Todd possesses over 30 years of experience in the business, with a background that includes developing and repositioning 5,000,000 square feet and successfully completing hundreds of complex commercial lease and sales transactions. Todd is a past president of the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter, and an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and International Council of Shopping Centers. He is on faculty at UCLA Extension where he teaches finance and commercial real estate.
