What I was guided to do for usduring this Reiki share was to
just address stress andoverwhelm because this is a time
of year when so many of us, it'sbusy.
It's just, it's lovely, but itis busy and we're all.
In the season and, but just somuch to do.

So for today's Reiki share, whatI thought I would do is lead you
in a holy fire healingexperience and just invite you
to release any stress oroverwhelm that you might have in
your life, in your body, in yourmind, your soul, or your spirit.
So I'd like you to just think,just to close your eyes, if you.

(01:42):
And just consider if there isstress and overwhelm in your
body.
Maybe you are, there's aspectsof the holiday that you're not
looking forward to, or perhapseven some friends or relatives
that you're not looking forwardto experiencing.

(02:03):
If there's any of that existswithin you, just ask yourself,
where would it.
And just pay attention to thefirst part of your body, the
first area that comes to yourmind, and then go ahead and ask
yourself if this energy thatexists within me, this overwhelm

(02:26):
stress.
Maybe some things I'm notlooking forward to about the
holiday.
If this exists in a part of mybody and it has a shape, what
shape would it have?
And there's no wrong answersguys.
It's usually the first thing andyou may have more than one
shape, cuz we are talking aboutmore than one thing.

(02:47):
I'm just look at that shape orshapes and ask yourself what
color?
Would it be?
What's the very first color thatcomes to your mind when you
think of each shape?

(03:08):
And then look inside again andjust notice what the surface
texture of each of the shapeslooks like.
Ask yourself, is this shape orare these shapes heavy?
And maybe some of them will beheavy and some of them not so

(03:28):
much.
And then finally, ask yourselfif you're willing to let them
go.
And if you are, I invite you tomake yourself really comfort.
With your eyes closed to take adeep breath, bringing your hands

(03:52):
into Gassho to activate yourReiki energy and breathe
bringing in any Reiki symbolsthat you have.

(04:13):
And then placing your handscomfortably on your body,
wherever you feel guided, and Iinvite you to imagine that it's
a beautiful, warm, sunny day andyou're walking through a trail

(04:35):
in a beautiful forest.
And as you walk along and as youbreathe into yourself, you
breathe in the life essence andenergy of the forest, and the
energy of the divine earth flowsup through the bottoms of your
feet.
You walk along until you come toa path that goes off to the

(04:59):
right and you decide to followthat.
You follow that path until youcome to a clearing in the forest
and in the middle of theclearing, it's a small hill
covered with soft grass andbeautiful wild flowers.

(05:19):
I invite you to imagine thatyou're climbing up the hill, and
as you do that, to feel thegrass and the wildflowers
rubbing against your legs.
And when you get to the top ofthe hill, you choose to lie

(05:39):
down.
You can feel the grass and thewild flowers beneath you, and
you gaze up at the.
And as you're gazing up at thesky, a beautiful beam of light
pierces the clouds, and yourecognize right away that this

(06:04):
is no ordinary light.
It is the light from the highestheavens.
It shines down upon you and allaround you, and even seems to
flow through you.
It feels very safe and comfort.
Very nurturing.

(06:29):
I invite you to allow the light,which now focuses on those
shapes or shape that you haveidentified.
I invite you to focus on theshapes or shape yourself and
simply be willing to let them.
The beauty of Reiki is that youdon't have to do anything to

(06:50):
earn it.
So just being willing to letthem go and the light of Reiki
begins to release these from youand they'll go into a place
where they can be healed.
Listen to, heard, nurtured, andhealed all the way back to their

(07:14):
original cause.
and so you let them go and we'resimply going to breathe in this
space for some time.
And the energy of peace flowsthrough you now.
It flows into your body on yourbreath, and it begins to release

(07:37):
anything that is not peace fromyou, and it flows through every
cell in your body.
It inundates the cells.

(07:58):
So that they become peaceful andit flows through every part of
your being, and so you becomepeace and will remain here for
some time.

(08:39):
And as peace shines through you,it also begins to emanate from
you so that everyone who is nearyou experiences peace for you
are peace.

(09:01):
You have become peace.
Let's just let that settle intoevery part of our being Now.

(09:34):
And our outer world alwaysresembles our inner world.
Peace flows out into our dailylives.
They invite you to think of somethings in your life that are not

(09:55):
peaceful and just allow theenergy of peace to flow through
you.
and out into those areas andthose aspects of your life, and
we'll stay here for severalmoments.

(11:41):
Now the light of harmony flowsthrough you.
And first, it harmonizes all ofthe disparate parts of us.
It harmonizes our mind, body,spirit, and emotions.

(12:01):
It harmonizes each of ourchakras.
It brings our imagination andintuition in alignment with our
intellect.

(12:25):
Sometimes the different parts ofourselves want different things,
and this can lead to discord anddifficulty.
But as the light of harmonyflows through you, it brings all

(12:48):
of the parts of yourselftogether, each one having an
equal voice.
Breathe in the light of harmony.

(13:11):
And allow all of the parts ofyourself to come into harmony.

(14:26):
And does the disparate parts ofyourself move into alignment?
The harmony now moves throughyou and reaches out stretching
out into your daily life, andthere may be some aspects of

(14:46):
your life that aredisharmonious.
There may even be somerelationships that are not in
harmony.
As harmony flows out into them,they move into a place of

(15:07):
harmony with you and within yourlife, your daily life, you
become harmony and anyone who isin your vicinity experiences.
And will remain here.

(15:43):
I invite you to think of somerelationships in your life.
Are not harmonious.
Maybe they ended badly and feelunfinished.
Maybe they are ongoing but donot feel healthy.
Maybe they're relationships withfamily members, which you can't

(16:10):
get away from, but that are notin harmony, and maybe it's a
relationship with.
That's not in harmony.
Just allow the light of harmonyto move through these through
you and into these relationshipsand situations, and will remain

(16:35):
here while they move into aplace of harmony today.

(17:40):
Excuse me.
Bless you.

And now you let the light ofharmony.
Now that has moved through thoseclose relationships.
I invite you to think ofrelationships that are a bit
more distant.
Coworkers, members of yourcommunity, and we just allow the

(19:12):
light of harmony to stretch outwith peace and harmony to
stretch out from us into thatnext layer of acquaintances.

(20:24):
And now Harmony stretches outinto that next.
Layer posture, community intoyour province or state, and it
even moves out into the countrythat you're living in.

(20:51):
And from the country, you canfeel it moving out into the
continent.
And then stretching to the othercontinents until it wraps around
the entire Earth itself.

(21:12):
When we think of the world peacegrids today that exist on the
North Pole in the South, Theyexist in Jerusalem in Aunt Mount
Kurama and also at the ICRTReiki Centers in Michigan and
Hawaii.

(21:36):
And we send out an intention aswe connect to these grids.
We connect our own personalpeace and harmony and Reiki
energy.
And the peace grids areinscribed with 12 symbols for
the major world religions, whichalso includes agnostics and

(22:00):
atheists and independence,spiritual paths, and they're
inscribed with the followinginscription.
May the followers of all theworld's religions and spiritual
paths work together to createpeace.
Among all people on Earth.

(22:21):
And so at this time of theholiday season, we had our own
Reiki energy and our ownintention to the grids and to
the earth.

(22:47):
Asking that all of the people inthe very earth itself experience
this peace and this harmonyduring this beautiful holiday
season.
