Welcome to the Jonathan and Kelly Show. Jonathan rush we know that from one
Hunter Biden associate, now that hesold the appearance of access to then Vice
President Biden, are you confident thathe has stopped doing that? Peter,
I'm just not going to get intothis, Kelly nash Devin Archer talks about

(00:20):
how he and Hunter Biden tried toprofit off the Biden brand. What is
the Biden bring into the Jonathan andKelly Show, boc, what is the
Biden brand? What was the nameof the movie? Crisis is our brand?
Oh? That's right. I thinkcorruption is our brand now, believe
you that's closer to the truth.Hey, this is Jonathan Rushers, Kelly

(00:43):
Nashy best game Cock coverage starts todayat four thirty. That's exciting. Go
Cox. All right, we've gota big program to share with you.
Today. We had an opportunity tospeak with James Demant, former senator,
former congressman state of South Carolina.Come on, you call him Jim.
I know, I mean actually inthe interview, I think you'll hear in
a minute, I don't know whatto call him, that's right. We

(01:06):
also spoke with Alan Wilson, thisweek, he joins, Actually he led
the charge. I think with thestate of Tennessee judge in Tennessee at the
side of the legislature of Dada didn'tknow what they were doing. I think
Alan is going to encourage our locallegislators here in South Carolina to do something
to get off their duff so tospeak. He doesn't use all that harsh
language, but that's how I interpret. And in Segment four, Democrats in

(01:32):
South Carolina, the Democrat Party wantsyou to do what you told and shut
up about it. Yeah, whywon't you people just get in line and
shut up? I mean, that'sthe problem with the Democrat Party in South
Carolina, according to the Democrat Partyof South Carolina. But we begin on
the double Secret Probationary hot line numberfor Jonathan and Kelly. Kelly Nash.
Welcome on the phone. Jim Demant, good morning, good morning, Hey,

(01:53):
good morning. You know what's funnyis it? I started, I
started to introduce you as a senator, then former senator. Then I thought,
you know something, what you're doingnow is probably more important than what
you did. Then. You know, people don't believe that I tell people.
I feel like I'm making more ofa difference than I did as a
congressman or as a senator, justbecause there's such a need to support conservatives

(02:15):
once they're elected, to get themgood staff, to give them a place
to meet. The Freedom Caucus meetsat our place every week. You know,
Mark Meadows helps to coach them whenthey're in a battle like the speaker's
race. But I know everybody wantsto know what happens to good people when
they get there. It's just becausethere's no support for doing the right thing,

(02:36):
and we've been trying to change thatthe last six years. Well,
the Conservative Partnership Institute, you've gota new academy that you're launching or have
launched to try to help this movementcontinue. Talk a little bit about that,
Oh gosh, thank you, andpeople can find us just with CPI
dot org online. But we've beendoing a lot of training of staffs.

(03:00):
We started six years ago, andall of us who started CPI had been
in the arena, and all ofour board had been staffers on the hill.
We didn't walk board members who werebillionaires who didn't know what we were
doing. We just wanted people whohad a real heart. We're not only
members of Congress but their staff. And I found the thing that made me

(03:23):
effective when I was in the Senateparticularly, is a people who worked around
me knew the rules, they knewthe parliamentary procedures. And that's what Ed
Corgan, Wesley Dent, and otherswho helped us start CPI. We're all
key staffers in the House and theSenate. And so this new academy is

(03:44):
designed to expand a lot of thistraining for current staff, but also for
interns who might come for the summer. And we also want to start working
with groups like Turning Point who wereinteracting with conservatives on campus to bring people
up while they're still in college,to not only tell them how the place
works, but what job opportunities areavailable. And we're always working the staff

(04:10):
the next administration. We're developing justa complete the file of people that we
vetted that we know that could workin a Republican administration. And so again
it doesn't sound like we're not athink tank. We don't do that stuff.
Really, the problem in Washington isnot a lack of information, it's

(04:31):
really the lack of a hands onsupport. So that's what we do at
CPI. You know, I canonly imagine, and I'm going to mention
any senator or a House member orpresident by name, but I can only
imagine. As we are seeing moreand more of the current leadership on both
sides of the aisle reach an agewhere they're no longer physically or mentally able
to do the job. The powerstruggle behind the scenes must be an interesting

