meditation on gratitude andforgiveness.
I invite you to find acomfortable place to sit or lie
down, allow yourself to becompletely supported, relaxing,

completely Release yourshoulders, release your arms,
release your hands, your torso,your legs and your feet, and

begin by breathing, allowingyour breath to Completely fill
your body, all the way down toyour belly.
Deep breaths.

Allowing your out breath to berelease, releasing tension, rele
, releasing stress.
Allow your in-breath to be oneof rejuvenation awareness the

out-breath release.
Stay mindful of your breath asit begins to have a normal
pattern.
The in and the out.
Your body completely relaxed.
Your body completely relaxed.

Now envision that there is abeautiful, brilliant white light
coming from above you, rainingdown from the skies, this
incredible, beautiful, brilliantwhite light lowering and
getting closer to your crown ofyour head.
You can feel the warmth, youcan feel the beauty of this

light as it begins to enter thetop of your head and radiate
down your body head and radiatedown your body, gently cascading
through every cell,illuminating and radiating every

part of you.
Your heart wells with love andcompassion.
In this beautiful light youfeel safe, you feel loved, you
feel enveloped, you feelsupported.
The light continues to shimmerdown your entire body and as it

gets to your feet, you feel yourfeet grounding into the earth,
roots beginning to grow into thesoles of your feet, and if
you're lying down, then you canfeel your legs as they are
grounded into the earth, thisbeautiful magic of this

encompassing light and agrounding.
Your breath continues to flow,rejuvenation and release.
Now begin to bring to mindthings that you are grateful for
, what's around you that youlove, what surrounds you in your

home or your environment thatgives you joy, slowly saying to
yourself I am so grateful, I amso grateful, thank you for this.
What is in your home, what isin your closet, what is in your
kitchen?
Little things make things,little things big things.

Feeling those feelings ofgratitude and appreciation for
the abundance in your life.
Thank you, thank you for thesegifts.

Now, moving on to people in ourlives that we are so grateful
for Friends, family, specialrelationships, those in our life
who touch us and support us,who bring us joy, who allow us
to be ourselves, feeling thewarmth of those relationships,

feeling the gratitude in theseexperiences with one another,
our souls connected.
Thank you so much for thisperson, thank you so much for
this experience.
I'm so grateful for this person.
Allow yourself to really feelthe love and the tenderness of

each one of those relationships,some from the past, some in the
present.
Thank you, spirit, for thesebeautiful opportunities to
connect, remembering moments ofsupport, moments when you needed

love and they brought youwhatever you needed, that they
saw you, they recognized who youare.
Moments of laughter, moments ofadventure, the trying times in

life when they're there for you,trying times in life when
you're there for them.
Thank you for theserelationships, thank you for

And now maybe you have petsthat are so special to you, a

moment of gratitude for past orpresent pets that bring so much
compassion and love.
Maybe it's not yours, maybe it'sa friend's, just moments when
you've reached out a hand andfelt that soft fur and felt that
unconditional love of an animal, allowing that light inside of

you to be shining and radiatingso brilliantly, so beautifully.
As you have these moments ofremembrance, your heart filling
the breath, giving you life andrelease, and complete comfort
and complete safety, the breathgiving you life and release, in

complete comfort, in completesafety, now allowing yourself to
move into gratitude for timesin your life, experiences that
brought you such joy.
Moments of awe, moments oflaughter, times when you thought

that you couldn't do somethingand then you did, you
accomplished it.
When you're proud of yourself,these are moments, big and small
, gratitude for who you are andhow you walk the earth.
Thank you for the opportunityto show who I am, to express my

gifts, to share them with theworld Experiences of travel,
experiences of collaboration,walking through the past in your
life and touching on thetouchstones of life with

gratitude, awareness, feelingthat love, that compassion, that
tenderness, preciousness ofthis one special life, special
life, feeling the love of allthe people in your life, of the

environment in which you liveand the experiences that you've
had Connecting to your breath.
Now imagine the love that is ofthe universe, the unconditional

, all-encompassing, supportinglove.
That is all that there is outthere, the love of higher power,
of divine energy, radiatingthroughout you through this
beautiful white light, groundedto the earth and continuously

filled with with ever-presentjoy.
Allow that love to encompassevery cell of your body.
Breathe it in, feel it, touchevery cell, cell.

