(00:03):
Hi, welcome back to Reset. Today's episode is inspired by
an activity that some of you mayhave done at a retreat with me
in the past. You might be familiar with the
Reset card deck that has a number of questions on it.
Well, today we are going to use it rather than with a partner.
We're going to do it like a guided journaling activity.

(00:25):
So the way this is going to workis I invite you to get a
journal, find a comfy space, obviously, bring a pen.
I'm going to read out the questions as journaling prompts,
and then we're going to give youa little bit of time to answer
them on the paper in front of you.
These questions are going to stretch your brain to the
future, to the past, and just help you shake up your

(00:46):
journaling routine. We've allowed 10 seconds between
each question for you to journalyour thoughts.
Don't overthink it. Just write whatever comes to
mind. And if you need a little bit of
extra time, just feel free to hit pause and then come back to
the episode. I hope you enjoy.
Let's begin. What are two good things that

(01:07):
have happened for you in the past month?
Who is someone that changed yourlife for the better and probably
doesn't even know it? If your 90 year old self was to

(01:32):
give you a message about your career, what would they say?
What do you want to start sayingyes to?

(01:55):
If you had to introduce yourselfand couldn't say what you did
for work, what would you say? If you could say anything to
your 10 year old self, what message would you give them?

(02:24):
What is something in your life that's no longer serving you and
you'd like to let go of? What's something you wish more
people knew about you? If the 10 year old version of

(02:50):
you could give you a piece of advice, what do you think they'd
say? If you knew it would all work
out, what would you do? What's one thing you could do

(03:16):
within the next month to make a positive impact on someone
else's life? When you were younger, what
activities made you the happiest?

(03:42):
What is something positive that you know now that you didn't
know last year? If you spoke to your 18 year old
self, what would surprise them about your life today?

(04:09):
If you had an extra $10 million, how would you spend it?
If all careers paid the same, what would you be doing?

(04:31):
I hope you enjoyed this activity.
I'd love to hear how it went. Send me Adm on Instagram.
I'm genuinely very curious.