(04:57):
game that you're seeing played out rightnow. It is, and I hope
we can break the tradition of justthe yes men who are behind a leader
just kind of play musical chairs andmove one step up, because we really
need to change the whole leadership, particularly in the Senate, because people who've
been in leadership tend to just learnthat the way they stay in leadership is

(05:19):
they don't really do anything. Theydon't push the Susan Collins or the Lisa
mccowski's to go out and vote forthe country. They just try to keep
the hard votes from coming up onthe floor for a vote. So we
need to stir things up and hopefullyget people like Mike Leap or Kid Cruz

(05:41):
or Ryan Paul or Ron Johnson, people who are out there engaged in the
fight and Tommy Tubberville now old coaches, proving that he's standing strong, and
you know, people need to knowthat when he first got there, he
called me before he was sworn in. He spent two days with our people
training on Senate procedures, and sohe's very comfortable and he knows what he's

(06:04):
doing. And part of what wedo is get the whole conservative movement to
support people like Senator Tuberville when theytake a tough stand. And as you
know, he's been holding the military, the confirmations, the costs they're paying
for abortion right now, and theyshouldn't be doing that. Americans disagree about

(06:28):
abortion, but most Americans don't thinkthink taxpayers should have to pay for it.
We're talking with former Senator from SouthCarolina, Jim Demntu, is obviously
very involved with trying to get thenext generation of Conservatives elected and then effective
once they're up in DC. Oneof the things that has become really,
i'd say, rather horrifying to alot of Americans is the criminalization of our

(06:54):
politics. And we're seeing it playout on a massive scale in Georgia right
now, including your friend Mark Meadowshas been indicted. Any thoughts on what's
going on here. I've got alot of thoughts. Most stuff them I
can't put on the radio right now. It's it's it's it's like really third
world. I mean, we usedto see this in South America a lot,

(07:15):
when one president would take over andput the last regime in jail.
And it's it's just never the kindof thing we thought could happen in America.
But Mark and a number of othershave been going through this for a
couple of years. You know, the January sixth Committee was asked asking for
all these things. He gave themall his text and emails, and then
they wanted him to come in andtestify about personal conversations with with Trump,

(07:41):
and he said he wouldn't do that, so they found him in contempt of
Congress. We find out now thatmost of what January sixth did, what
they were lies in covering up things, destroying documents. But still Mark and
we've we've been raising the money sincehis started to cover his legal expenses.
Had to spend over two million dollarswithout ever being charged with anything. And

(08:07):
what's going on in Georgia is reallyhorrible. Mark was on a phone call
with a bunch of other people becausethe President, like millions of us,
believed that there were a lot oflegal votes that had not been counted and
a lot of illegal votes that hadbeen counted, and he certainly wanted people
to go find those legal votes thathad not been counted. But all Mark

(08:30):
did was get a couple of phonenumbers. It's all laid out in text.
There was no conspiracy for Georgia totry to use the rico laws that
were designed for the mafia for thatphone call. But now they're dragging him
into court and I don't know ifhe can get a fair trial there in

(08:50):
Georgia. But eventually, if itever gets to the higher level, I
mean, he will be exonerated becausehe didn't do anything. But as you
know, he is ask very sensiblynot to be charged in a local jurisdiction
for something he was doing as partof his job at the federal level.
And think about it, if allfifty states can start to charge members of

(09:13):
an administration for something they don't likeand drag them into court, and even
Kelly, if they're completely exonerated, they go through years of just destroying their
life, humiliation, and millions ofdollars in legal fees, and that's what
they're doing to all of these people, is trying to destroy them and to

(09:35):
bankrupt them. And Americans should beone thing, Kelly, We all need
to understand. This is not aboutleft and right. This is about Democrats
who have weaponized the government. Andeverybody who votes Democrats, in my mind,
should be ashamed of themselves. It'snot like it was when I went
to Congress, where there was somestill some reasonable Democrats. Democrats are vicious

(10:01):
and if you look at the policiesthat they're putting in place, whether it's
at the border, you know what, the transgender stuff and the child mutilation
for gender change, this is allthe costs of Democrat voters. And we
need to make that case now becauseyou know, it kind of makes me
mad when I hear people talk aboutthe left, because there's no left on

(10:22):
the ballot the Democrats and Republicans.Yeah, and there's no there's no progressive,
there's no woke, there's no liberalon the ballot. There's just two
packages on the shelf when you goto vote, and when people vote Democrat,
they're voting for what they're doing. The Mark Meadows what they're doing to
Trump, which is mostly just himresponding to moralized than any president has had

