Hey now, hey now 👋🏽
I want you to know that you were not built to work all the time. You will burn out. You will break down.
I know because I did.
There was a point in my life where my body made a decision for me. It shut down. I ended up in the hospital for a week because I forgot to care for myself.
I was doing all the things. Holding it together for everyone else. Convincing myself that “once things calm down,” I’d finally rest. But the truth is... life doesn’t pause just because you need it to. You have to make the decision to pause or life will make it for you.
What would “rest” look like for you this week?
I’d love to hear your thoughts below 👇🏽

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
