This week on Real Talk we get real with Sean Ambriz, an Army MP who has 2 bronze stars with valor and a purple heart. He is the author of the book called ghost of the valley, telling the story of the Military Police deployed in the mountains of Afghanistan, that helped shape mountain warfare, and show an in depth look at the honor and sacrifices of soldiers.
Sean is dedicated to helping military and veterans battling PTSD and he wrote his book in hopes of sharing the stories of these soldiers and also providing resources and opening up allowing real and raw conversations around PTSD.