(10:46):
to deal with. And so it'sjust time that Democrats wake up and realize
what they're doing. I know yourtime is tight. I certainly appreciate you
spend a little time with us andlet us know what you're doing in your
reference, in your staff and helpingstaff up the next leadership for the Republicans
in particular, you get a lotof different You feel like the gall of
the Old as elevant show, whereyou're spending plates on a stick. Well,

(11:09):
yeah, well I wake up somedays and said, why don't you
just give up demant? It's toolate at least, don't you know?
Well, you know then I thinkof those guys who signed the Declaration of
Independence, and I think I've gota better shot at winning than they did.
And somehow we've got God's grace. You know, they saved the country,

(11:31):
created the country, and a lotof them paid the ultimate price or
they lost everything. And just don'tfeel like any of us can quit when
we have such a legacy to standfor for freedom and just for goodness.
And so we're fighting for Judeo Christianvalues now as a country and the Democrats

(11:52):
are trying to destroy that, andso it's time for everybody to step out.
And if anyone wants to help withyou know, Mark Meadows Legal Defense,
this is real money and they cango to CPI dot org and make
a contribution. And we've told himwe've got his back through this whole thing,

(12:13):
and we're going to make sure wedo that. Jim DeMann, thanks
so much for your time calling intothe Jonathan and Kelly Show, and best
of luck with the Conservative Partnership Institute. Thank you both man. The Jonathan
and Kelly hotline was hot this week. We're gonna talk to Alan Wilson as
just a second coming up the Jonathanand Kelly Show, Jonathan Rush. When
Jill and I visited Maui last week, we saw firsthand the magnitude of the

(12:37):
loss. Kelly Nash Lady struck myhouse. We had to be out of
that house for about seven months.I was repaired because so much damage is
done to the house and half thehouse almost collapsed. And the Jonathan and
Kelly Show, by the way,I don't know if you knew this,
but the state of Hawaii and thecitizens there and MAUI have actually set up

(12:58):
a go fundi page for Joe Bidenhis damages at his house fire. And
then I think that speech that hewas talking about was he was letting the
people of Florida know he had alot worse than they did. Oh I'm
sorry. Today he's going to Florida, probably with his hat in his hands,
saying, can you help out theBiden family, help us through these
tragic years we've been suffering through.I know you think you had it bad

(13:18):
with your little hurricane. I'm justglad that the corvette wasn't parked in the
attached garage and suffering any damages.Didn't he make a deal out of that?
Like that was like two weeks agowhen he was talking about the Hawaiian
thing or whatever, and he wasjust like almost lost my corvette. You
know my wife. The wife wasnowhere nearest valuable as the corvette. Okay,

(13:41):
we're gonna get into some of thatswamp talk coming up in just a
minute. But this wee we hadan opportunity to speak with South Carolina.
It's Attorney General Alan Wilson. Goodmorning, sir, Good morning. Guy's
going to be with you. Iknow that your office is exceptionally busy.
I was reading recently about you joininganother group of states having to do with
a ruling by a judge in Tennessee, specifically, as they say, targeted
towards drag queens. But you saythat's not necessarily the narrow scope of this

(14:05):
legislation. Absolutely not. And actuallywe led South Carolina led an eighteen state
coalition support the Tennessee Attorney General's defenseof a law that the General Assembly in
Tennessee passed. So what happened wasthe legislature and Tennessee thought that it would
be wrong for people to be ableto have sexually explicit entertainment shows in the

(14:26):
presence of children. So they passedthe law saying you can't do that.
You cannot have any sexually explicit showin a public space where children could see
it or in front of children. And then of the Federal District Court judge
saw that and said that was animpermissible thing for you to do General Assembly,
so they basically overturned the law.We are joining the state of Tennessee

(14:48):
and led seventeen other state in sayingthat the court was wrong and it should
be overturned on appeal. And thelaw should be allowed to go into effect.
Let me ask you a question,Alan Wilson, I am the Devil's
advocate now for drag queens. Soif is it just the fact that they're
drag queens that would make it asexual performance? For example, could I

(15:11):
still do my drag Time Story Hour. So here's the interesting thing, Kelly
critics for calling this law a dragshow band and you're talking about this is
about drag queens. But think aboutit. Why are people upset that the
state legislature wants to prohibit children fromsing performance Since that include and I'm quoting
from the law, prohibit nudity, sexual excitement, sexual conduct, excess violence

(15:31):
are stato mastic abuse that appeals predominantlyto the purient, shameful and morbid interest
of miners. They automatically jumped tothe conclusion that that must mean drag queen.
That's interesting, I mean, becausenowhere in the law is the word
drag queen. You could be astrip or an exotic dancer a burlesque show.

