Jo Ibbott -
Jo Ibbott is a Christian and part of the leadership team of her local church
www.freedomchurch.uk. She is married has has three adult daughters all very well
informed about perimenopause and menopause! Jo studied theology at London
Bible College (now LST) back in the early 90’s. For 7 years she led the
community work in her church, and has just stepped down from that to focus on her
menopause coaching and training business. She wouldn’t label herself a feminist
but that’s just because she don’t like labels, but Jo is passionate about women’s
rights and justice in society for women. She get's angry at discrimination in
churches, the workplace and women’s health particularly.

Karen Markiewicz -
Karen is a Chaplain and has recently completed her MA
in Spiritual Formation at Waverley Abbey College. Her studies focussed
on the spiritual impact of the menopause and is now working on a book
on this subject. She lives in Hampshire with her husband and has two
grown sons.
