Haleh understands how challenging this can be. She had to overcome numerous hurdles, from domestic violence to a severe health crisis in 2011, refusing to be labeled or limited by challenges. At 54, she is a Healthspan Coach committed to helping adults rejuvenate holistically.


Her motto, inspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson, is "The first wealth is health."