(15:52):
It doesn't have to be a mandressed as a woman. And here's
the thing, why do while dragqueens have to dress that way? They
can dress like a stale getty ifthey want and read library books. No
one's saying that he can't do that. You just can't do anything in a
sexualized way in front of children. That that's what's controversial here. Well,
would seemed that from a Columbia,South Carolina point of view, given that
I've actually seen the video of ourgay Pride months when we had drag queens

(16:15):
on stage in front of small childrenon main Street here in Columbia. And
I'm not sure because I wasn't there. And maybe it's kind of like the
definition that the Supreme Court justices gaveon pornography. I don't know how to
describe it, but I know itwhen I see it. So there seems
to be that vague issue again aboutwhat is sexually explicit? Is it the

(16:37):
way that they're dancing although they're fullyclothed. I mean, we I as
a citizen, don't want our childrenbeing exposed to a lot of things that
I see on the streets in anygiven day, let alone on stage during
a pride of it. I wasgoing to say the T shirts and Myrtle
Beach could be that that's very true. Well, and I'll tell you.
I mean, they don't leave alot to the imagination in the law.
They basically prohibit in the presence ofchildren, which does that include nudity,

(17:02):
sexual excitement, sexual conduct, excessviolence, or stato mastic abuse. I
don't know why that's confusing. Again, it doesn't seek to ban people's First
Amendment rights to talk to children,to read the children. You just can't
sexualize them. I don't know whythat's so controversial. But the federal district
judge in Tennessee basically shot this lawdown. We're saying the law should be

(17:23):
upheld on appeal, and we're agreeingwith the state of Tennessee who's defending it.
In eighteen other states are with it. And that was that the Texas
excuse me, the Tennessee Supreme Courtthat knocked that down, or was it
it was a federal district judge,So we're circuit Court of appeals. Yet,
so as I understand it now,the law itself, as they would

(17:44):
have it described, is targeting specificallya protected group, which I just learned
the LBGTQ community wants you to knowthat they are a specifically protected group.
Now, is there a definition legallythat other groups could apply to be specifically
protected groups like parents. Well andwell, assa, absolutely parents have rights

(18:07):
too, I thought, But youknow what's interesting is they keep talking about
a protected group. This doesn't targetof target a protective group. This targets
people that seek to do entertainment performancesthat include nudity, sexual assignment, sexual
conduct sessive violence, or stato masticabuse. I don't know how a protected
group should be allowed to do thisin front of small children. I just
don't get it. In the thestate legislature is presumed to have acted in

(18:33):
good faith course of upheld that youhad one or two legislators out there that
the judge clinged onto their statements wherethey talked about drag queen shows, and
the judge used that as a hey, you're targeting drag queen. But it's
kind of like they don't say gaybill that as the left keeps talking about
in Florida. Nowhere does it talkabout you can't say gay. Doesn't even
say that you can't be gay.It just says that you can't have you

(18:55):
know, you can't spot to childrenbelow the third grades, you can't have
conversations that involve gender or sexual sexuality. Instruction. So it's not talking about
the straight or gay sex. It'stalking about you just can't be sexual.
It's the third graders can't be sexualin front of miners. Alan Wilson,
the Attorney General for South Carolina, you're defending the Tennessee law. Do we

(19:17):
have a law similar to that inSouth Carolina? Not to my knowledge of
it. You bet your dollar I'lldefend it as its path So we should
probably be writing something like that rightnow, because that does sound like common
sense. Now, I'm not tocut you off. We do have a
contributing to the delinquency of a minorstatute here in South Carolina, so we
do have laws that could be applied. But this law is very specific and

(19:38):
goes into a little bit more detail. But I mean, of course,
we would certainly defend any law ofthe legislature path speaks to protect childers.
I can't wait to actually hear anattorney stand up in the court of law
and say, if these young childrenwant to be a protected group, they
really need administration, organization and astronger state House lobbyist. Absolutely well,
we got the Attorney General's office andwe don't have to worry about that.

