Pamela (00:07):

I am a scientist, abusinesswoman, and a licensed
Reiki master teacher with theInternational Center for Reiki
Training.
Each week in this podcast you'llbe entertained as you learn
about a wide variety of relevantReiki topics, helping you become

(00:30):
a more knowledgeable andeffective Reiki practitioner.
We caution you, though, thispodcast may also dramatically
improve your life, and we are sohappy that you're here.

(00:55):
On this Month's Reiki share andthis week's podcast, we're
talking about the heart chakraand all the things that can go
right and all the things thatcan go wrong and how to really
balance and strengthen and be ina place of.
self love.

(01:15):
And I just felt that withFebruary being Valentine's Day,
it was a really good time to getinto that topic.
So welcome everyone.
I'm so glad that you're here, both those that are here with me
in real time and those that arelistening afterward.
I just wanted to start byletting everybody know some of

(01:36):
the classes that we have comingup.
We have an Animal ReikiMasterclass, February 10th to
13th.
That's evenings through theweek.
Just trying to make it a littlebit easier for people to fit
into their schedules forevenings.
We also have, this is the timeof year for the animal
communication classes.
And I don't think I'm going tobe able to fit them in again

(01:57):
until next November.
So if you are thinking of it,Come and join us.
We've got Animal Communicationfor Reiki Practitioners Level 1
and 2, the IntroductoryWorkshop, February 15th and
16th, which is online in anEastern time zone, and that's a
weekend.
We've got Animal Communicationfor Reiki Practitioners Level 3,

(02:19):
which is the ProfessionalPractitioner Workshop, takes you
into becoming an animal, aprofessional animal
communicator.
And that.
is February 17th, which is along weekend, both in the U.
S.
and Canada.
So it's a Monday.
And then through the eveningsthat week February 18th to 20th

(02:40):
is three evenings of my veryfirst, and so far it's the only
one that I have scheduled,Animal Communication Master
Teacher.
Believe that course is finallyready for that level of energy
to pass on so that More of youcan get out there and start
teaching this system.

(03:00):
People tell me that this animalcommunication class is very, is
much more spiritual than othersthat they have attended and that
it's so effective and so I'dreally love to get more and more
people.
teaching it.
And also in big news is justthis week Tracy Sullivan and I,
many of you know that we've beenworking on a new healthcare

(03:23):
Reiki course.
And this is a course that willhelp us bridge the gap in formal
healthcare settings.
And we used healthcare ratherthan medical because we're very
aware that.
It is complementary.
It's a complementary therapy forso many things that it can be
complementary for holistichealth care, for hospice, for,

(03:47):
surgeries in emergency rooms, and oncology wards, and pretty
much anywhere people areunhealthy and are looking to
come back to a place of health.
It's going to be a wonderfulcourse with protocols and
Information, new symbols newexperiences and we've been just

(04:13):
listening around it for sincejust a little over a year now.
I guess it was a year ago,October that we started and we
meet every week and listen inthe energy.
And I'm excited to say thatwe're ready to teach the pilot
class April 30th and May 1st inperson in New York at Silver
Bay, New York, just ahead of theNortheast Reiki retreat.

(04:36):
And then online, May 17th and18th, we are going to limit the
size of those classes to 12 justuntil we get our feet under us
and see what the flow is.
And we both will be teaching thecourses.
Although I may have to be onlinefor the New York course.

(04:58):
And anyway we're pretty excitedto get that started.
So before we begin, let's justgo ahead and activate Reiki.
Today, we're looking at hearthealing and self love with
Reiki.
So go ahead and place your handsover your heart, and just

(05:23):
activate your Reiki energy andmove it into your heart chakra.
So many of us experienceheartache, heartbreak,
heartburn, so many differentconditions.

(05:44):
Around the heart through thecourse of our lives and all
healing comes through the heart.
In fact, it's said that there'sreally only two emotions, love
and fear.
And so in order to be in a placeof love in our lives, the

(06:05):
majority of the time, it'simportant to have a healthy
heart chakra.
And so today we.
nurture our own dear hearts andwe take a moment to reflect on
the fact that our hearts beat inthe same rhythm as the heartbeat

(06:31):
of the earth and creation.
Our hearts beat in the samerhythm as the animals.
and of each other.
And so instead of noticing whatmight be different about us,

(06:59):
let's focus for a moment on thatunification consciousness that
all of our hearts beat togetherat the same time, the heartbeat
of the earth, we are truly one.

