Refreshing The Soul podcast is founded on Matthew 11:28-30. God wants us to have rest, a refreshing, for our SOULS. To refresh is to renew, to heal, to make new again, and to transform! Jesus promises to give our souls a refreshing when we come to him, take His yoke and learn from Him. This podcast will give you God’s word, the transformational experiences of others, and 3 Stages on how to achieve refreshing in the heavy places in our souls!

I can't wait to share all that God has been doing in my soul and how I am being refreshed by Him.
Over the summer break I have been taking "gratitude walks" with my oldest son. While it was meant to be a creative way to get him to see how much he has to be grateful for, it turned into walks of conversations that brought us closer together.