(19:59):
But thank you for actually putting togethera word salad, which apparently we have
a lot of attorneys who like wordsalads because they pay well. Now in
the state of South Carolina, Iknow that we mentioned earlier in this is
that you're a very busy office overthere. I'm seeing more and more threats
to America, and that means threatsto South Carolinians having to do with terrorist
ISIS members certainly, and a longlist of people we know that it come

(20:22):
across the southern border. How areour efforts in helping the Biden administration at
least seal to some degree or makecertain the persons that come across the border
are vetted more carefully. But I'mabout helping the Biden administration. We're doing
everything we can to stop the Bidenadministration from hurting our state. You know,
Jonathan and Kelly, what I've toldpeople time and time again, when

(20:42):
it comes to border states, everystate is a border state because everything that
happens on the southern border Coutry,or the northern border for that matter,
or the coastal borders, it comesinto every single state in this country.
We have had sittnal trafficking human traffic, potential terrorism pouring across southern border,
and for sure the drug trafficking, the cartail trafficking is coming across the southern

(21:04):
border into the state of South Carolina. We've had multiple drug trafficking cases,
We've had sentinel porn in We've hadviolent crimes inflated because of this, and
we've done everything we can to joinlawsuits to stop the Biden administration from ignoring
the rule of law along the border. Is it possible to sue the Democrat
National Committee and Joe Biden for elderabuse with Joe, you know, it

(21:30):
is sad. I mean it really, I mean I shouldn't laugh. Honestly.
I watched the other day, youknow, we're seeing what happened with
miss McConnell, which we're seeing JoeBiden every time he gets up to give
a speech. When I watched himreal it's the first time I've watched Joe
Biden a live TV and months whenhe was in Maui and saw I saw
him just kind of implode on himself. It's scary when you watch these folks,

(21:51):
you know, just their cognitive abilitiesare declining, and it's very sad
and I don't want to laugh aboutit, but it is really sad that
this man is where he is withthe lack of middle capacity. Day had
Well. Speaking for an average SouthCarolinian, which I know I'm below average,
Kelly would tell you that I appreciatethe efforts of the Attorney General's office
and making sure we're upholding the rightsof South Carolinians. And I know that

(22:12):
you have like minded attorney generals inseveral states, not just solely in the
Southeast, and we appreciate and applaudyour efforts. Thanks, guys, I
really appreciate you. You out theredoing what you do, spread the gospel
the way you are. And asa reminder, this broadcast is also posted
as a podcast. Okay, youcan link to that off w vidoc dot
com. And our daily podcasts Mondaythrough Thursday are a little more spicier than

(22:34):
the actual radio show. If youlike some spice, you like the unvarnished
truth, we'll give it to youMonday through Thursday. There's a term.
I believe it was born in Vietnam. I could be wrong. It's called
swamp rot. Okay. I thinkit has something to do with fat and
a feat wet Sox. Yeah,We almost need to change segment three from
swamp talk to swamp rot. That'scoming up the Jonathan end Kelly Show,

(22:59):
jan at Rush and I was ableto literally, not figurally, talk strom
Thurman into voting for the Civil RightsAct before he died, and I felt,
well, maybe there was real progress, Kelly Nash. But hate never
dies. It just hides, Ithides under the rocks, and when someone
breathes little oxygen and it comes outroaring out. And the Jonathan and Kelly

(23:22):
show double little history lesson there. From Joe Biden, I had no idea
how influential he was as a twentyone year old. Where did he have
a relationship with strom Thurman? Dowe know you're asking a lot of questions
Joe Biden doesn't have the answers for. But apparently it would appear that while
a college student, he somehow metstrom Thurman or sent him a letter.