(07:23):
And so it is.
Thank you.
Guys, it really made sense tofocus on the heart this month,
this week, because Valentine'sDay is just around the corner.
And on February 14th, it'srecognized over many cultures as

(07:46):
a day dedicated to love andaffection.
And if, as they say, dualitymeans that there's only two
emotions, love and fear, thenDoesn't it make sense to do
everything possible to cultivatelove and cultivate the heart?
Because that's truly where theenjoyment is in living life.

(08:09):
History and significance, though, of this day are both
rooted in ancient times and alsohave evolved.
So let's just have a look atValentine's Day.
Was, is and has been.
We believe that it probably camefrom ancient origins from the

(08:30):
Roman festival of Lupercalia, which is an ancient Roman
festival celebrated fromFebruary 13th to 15th.
It was a pagan fertilityfestival dedicated to Phonus.
the Roman god of agriculture, and to Romulus and Remus, the

(08:51):
founders of Rome.
Of course, as was normal inthose times, there were, there
was feasting and ceremonies andsacri animal sacrifices to
purify the community andencourage fertility.
But du during this time, duduring in Lupercalia, men and

(09:11):
women were actually paired tothrough a lottery system.
And some historians believe thismay be the precursor to modern
romantic celebrations.
But then Valentine's Day takes atwist with Christian roots and
the St.
Valentine's legend.
And this is around the martyrdomof St.

(09:34):
Valentine.
And the name Valentine is, comesfrom One, or more likely more
than one, Christian martyrs whowere named Valentine or
Valentinus.
And one popular legend is abouta priest named Valentine who
defied Emperor Claudius II inthe 3rd century.

(09:59):
Claudius had banned marriages toensure that soldiers remained
committed to their duty, butValentine secretly performed
marriages.
Eventually, that led to hisimprisonment and execution on
February 14th.
We don't know if that's alltrue, but that's how the legend

(10:19):
has lined up.
Another story talks aboutValentine, that Valentine fell
in love with the jailer'sdaughter and wrote her a letter
signed, From Your Valentine.
which then became a precursor tomodern Valentine's Day cards.
Also in medieval times, it wasan association with love by the

(10:43):
Middle Ages.
It was associated with romanticlove, especially in England and
France.
And in fact, February 14th wasbelieved in those countries to
be the beginnings of the birdsmating season.
So love and courtship.
And Geoffrey Chaucer's poemParliament of Fowls in 1382 is

(11:06):
one of the first known works tolink Valentine's Day with
romantic love.
He was writing about a day whenevery bird cometh there to
choose his mate.
Then in the Renaissance, in the15th century, We started having
Valentine's messages.
Individuals began exchanginghandwritten notes and poems to

(11:31):
express their affection onValentine's Day.
And in the 18th century thetradition went further with the
creation of printed cards, especially in England.
And they often included like aromantic verse and symbols of
love like Cupid and hearts.
And, of course, in the 19th and20th centuries, saw the

(11:53):
commercialization of it,particularly with mass greeting
cards, and Esther A.
Howland is actually known as themother of the American
Valentine.
popularizing the holiday in theU.
S.
with her elaborate handmadecards in the mid 19th century.
Today it's celebrated withgifts, flowers, roses,

(12:17):
chocolates, jewelry, dinners, and the heart, cupid, and the
color red are.
are symbols of our holiday.
But around the globe it can be abit different.
In Japan, women give chocolatesto men, with a reciprocal gift
tradition, White Day on March24th.

(12:37):
In South Korea, Valentine's Dayand White Day are celebrated,
but there's also a Black Day onApril 14th for singles.
Which I think is brilliant.
In India and China, the holidayhas become popular with
localized traditions blendingwith the global customs.
And in Scandinavian countries,it's often connected with

(12:59):
celebrating friendship andaffection rather than only
romantic love.
So because this is a time ofheart connection and the
expression of love.
I thought it was a great time toreally focus.
In on our heart chakra, thefocus on love aligns with the

(13:20):
energy of the heart chakra andspiritual traditions.
So really great time to reflecton things like compassion and
gratitude and relationships.
So it's evolved from ancientfertility rites and Christian
martyrdom to a globalcelebration of love.
And so this is a really greatopportunity for us to to explore

(13:43):
this.
So I wanted to spend a littlebit of time just going into the
qualities of the heart chakraand the energy things like love,
compassion, forgiveness andbalance.
And I'm probably not going tosay this right, but the heart
chakra is also known as Anahatain Sanskrit.

