In this episode, I'm talking about the endless cycle we all know too well - every year we start off with tons of motivation to make the changes we've been wanting to make. Whether it's losing weight, getting in shape, eating healthier, being more positive or something else, we end up losing our motivation partway throughout the year (92% of of people quit by mid-February according to one study), beat ourselves up over it and find ourselves back in the same place at the end of the year only to do it all over again.
Wouldn't it be nice not to DO that cycle anymore?
Listen in to learn about my 3-pillar approach to wellness and creating a life you're excited to wake up to and feel GREAT about as well as 3 simple tips you can put into action to start making change that LASTS today.