(23:45):
Well it had to be more thana letter, because he said I literally
literally him into it. You know, the AP has already put pants on
fire for jumping, and so youknow, Biden had not been elected to
the Senate. Joe Biden was notin a position to talk to strom Thurman
in nineteen sixty four. He wasnot able to have done any of those
things. So now the White House, I guess Kurin, Jumpierre or somebody

(24:07):
they're trying to walk it back. His mind is a mush with memories that
never happened. Congresses chinally get thefeetball under them. We get a lot
of issues to be handling this week. I hope that somebody takes a long
look at what would we have agreedto verbally from our Commerce secretary. She
says that China has only the bestintentions, and they said all the right

(24:29):
things. They said all the rightthings. As we send and allow more
companies to invest in the Chinese economy. Well that's how you verify, so
Reagan said, trust, but verified. She just verified for you all I
said, all. Now, look, you know, Joe Biden is just
would seem days away from announcing thata plan to you know, to ensure
American's future, we have now decidedto merge with China. This is this

(24:56):
is unbelievable what's happening in our country. And you know, whether you know
earlier we were talking about the weaponizationof politics and how everybody's going to jail
and all that sort. It's crazy. I'm looking at all these lawsuits now
that parents are launching around the countryas the federal government basically tries to sterilize

(25:18):
children. That's it's like something outof a Nazi war movie where the federal
government has made it their business toone brainwash your children into believing they're a
different gender. Two keep that asecret from the parents. Three sterilize them
as we change them to another gender. And then that would that by the

(25:40):
way, if you do that,it cuts weight down on abortions. So
you right wingers on the love it. If you can't procreate, you can't
have an abortion. So right,Joseph Mingeva, if he were alive today
with say, wait minute, whatthe hell are y'all doing? It's it's
really one of the most amazing developmentsthat I've seen in just the last couple
of years. At the same time, you know, we're looking at whether

(26:03):
your kids are changing sex or ifthey want to have abortions. We've got
new legislation going on for that orthe secrets that the Democrats are trying to
keep from parents the funding that theywant to We were talking earlier about how
the military is still paying for femalesoldiers or those who identify as female.

(26:23):
I guess maybe birthing persons who findthemselves pregnant could then get the pay to
go to a different state and getthe abortion. Like if you had the
misfortune of serving in South Carolina, where we're now down to six weeks,
you can go to California where itcould be I don't know, sixty two

(26:44):
weeks or whatever, sixty two weeks. So what does a kid like here
he comes kicking and screaming, Idon't want to be abortion. Doctor Mingeli
is ready to see you. Whatthe hell are you? I mean,
the military is so incredibly woke atthis point. The federal government is just
hell bent on destroying the fabric ofAmerica. You know, as we saw

(27:07):
the new jobs numbers come out andthe unemployment number, and we know Joe
Biden now has created roughly every jobon this planet and three of the neighboring
planets during his administration. So it'sfunny how he mentioned he's created more jobs
thirteen million or something, yes,and then like there's a few minutes later
said something about how so now we'veregained all the jobs that we lost during

(27:30):
the podemic and we've gained We've addeda million. So basically what you meant
to say is you've added a million, which is about the least amount that
any president has ever done. ButI think Biden has actually found a way
to tell the truth. If youlet him talk and mumble for about five
minutes, everybody in America tunes out. That's true. So when he admits
the truth, nobody's there to payattention to it because we all tuned out

(27:53):
and went back to SpongeBob. Well, I'm very concerned that you see the
federal government ramping up and Democrat leaningareas of the country ramping up COVID concerns,
and they want you to get anotherI mean, one of the most
amazing things that I've ever heard wasI can't remember who the spokesperson was,

(28:14):
but they were saying, we havenot yet invented the new booster shot.
That's right, but it will beout soon, and we already recommend you
get it nearly mandated. How itwill be mandated through the federal employees like
we did prior. And when yousee the amount of problems that we've had
with the previous vaccine and boosters, why would anyone want this because Kelly,

(28:37):
you just haven't heard all of thebad news yet, and then you will
want it. We got plenty oftime to ramp up the marketing while they
ramp up production. It appears,I mean, Donald Trump said recently that
the new variant, what do yousay something about it's a lunatic attempt at
checks be one point one five Xare known as the kracking. Yeah,

(28:57):
they've released the crack, and that'swhat they're saying. But Trump was saying
that this is a lunatic attempt totry to get the Democrats reelected. And
I don't see how you look atit any other way. Joe Biden polls,
like Congress polls, nobody likes JoeBiden and so how but nobody liked

(29:18):
him in twenty twenty either, andhe allegedly won. Allegedly eighty million votes
came in. So if he cango back, he won't even go to
the basement. He'll be at thebeach for the next two years or year
and whatever it is, and thecampaign will be manipulation of state election ballot.
And then we go back to what'sgoing on in Georgia. I mean,

