There's a big difference between worrying about something and being aware of your thoughts about it.
Reject societies' mainstream beliefs that aging is negative, faulty, or in need of slowing, stopping, preventing.
We need those ahead of us in the journey to give us solid, balanced, wise advice. We also need to know who to and who not to listen to. Discernment.
Wherever you are in your human and natural, beautiful aging journey, finding healthy & healed elders and people to talk to about your worries can focus the mind back on the most important thing in aging - doing it in a healthy way.