(14:04):
This is the fourth chakra in thebody's energy system, located at
the center of our chest.
And this chakra governs love,compassion.
Balance and connection.
It's a bridge between our lowerphysical chakras and the upper
spiritual chakras.
The heart chakra then integratesour earthly experiences.

(14:27):
with our spiritual aspirations.
What are some of the keycharacteristics of the heart
chakra?
We know it's located in thecenter of the chest, in and
around the heart.
The element that it representsis air.
which is lightness, openness,and freedom.
The color is usually green, symbolizing growth, healing, and

(14:49):
renewing.
It also can be associated withpink for unconditional love, but
I also believe that there arethree heart chakras the thymus
and ascending heart and a heartchakra.
It's such an important chakra, such an important area.
The mantra around the heartchakra is YAM.

(15:10):
The vibrational sound for theheart chakra and the symbol is a
beautiful lotus flower with 12petals that encloses a downward
pointing triangle intersected byan upward pointing triangle
creating a six pointed star.
Now many of you are familiarwith that symbol because that is

(15:31):
the shape of the world peacegrids.
Now physically the heart chakra.
is associated with the heart, the lungs, the circulatory
system, the shoulders, the arms.
And the hands, it's the centerof love and compassion.
It's about radiating kindnessand acceptance.

(15:52):
And many of us don't have anytrouble doing that for others.
Where we sometimes get stuck isradiating that kindness and
acceptance back onto ourselves.
This chakra, chakra governsrelationships, forgiveness, the
ability to give and receivelove.
So it can be difficult toreceive.

(16:14):
This isn't balanced, a balancedheart chakra allows for deep
emotional connections and asense of harmony with the world.
So how do you know if your heartchakra is balanced?
You feel connected to others andyou practice.
Balanced empathy and compassion.

(16:37):
You can forgive yourself andothers easily.
You experience unconditionallove for yourself and those
around you.
And you maintain balance inrelationships, giving and
receiving love equally.
You also probably feel verypeaceful, calm, and emotionally

(16:57):
stable.
So that's great, but how do weknow if our heart chakra is
imbalanced?
Interestingly, it could beunderactive.
or overactive.
So let's look at that.
An underactive heart chakrasometimes causes us to have

(17:19):
difficulty opening up ortrusting others.
You may have feelings ofloneliness, isolation, or fear
of rejection.
An underactive heart chakra alsoimpacts us with an inability to
forgive or let go of grudgesholding onto resentments.

(17:42):
It can also be associated withlow self esteem, a lack of self
love, and difficulty both givingand receiving love.
We can also have an overactiveheart chakra.
And when that happens, we mightbe overly giving to the point of

(18:02):
self sacrifice.
We might become overly dependentin relationships.
We may experience jealousy, possessiveness, or codependency.
And we may struggle to maintainpersonal boundaries.
Now, we can also experiencephysical symptoms of imbalance,

(18:26):
and when that shows up, we mighthave like heart issues,
circulatory issues, respiratoryproblems, things like asthma,
bronchitis, long COVID,tightness, or pain in the chest.
And we can also have shoulder, arm, or hand discomfort.

(18:47):
If we have a heart chakra that'sout of balance, what are some of
the things we can do?
We're going to go into ameditation, but there's other
things as well that you can doon a fairly regular basis.
The first thing I'm going tomention, of course, is Reiki for

(19:09):
the Heart Chakra.
Just placing your hands overyour heart center during a self
Reiki session.
Something like what we did tobegin tonight.
You can also imagine orvisualize a warm green light
filling your chest and justdissolving any blockages.
Sometimes, when I'm working on aclient who has had a broken

(19:32):
heart, It actually, the Reikiactually forms gold and it fills
in the broken, the sort of thecracks and the fissures in the
heart, much like that ancientAsian pottery method, which
takes broken pottery and makesit more valuable by putting it

(19:56):
together with gold.
And so these are, you can also,if you have any issues like
that, just imagine that as well.
You can also think about thatmantra, yam, while you're
meditating.
There's a neat app that I'vedownloaded from Jonathan

(20:16):
Goldman, and it's just a chakratuner.
It's some short meditations thatyou can do with some background
music as they chant.
The mantra for each chakra andit was only a few dollars.
So it's something that I reallylike doing my Reiki sessions
with sometimes, whenever I'mguided.