(29:40):
if they can use the state's prosecutorsin order to be able to use
the state to keep Donald Trump's nameoff the ballot. If they can only
do that in three or four states, they've already done their job. If
they can't, then they're going togo back to the fourteenth Amendment to claim
he's unqualified because he's an insurrectionist, although he was never charged with insurrection.
Yeah, as it's been explaining toyou by Lawrence Tribe, you don't have

(30:03):
to have even the accusation, certainlynot a charge and certainly not a conviction
on insurrection. Because we all witnessedJanuary sixth, then we know that that
was an insurrection led by Donald Trump. I just sometimes I wish I lived
in another state because South Carolina worksso great. I wish that I was
in Georgia, where it's a clusterand I could have impact on that state.

(30:26):
I can't have any Our state's doingwonderful, So we're not really impact
that. We're just frustrated that Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, these states are
under fire by the far left andit seems as if they're corrupting their own
systems and we can't do anything tostop it. And that affects all of
us. It's going to be reallyinteresting to see. I know that the

(30:48):
Republicans, according to Ron McDonald, have geared up to make sure that we
in each state meet these challenges thatthe Democrat lawyers are currently making in a
court of law while the prosecutors moveforward. They've got like a six prong
attack going on. One of thereasons why they stacked all these charges the
way they did to get ninety ninefelony charges because they only have to have
one I guess one in each stateto be able to keep his name off

(31:11):
the ballot according to the fourteenth Amendment, which then goes back to the original
you're gonna end up now with anotherpresidential campaign going to the Supreme Court.
But it's all going to be toolate, Kelly, because the ballot's got
to be printed well in advance ofthe actual election. This is why we
have to have you registered in eachvote. And if he's unqualified, then
that vote won't be counted, andyou can't even write it in and make

(31:32):
it counted because he's unqualified to holdoffice according to the fourteenth Amendment. That's
what Lawrence Tribe told you. Yeah, they have reduced him to Mickey Mouse
level. And I believe that MickeyMouse's vote will be counted because he is
qualified, but Donald Trump is not. One quick question before we get out
of this segment, who do youthink has more pressure going in on them
this coming debate on the twenty seventh, Tim Scott because he wants to make

(31:55):
a better appearance and make a betterargument, or Nicki Haley because she's got
to continue to this wave. Iwould say Nicky Haley. I think the
Tim Scott supporters recognize that debating isnot his thing. I think that the
Nicky Haley campaign is kind of relyingon her to make some noise and get

(32:15):
eyeballs on her. And the firstdebate was the first time that really happened,
and she got a nice little bumpfrom her you know, running with
the vake, I gotta tell you. Although we saw it as santis Alt
on television during the mishap having todo with a hurricane in Florida, I
think he's really gonna feel like he'sthe odd man out because I think everybody's
going to be gunning not only forRamaswamy but also for Nicky Haley. They'll

(32:38):
be the one drawing the most firein this upcoming a debate on the twenty
seventh of September. Am I wrongon that? No? No, But
again I believe that most Americans arenot really influenced by the debates. I
think that they're going to be moreinfluenced by what happens in their state.
We heard, you know, goingback to the Labor Day parade in Chapin,

(33:00):
that they believed that George W.Bush won the nomination because he showed
up and marched in the parade.Nobody came this year. I thought it
would have been good. But youknow, Tim Scott probably is going to
do well in Chapin already. NickyHaley will probably do well in Chapin already.
And one thing we know for sureis Chris Christie's going to be praying

(33:22):
that Donald Trump actually shows up forthat debate, otherwise he's got nobody to
attack. Market calendar is the twentyseventh, twenty six or twenty I gotta
check my calendar before I get evenmarket different. She's gonna be out of
the Reagan Library, all right. So that'll be coming up later this month,
and we'll hopefully have an opportunity totalk to Tim Scott and Dicky Haley
before we hit the debate stage.Enough of this Republican talk. Let's see

(33:43):
what the Democrats are talking about andwant you to get in line. Coming
up the Jonathan and Kelly Show,Jonathan Rush, Kelly Nash. Let's talk
about the Jonathan and Kelly Show doubleduo. And with that, you won't
see him again until the Groundhog comesout, maybe not even then. You're

