestible, like you're
listening in on a really funconversation with your two like
smartest business friends.
Okay.
So you're gonna be hearingthings about pivoting after a
huge life change, like havingtwins or shifting industries.
You'll be learning about runninga bare minimum business model

(27:35):
and hitting your income goalsusing AI and systems for smarter
marketing.
Podcasting as a sales strategy, what mentorship actually looks
like when you are a mom, right?
Getting clients not being onsocial media 24 7, writing
emails in under an hour withoutfeeling cringey or robotic, and.
And so much more.
Every interview is different.
Okay.
But they all had that sweet spotof really real and really
strategic.

(27:56):
These are not the highlightreels.
These are.
Raw, unfiltered conversationsabout what's actually working,
what we let go of.
I really, these are very lightlyedited, very, very lightly.
Okay.
Because because I, I feel like Iwant it to feel organic and fun
and, I want it to feel likeyou're just listening in on a
conversation and just, you know, enjoying, like, hearing like

(28:18):
all, all the secrets spilled Ialso want this to feel useful
beyond just inspiration.
That's why I'm inviting you tofill out that short intake form
when you sign up, because basedon your answers, where you are
in business, what's working, what's not, again, I'm gonna
send you a semi-custom businessplan for the next six months.
It's not gonna be just somegeneric PDF, like grow your
audience sell stuff.
Right.
It is a very, very in-depth,detailed plan that is tailored

(28:38):
to your stage, whether you'restill trying to get booked out
or you're scaling your offers, you want more leverage growth.
And again, I'm gonna be hostingthat live tell all training

my business and what has notbeen working or what completely
flopped or stopped working eventhough it used to work.

(28:59):
I'm gonna talk about mindsetbreakdowns rebuilding stuff
about my marriage my energy, mymental health, my identity as a
CEO and a mom.
The shifts that I've made andwhy I'm just done performing and
overcompensating and how am Icoming back to basics and
simplifying and the exact kindof models and offers that I'm
gonna be running now that feellight aligned and actually

(29:19):
profitable and also likevaluable to my clients.
So you, you get access to that.
Whether or not you fill out theintake form, I'm gonna be doing
that, you're gonna be getting aheads up.
You know, you can add it to yourcalendar.
But if you fill out the fullintake form, you're also gonna
get an invite to a private Zoomq and a call with me that I'm
gonna be hosting the week afterthe live training.
So, because I wanna give youguys time to fill out the form,

(29:40):
so this is your chance to ask meanything, okay?
Offers, funnels, launchstrategy, copy, tweaks, whatever
you want.
You'll get a real time hot seatand I'll coach you right there
on the call.
Or you can just come and soak itall in if you want.
Okay?
So this is not this.
PO Private podcast series is notabout being the perfect mom or
the perfect CEO.
It's about building a businessthat fits your life and not one

(30:01):
that consumes it.
So I want you to listen to thoseepisodes.
I want you to grab your plan, and I want you to leave with
real momentum for the rest of2025, okay?
This is not about fluff.
This is about building abusiness for freedom.