Begin to notice if there's anyplace within your heart that
needs forgiveness, forgivenessbeing the ability to look beyond
what the hurt is, to know thatthere is only learning in life,
that there is no shame or guilt.
It's experience, momentaryexperience, that in this space

of unconditional love andacceptance, we can allow for
completion, complete forgiveness, awareness that each experience
brings us to our true self,deeper understanding that we
have choice in how we choose tosee it.

We have choice in whether wechoose to let it go, staying
with the feeling of love,staying with the light, allowing
any hurts that are within youto bubble up in this soft and
(12:18):
gentle place.
These could these could begrievances we have with ourself.
They could be shame that wecarry, allowing for a tenderness
with ourselves to be able to bereleased, to know that there is
(12:42):
only this beautiful light andlove if we choose to see it,
that we can open our eyes andsee the purity of light, of
connection, of union with thedivine, that our experience is
(13:03):
only fleeting and allows us togrow.
We release the shame, werelease the guilt, we release
the past.
It no longer serves us.
It no longer serves usEmbodying that beautiful white
(13:31):
light of love and allowing it tohave every memory of pain be
dissipated, seeing it break upand shake away in this beautiful
, safe place.
You can let it go.
It no longer serves you.

An even deeper opening to agratitude for what gifts were
offered in that learning.
Did it allow you to see a newdirection?
Did it allow you to see a newdirection?
Did it allow you to stand upfor yourself?
Did it allow you to see who youare in new ways, to be better

to yourself, to be better withthose in your life, to connect
more deeply to your higher power?
Every situation has a gift, butwe need not hold on to the pain.
It has served its purpose andwe can let it go.

Take a moment to reignite thelight within you, if it has even
dimly faded, allow it tore-brighten, feeling that bright
white light of love, allowingyour heart to well, allowing

your heart to well, allowingyour heart to be free, allowing
your heart to be completelysupported by spirit.
In the eyes of source, there isno pain, there is no grievance.
There is no pain, there is nogrievance.

There is only connection.
We choose to see the pain andwe can choose to let it go.
With your light reignited, Iinvite you to bring to mind a
person or a situation that mightbe causing you hurt.

Bring them into the light,bring that situation into this
beautiful place, knowing that inthis place there is only safety
, there is only peace.
The pain is washed away.

Can you find a gratitude inthis place, even if it's small,

a gratitude for what thisrelationship offered Insight,
awareness, inner strength andfree them from the bondage, free

yourself from the bondage ofthe continued grievance,
releasing all guilt and alljudgment, knowing that they are
on their path and you are onyours, releasing any spiritual
or emotional contracts that maybe held, feeling that you are
responsible for them,responsible for the situation,

bringing the light into thisplace and completely letting go
of the need to hold on to it anylonger, allowing it to
dissipate.
Completely released in thislight, they no longer have power

over you.
You are taking your strengthand your power back.
This situation, this person, nolonger affects you.

You can release the past.
This is forgiveness.
Allow yourself to be completelyencompassed by this white light
now, completely relaxed, safe,knowing that here all is well,

knowing that you can always cometo this place to release, to
open to gratitude, to see thebeauty of your life and to let
go of all that that no longerserves you.
Life, and to let go of all thatthat no longer serves you.
You are open to the beauty oflife, no longer burdened by past

pain.
This light is always with you,always in your heart.
You are supported, you areloved, you are whole.
This is the place of spirit.
This is the love of spirit.
This is the release of ourhuman feelings, our human

experience.
You do not need to be in aplace of suffering or pain.
The release lets it go andcomes to this place of
unconditional love.
You are unconditional love.
You are unconditional love.

You are in the light, you areloved, you are released.
You release, you are loved, andas you begin to come back from

this place, you will bring withyou the healing and you will be
reminded, when you begin to feelthe pain, that you no longer
need it, that you have set itfree, close your eyes and feel

this beautiful white light andrelease and in those moments say
the word release and come backto this place of wholeness and
love.
