Speaker 2 (02:02):
Tell me what you want, Tell.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Me what you want, and I will show you how
to get it.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
The question is are you're willing to do the work.
Speaker 4 (02:11):
So today's episode will not be televised, why because I'm
not at home.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
I will be.
Speaker 4 (02:22):
I have been in Louisville, Kentucky for well, yesterday was
my first day. I'll be here for about a week
and then I will be heading home business trip. So
for now, I'm just going to record the audio for
this show because all of you know, the bills and
whistles on my computer that do the actual video recording
(02:45):
and all that stuff is at home. I'm just here
in a hotel room on my laptop and sorry, no, Henry.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
Henry is home. So let us jump in.
Speaker 4 (02:57):
Tell me about your interest, tell me about your goals,
Tell you about your dreams, and I can tell you
how to attain it. You believe I can't. Huh You
doubt me? Huh, Well, understand that from the outside looking in,
I usually don't see all of the mental clutter that
you do in your mind.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
Trust me the same way you would with me.
Speaker 4 (03:18):
The obstacles, the limiting beliefs, all that connection to nonsense
and fearful excuses of self doubt and the worry and
all that nonsense. I can see you for who you
truly are, and tell you as neutrally as possible what
can work for you. But of course does this make
(03:39):
it right for you? No, But I would try to
keep it simple and the same way I have had
people give me advice, and I will listen because a
lot of times, when you're outside looking in, you will,
as I said, see less clutter in my mind, and
you will be able to be a little bit more
straightforward with what I may need to do.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
Think about it, you.
Speaker 4 (04:01):
Come to me, we already know from your past experiences
that you have said this is just an example, but
you know that you failed out through school, that you
didn't like science, that you don't like math, that you
barely wanted to go to school, and now twenty years
later you're telling me that you want to become a veterinarian.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
This happens.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
I actually have people say this, and I'm like, well, basically,
from the information you've told me throughout the years, what
would possess you to think that you would want to
do this thing? And then of course weird things like well,
you know, it pays money. I'm like, right, but it's
not for everybody, you know, not every job that it
occurs for everybody.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
So this comes down to what.
Speaker 4 (04:42):
Can you truly handle, what can you really do accomplish.
Trust me, this isn't I'm not judging, I'm not even comparing.
It's just to me, as I've shared in the past,
I love superheroes. To me, you are a superhero. We
are all superheroes. We all have such incredible powers and
we can do so many amazing things. But we each
(05:06):
have different talents, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
So because of that, does it mean that you're not competent. No,
it means that you should be focusing on what you
what is good for you, what you can handle. You
know it's a good start.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
What do you really like. Let's be honest.
Speaker 4 (05:30):
If you're trying to do something over and over and
over and it's just not working out, chances are maybe
it's just really not something you like, not even that
it's good or bad for you, it's just not something
you like. And you continue to just beat it down
because you either feel peer pressure or you feel the
need to do something because somebody told you you should
or it should work for them. But if at this
(05:51):
point you've tried and you've given up. Now, when ends
up happening you, you start to think you're a failure and
there's something wrong with you. I know, it's just it's
not for you. And again it's sometimes it's easier for
me being able to see what, like I said, the
stripped down version of you without all the limiting beliefs.
(06:13):
So like what I mean, like when it comes to
your goals or dreams and all that stuff. This episode,
this episode is about all of the endless possibilities that
are at your fingertips right now. You see, if you
just go through life, writing the flow of life with
(06:37):
an open mind, the possibilities are endless of the things
that you, and I mean you specific yes I'm talking
to you, are capable of. I feel bad for people
that are listening right now, going I'm not capable of anything.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
I am a failure.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
Well because you've tried the wrong things, hm, but because
of all those limiting beliefs that we carry around, like
just heavy weights and things that people not good friends,
but people, you know, just stupid people may have ingrained
in us. This includes hypnosis. And I know you're thinking
(07:18):
like hypnosis, like uh, you know, like what a hypnotist?
Speaker 2 (07:20):
No, no, no, no, no.
Speaker 4 (07:22):
Every day we're constantly hypnotized that we're h hypnotized on television,
We're hypnotized by friends, by conversations, peer pressure to believe
certain things. That's the funny thing is a lot of
people are like, oh, that's what you do for living
as a hypnotherapist. I'm like, mm, kind of I do that.
But my idea is to strip you back down again
to your original self and make you believe who you
(07:45):
were when you first started all this before, all these
beliefs that you carry on now that if anything, are
just holding you back from growing and succeeding. You're not incompetent,
you're not stupid.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
And worthy.
Speaker 4 (08:02):
You are but I really have a I just believe
that you have to work for it and doubting yourself.
I understand that, of course we all have at some
point it is just impossible for you to you know,
for many of us, it's just sometimes it seems that
it's impossible to just succeed at something.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
And if I've.
Speaker 4 (08:20):
Mentioned this in many episodes in the past, it's heartbreaking
for me to meet somebody that I.
Speaker 2 (08:25):
Can tell they are amazing.
Speaker 4 (08:28):
But they've chosen to just give up on life and
are in a relationship that they're just not happy with.
They go to work or to a job that they're
just not happy with, and I just feel that they
are just stuck. As I said, sometimes me looking out
seeing this person, I'm like, I see the light, I
see the drive, I see the potential. I see you
(08:49):
stripped down to who you really are, which is most
likely before as I said, all the limiting beliefs. But
this is where you have understand the limitless amount of
endless opportunities in front of you in your life.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
I mean, think about it.