(20:38):
You can also imagine a beautifullotus flower, maybe a green one
blooming from your chest, radiating love and compassion,
and all of these during yourmeditation would be helpful.
You can include breathingexercises as well.
To just connect with that airelement and just breathe into

(21:01):
the heart space.
It's especially effective if youdo this when you're doing your
self Reiki and that bringslightness and calm into the
heart chakra.
There's even some otherbreathing techniques that you
could look up like alternatenostril breathing, Nadi Shodhana
for balance, things like this.

(21:23):
But I just like to imaginebreathing.
into that heart whenever itfeels heavy as I do Reiki and
listen to my chakra app and itjust really tends to bring some
lightness.
You can also add someaffirmations.

(21:44):
Try some of these on for sizeand see what you think of them.
I'm open to giving and receivinglove.
I easily forgive myself andothers.
Love is my truth, my guidingtruth.
There can also be yoga posesthat open the chest and

(22:08):
shoulders like camel pose, Cobrapose, bridge pose.
These can open the heart chakraand you can also spend time in
nature, especially in greenspaces that helps you connect to
the heart chakra.
And finally, we can use crystalsand essential oils, green and

(22:32):
pink crystals like rose quartzfor unconditional love, green
adventurine for emotionalbalance, jade for harmony and
nurturing energy.
If you place them near yourheart during a meditation or
wear them as jewelry, They'regoing to work with you always,
and you could even imbue thosecrystals with Reiki energy so

(22:53):
that in addition to thebeautiful balancing energy of
the crystals, You can receiveReiki from the crystal at the
same time and some of theessential oils.
I've actually been guided tocreate a few essential oils,
live in love to really allow youto experience that love on a

(23:17):
regular basis and joy and innerpeace.
There's a number that I've beenguided to create that just help
us connect with that.
the beautiful energy of theheart emotions and just rise
above the frequency of the base, the lower, the fear based
emotions and the chaos thatsometimes feels like.

(23:43):
So some of the oils that can behelpful for the heart are rose
oil, geranium, jasmine,lavender.
These all support emotionalbalance and they can open the
heart chakra.
I also I also did, I think I didcreate one called open, open my
heart for somebody who asked forsome help with that.

(24:07):
And so when we think about theheart chakra, in addition to the
many other things that it doesI'm going to just focus on a few
of the areas of our lives nowthat it touches on.
The first one is obvious, theheart chakra in relationships.

(24:28):
It's plays a central role in ourhealthy, meaningful
relationships.
It encourages things like selflove because Self love is the
foundation.
For loving others.
It encourages balanced empathy, which is that ability to observe
or see and then understandanother person's perspective,

(24:53):
which is very different fromsympathy.
Sympathy is putting your spin, your perspective the way you
would feel in that situation.
It's imagining yourself in thatsituation.
Empathy is observing andunderstanding the other person's
perspective without puttingyourself in their shoes.

(25:13):
It's also central in forgivenessand forgiveness has been shown
to be the key to let go of anypast injuries, hurts, and to
help us foster connection.
And also surprisingly, abalanced heart chakra, this

(25:34):
surprised me, is that it helpsus maintain boundaries.
While still staying open toconnection, I never associate,
somehow, I don't know why, Inever associated maintaining
boundaries and that balance thatthe heart chakra can bring with
the heart chakra, but it is verymuch a part of it.

(25:56):
Now, In addition to beinginvolved in relationships, the
heart chakra is also part of ourspiritual growth because it
bridges the physical andspiritual realms.
When we have a balanced heartchakra, it supports inner peace

(26:17):
where we simply accept ourselvesand the world.
As it is, not as we want it tobe, not as it should be, as it
is.
And that's the kind of the keyto inner peace.
It also supports higherconsciousness.
Opening the heart chakra allowsfor spiritual awakening and it

(26:40):
lets us connect to universallove and it connects us and
supports us in service toothers.
And one of the fastest ways tochange your mood.
Is to do something kind forsomeone else.
That's if you're ever feelinglow or down go and do an act of

(27:07):
kindness for another that comesfrom an authentic place and that
will just turn everythingaround.
It's so it's actually, I believean essential part of our
spiritual growth.
So that service to others, thatkindness and compassion from an
authentic place.
That's part of it too, but see, here's something that I think is

(27:30):
really important at this momentin time.
I think that right now, if you,for instance, I was talking with
Colleen today, and we weretalking about the fact that if
you watch a movie that's evenfive years old, she brought up
the movie Notting Hill, it's notthat old.