(34:07):
gonna start asking me about bank recordsand stuff. Shush it. Let's just
talk about what we're what we're hereto talk about. Think about what you're
thinking about. I'll tell you whatwe're here to think about and talk about.
South Carolina Democrats need to get inline. That's what they need to
be thinking about. Yeah, it'slike the Democrat Party. I mean,
whether it's uh, you know, voting lines or breadlines, they just want

(34:29):
you in the line. And we'rereading a story this recently South headline.
South Carolina's rural vote is in decline, hitting the poor black counties the most,
and so this is almost an implicationthat there's some sort of racist movement
in South Carolina to stop poor blackpeople from voting. Voting, and they've

(34:53):
got a whole bunch of statistics hereabout the amount of people that are voting
and how it's down and blah blahblah blah blah. And if you talk
about every one of these election officialswho are now going out trying to register,
yes, more poor black people, their term, not mine. And

(35:15):
apparently the pushback has been from alot of the poor black people. I
don't really follow politics, I don'treally care. And the basic answer,
and again I'm paraphrasing, is youdon't have to. We do all the
thinking for you. It's like greyhound. Leave the driving to us, leave
the voting to us. You justgo ahead and register. We'll vote for
you. Here's a great thing. It's like school. We're gonna ask questions,

(35:37):
but we're gonna give you the answers, and that's great. Actually,
will make it easy. Just votestraight ticket. That's all you gotta do.
But you gotta get out and votebecause we're telling you too. Yeah,
that's that's the And there's talking abouthow if the Democrat basically that's the
application. If the Democrats had morepower, then these poor black counties would

(36:00):
be doing swimmingly. Everything can begoing fantastic and then you say to yourself,
well, let me look like, where do the Democrats have power.
How are they doing in Democrat runcities. It seems like it's a hellhole.
They don't have a great record hereor anywhere with making people's lives better.

(36:21):
It's funny because when an American tellsyou I don't really follow politics,
what they're really saying is is thatother people who have studied this thing can
make a better decision as to whoshould be supported and would be better for
the community. They actually have moreof a community mind. So, and
quite frankly, Kelly I even talkedabout in the Rash thought this week,
we find ourselves sometimes I have togo out of my way at every election

(36:42):
now to learn about the school boardmembers because I really don't and nor is
there enough articles in the paper toreally learn them. Yeah, my wife
is a school board member now,and so about two years ago, when
she started getting into that type ofthing, I was like, well,
I guess I better start studying schoolboard members. But years I never voted
for the school board members. Ialso didn't vote for like the head of

(37:05):
agriculture and things like that. Howdo I know what makes a good Agricultural
Director. Well, the great thingis is that in the path that we're
going now, as we slowly boilthe frog, we're going to go from
and we've seen this in larger statesor other states, in larger cities.
Certainly we saw it in twenty twenty. We're going to go from somebody pointing
out the fact Kelly, all thesepeople need to have their voice heard,

(37:28):
even if they don't want to heard, they need to have the voice or
it's not their voice. True,But yeah, we need to put the
ventrilocist in the position to make surethat the dolls is the right thing when
they get to the pulling place. Now they a aren't registered, they be
don't even know what election they is. They don't know where to go to
vote. So what we have todo is instead of having people registered,
let's just mail out ballots to everymailbox in America. I'm waiting for the

(37:52):
Democrat Party to seize on this idea. I hope I don't just give them
the brilliant thought here, but atsome point they're just going to assume that
anyone over the age of eighteen isvoting Democrat unless otherwise. So, unless
you actually go to the poll andvote Republican or something else. We're just
gonna put you down as a Democrat. You have to opt out, Yeah,
opt out. I could see thisinitiator going through, flying through Congress.

(38:16):
All right, listen, We'll continueto keep you updated as we get
closer to election day. Obviously, there will be a lot of efforts from
persons to get registered, and weencourage people to get registered to vote and
then more importantly, learn about theissues so they can vote for the person
that they think would serve their community, their state, and their nation best.
At least listen to two or threeepisodes of the Rast Thought podcast before

(38:37):
you run off to vote for aDemocrat. That's a great idea. How
do I get the rast Thought broadcast? Look forward at w VOC dot com
or on the iHeart radio app.Don't forget best Kake COT coverage begins today
at four thirty. It's over.I wish that all of you. We'll

(39:00):
come back again next week. Canyou come back next week. I'll be
back same time next week. Wellsoon, we'll be back next week.
That's what I bring it through. You gotta come back next week.
