Welcome to this week’s podcast! Today I’m getting vulnerable with you again and sharing one of the worst high blood sugar days that I've had in a while. In this story-time style episode, I will debrief you on exactly what happened and how Trista, one of the wonderful coaches at Risely, helped me realize that it wasn’t just ONE issue but a combination of things that caused such high blood sugars.

Whether intentional or unintentional, as T1Ds we are used to hiding the daily ups and downs that we experience from the people around us. This is part of why it can feel like diabetes is such an invisible condition because there's so much that we do daily that no one knows about.

My hope is that you can take the lessons from this podcast and apply them to your own life with diabetes, so you feel less alone and more equipped to manage your lows.