(27:54):
And yet in the movie, peoplewere still reading newspapers.
And the pace was so much slower, the pace has picked up and we're
being, really deluged withinformation.
But when you, if you do look ata movie or something that's that
old, just notice the differencein the cinematography and the

(28:16):
pace of life and so on.
And the pace has gone so quicklynow that it leads to a lot of
chaos and in that chaos.
I'm not sure that it's notdeliberate on, that some people
can benefit sometimes fromcreating chaos.
And in that chaos, it tends tohave us focus on our differences

(28:39):
and what makes each of us otherto someone else rather than
connected with and the same assomeone else.
So in a world that can feeldivided like that.
All we really need to do isbring our focus back to the

(29:00):
heart chakra, run Reiki, sendlove from our heart out, and
that actually connects andcontributes to collective
healing.
Sending love to others, it justripples outward.
It creates a wave of harmony andcompassion, and I believe it can

(29:24):
lead to global healing.
I think this is a big part ofit, those acts of service to
others and so on.
So when we think about it, theheart chakra is the essence of
who we are, and I'm not sure I'mstill working through it.

(29:49):
But I'm actually seeing that theseed of our soul is in this
region and is also connectedwith the heart chakra.
If we pay attention and nurtureand balance this energy center,
it can only help us to open tothe full experience of love and

(30:13):
self love.
Love of others, connection tothe divine, living life through
love.
And so by going into our Reikimeditations, mindfulness, it has
the opportunity to become thatsource of joy and peace that
brings us into harmony andconnection.

(30:39):
These are just a few of thethings that I wanted to bring up
today before we move into ourmeditation, I noticed I left out
one of the affirmations and I'dlike us to think about that as
we get ready to move into ourmeditation.

(31:00):
I am worthy of love andcompassion because I've noticed
over the years that for so manyof us worthiness comes up.
As we move forward, justremembering that daily self
Reiki and that we can focus onthe heart, even if we don't only
focus on the heart, just makingsure we get there each day,

(31:21):
affirmations, and you can evendo some journaling and self
reflection.
On self love and on gratitude, you can journal on things like
how does love expand when weshare it?
I can remember when I had myfirst baby, Kathleen, and I was

(31:42):
a little nervous.
I don't know if any of the restof you experienced this.
I was a little nervous to havemy second child because I just
loved Kathleen.
So much.
And I was worried that thesecond child was going to take
away from that love.
And so what a shock to have asecond child and find out that

(32:04):
no, your love just expands.
You have the capacity to loveeach child with that incredible
volume of love and intensity.
And eventually we had three andevery single one of them I often
tell them, I tell my oldestdaughter, you're my favorite
because you're my oldest.
And I tell my son, you're myfavorite because you're my son.

(32:26):
And and I usually add in you'refunny and you're my, and my
daughter and you're smart and myyoungest, I'll say, and you're
my favorite because you're myyoungest, you're my baby.
And you were always so spunky orsomething like that.
So they all know that they're myfavorite.
But in Reiki, we don't believein competition, so it's all
good.

(32:49):
And so today I'd like to move usinto a meditation.
I'm just wondering if anybodyhas any questions before we move
into that today.
Okay.
So I just wanted to saysomething that I noticed when

(33:09):
you're speaking about romanceand when you say said that
Valentine's Day started in Rome.
I wonder if that's the romancecomes from that the word
romance.
You know what I mean?
I never once thought of that.
What a brilliant observation.
Maybe it does.
Who knows?

(33:30):
I think you're on to something.
Yes, you're absolutely right.
So that's probably the root ofthe word romance.
So now we're all going to haveto look that up after after
we're done meeting tonight.
Thank you for pointing that out.
I love that fun fact.
Anything else?
Anyone that has any questions?

(33:50):
Okay, guys, as we always do, I'mgoing to invite you to go ahead
and make yourselves comfortablein this meditation.
We're actually going to journeyinto the energy of the heart
chakra to cultivate self love.
and expand love for others.

(34:10):
Now, I was actually doing asession several years ago with a
client and I was shown that manyof us disconnect from self love
in and around adolescence whenthe world's messages have made
their way through to us.
When you ask a child, there'ssomething fun we can do.

(34:32):
Lynn said you were right, Nancy.
That is where the word romancecomes from.
Brilliant.
Have you ever noticed that whenyou ask a child, what do you
like about yourself?
And that used to be part of oneof the things that we did when
we would go into a Reiki.
a Reiki class for children andfor adults, so what do you like

(34:52):
about yourself?
And the children would just, they'd have such a long list of
what they loved about themselvesand liked about themselves.
I love that I love pink.
I love that I have red hair.
I love.
I love my freckles, they just, Ilove my dog, I love just
everything and that kind of, wedisconnect from that wonderful

(35:18):
and intense and extreme selflove in and around adolescence.
So if that might have happenedfor you and even if you've
reconnected with it, if youwould like to reconnect with it.
more strongly, if you would liketo have a better ability to give
and receive love, expand yourlove for others.
We're actually going to be goinginto this meditation that I've

(35:42):
called awakening the heart withReiki.
So I'm just going to invite youto make yourselves comfortable.
Go ahead and close your eyes nowand take a deep breath in.
And when you let it out, justletting it out slowly.

(36:08):
And just let yourself settleinto the sacred space of
healing.
And now I invite you to bringyour attention to your breath.
And with each inhale, just tobreathe into the heart and the

(36:30):
heart space, bringing air.
And slowly breathe out anythingthat is less than love.
And we're going to breathe heretogether for about 12 breaths.

(37:13):
And on your exhale, you'rereleasing tension, heaviness,
anything at all.

(38:46):
And now just imagine, as youplace your hands over your
heart, with your Reikiactivated, that roots are
extending from your body deeplyinto the earth, going all the
way down to the groundwater andthe bedrock beneath.

(39:10):
Just bringing stability andgrounding you in the balance,
anchoring you to the earth.
And now imagine that the Reikienergy has surrounded you with a

(39:32):
beautiful, soft green light ofhealing, and that it's flowing
into your body from above andbelow and all around you.
It's filling you with feelingsof peace, and it's grounding you
here in the present moment.

(39:53):
We'll spend a few moments heretoday.

(41:22):
And now bring your awareness toyour heart space in the middle
of your chest, and just noticethe light that's glowing there.
What color is it?
Is it green?
Is it another color?
This is the energy of your heartchakra.

(41:45):
And now with each breath.
Just notice that this lightgrows brighter, bigger, filling
your chest with warmth andcompassion.
And we'll breathe here for a fewmoments together.

(42:48):
Now with the Reiki energyflowing into your heart space, I
invite you to repeat after me,either silently or out loud, I
am worthy of love.

(43:11):
I give and receive love freely.
I am love.
And if there's any tension orblockages in your heart, just
feel those softening now.

(43:35):
And just allowing the love toflow more easily.
I am worthy of love.
I give and receive love freely.
I am love.

(44:01):
And let's just let those settleinto the heart space for a few
moments.

(44:47):
We're going to spend a fewmoments practicing self love.
I invite you to imagine thelight, if it's green, turning
into a soft pink glow, representing unconditional love.

(45:12):
And if that's something you'venever received, know that it is
your birthright.
And it comes from source andjust imagine this beautiful pink
glow filling your entire body, enveloping you, wrapping you in
a warm hug.

(45:35):
And I'd like you to think aboutone thing, the thing that you
appreciate about yourself.
Maybe it's your strength, yourkindness, your uniqueness,
whatever it might be.
Think about something youappreciate about yourself and
let it fill your heart withgratitude now and we'll stay

(45:58):
here as it does.

(46:49):
Now I invite you once again torepeat the following
affirmation.
I honor and cherish myself.
I am deserving of love andcompassion.

(47:16):
I honor and cherish myself.
I am deserving of love andcompassion.
And we'll just remain here andallow that to settle in.

(48:25):
For the balance of ourmeditation together, we'll send
love to others.
As your heart overflows withthis love, I invite you to allow
the pink light to expand outwardnow.
Surrounding first your lovedones, then your friends, and

(48:52):
just let it move out into yourcommunity.
There is so much love here.
Just watch as the tendrils reachout and begin to grow, and then

(49:12):
just allow it to radiate evenfurther, touching the collective
energy of the world.
Trust that it will reach All ofthose who need it the most right
now.

(49:33):
And I invite you to repeatsilently in the bulk of our time
together here today.
May love and compassion flowfreely.
To all beings, including myself, and we're going to remain here
together today.

(52:01):

of all the world's religions andspiritual paths work together to
create peace among all people onearth.

(52:51):
And we combine that with ouraffirmation may love and