Speaker 4 (09:07):
Life is filled with limitless potential and until you die,
every single day there is an opportunity, there's a possibility,
there's a chance for change.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
You can make.
Speaker 4 (09:18):
Choices over and over and over. You can try again,
and you can try again, and you can try again
and hopefully with many of these tries are a lot
of failures. Because you can continue to try, you can
continue to fail, and you can continue to try again
and just do it over. To me, that's what a
(09:39):
new day is. A new day is if today didn't
go well, tomorrow, I'm gonna try again. I'm gonna try
to be better. Or you can surrender and just decide
to exist, which I'm not judging, it's just fine too.
But to me, people in general weren't born to simply exist,
(09:59):
to just move move through life, reacting to circumstances and
surrendering to limitations. To me, people in general are born
to live, truly live a life brimming with potential, with
passion and purpose. There are limitless, boundless, and infinite opportunities
in front of you at any given moment. These opportunities
(10:22):
are not external. They exist within your perception, in your mindset,
and your willingness to step outside the walls you've built
around yourself. This podcast today, this goal that I'm trying
(10:43):
to put out there is to help you understand and
embody this truth that your life was meant to be
lived to the fullest. But Jimmy, I still don't believe
that I am worthy of accomplishing X, Y and Z.
But here's the issue that you are dealing with an
illusion of limitations. And I ask of you right now,
(11:08):
what is holding you back?
Speaker 2 (11:12):
Think about that?
Speaker 4 (11:13):
What is holding you back? Why do you believe that?
I mean, surprisingly, I've been blessed to have people sit
in my office and go over why you feel that
you're just not worthy, why you feel that.
Speaker 2 (11:36):
It's not your time.
Speaker 4 (11:38):
It's not your time to succeed, it's not your time
to shine.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
And as I said, it's just I don't know.
Speaker 4 (11:46):
As you can tell now, it's heartbreaking to me. It
really is, because I see the potential in people, I
see the dreams I see, I see the hope, and
in many occasions it just turns out it's because somebody somewhere,
at some time told.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
You that you can't.
Speaker 4 (12:10):
You are dealing with an illusion of limitations. Was there
ever a time in your life that you wanted to
try a new career, a new hobby, possibly move to
a different city, a different house, a different state. You
just thought to yourself, if I can just pack my
bags and go now? Mind you. Of course, if you're
(12:30):
in a relationship, a marriage or something, it makes a
lot different, a lot more difficult.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
There's more involved. There is two of you.
Speaker 4 (12:38):
But you need to make decisions with that person or
with family or something as to what it is you
want in your life, why you are where you are,
and what you need to be happy and content with
your life. I'm talking about countless people out there that
(12:59):
have had the fire in them be blown away, be
blown out.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
I mean.
Speaker 4 (13:09):
Instead of going on an adventure, trying something new, meeting
new people, experimenting, experimenting with life and the possibility that
things make it better for you. And now here you
sit wondering where you could.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
Have landed if you did X, Y and Z.
Speaker 4 (13:32):
At some point in your life, do you have a
think about it?
Speaker 2 (13:34):
I'm asking you. Do you have a point in your
life that you thought.
Speaker 4 (13:36):
Wow, if I actually chose this or that, where would
I be today? Where you could have landed? Fast forward
junior of college. I've know a handful of people that
have spent their lives doing the things that their family
wanted them to. So, as I said, fast forward junior
(13:58):
of college, they're fine, decided that they don't want to
be in college. They're not even changing their major. They
just don't want to do it anymore. They're frustrated. They
went to school, they went through this entire path because
mom and dad or someone basically led them to believe
that this is what they wanted. And ditan inside there
(14:21):
was a voice saying, now, but they did it anyway
because well, I guess it'll make them happy.
Speaker 2 (14:29):
But what about you.
Speaker 4 (14:32):
Now you just one day you wake up and now
you feel like you've let the world down besides yourself,
because you've been living a lie and all this time
you're bought. Let's just say, you wanted to be a
doctor and you decided that's not what you want. You
know how many people I've met in the past that
have or or are in careers or in relationships that
(14:54):
they come to me and they're like, yeah, you know,
if I could have or should have or would have.
But I'm like, but you're not actually stuck. What is
preventing you from just walking away? What is prevent all?
But that's wrong to whom. Of course, you should respect
those around you, But I mean, then, if anything, there's
a thing called communication where you should be talking to
(15:17):
these loved ones that you so are afraid of hurting
their feelings and tell them how you really feel, because
if they really care for you, they wouldn't bother them.
As much as you think, many of the walls you
perceive in your life are not real. There are beliefs,
ideas and stories that you've internalized over time. You actually
believe that you're not good enough or oh, my favorite
(15:41):
is you know I'm too old, it's just too late
for me, or I don't have what it takes. These
these thoughts are not facts. They are just patterns of thinking.
The real obstacle is not your circumstances, but the beliefs
you cling to about those circumstances, These beliefs that create
(16:02):
a lens through which you see the world, This clouded
lens with fear, doubt, and negativity that you allow the
world to reflect back to you that this is how
it is?
Speaker 2 (16:19):
But is it.
Speaker 4 (16:21):
Once you shift the lens, you begin to see possibilities
instead of problems, opportunities instead of obstacles. Your external reality
will begin to shift, as well as your power of belief.
If you believe it deeply enough in your bones, you
can achieve anything. You've done it already. There are so
(16:45):
many things that you've put.
Speaker 2 (16:46):
Your mind to that you've achieved.
Speaker 4 (16:48):
And because there are other things that you will not
put your mind to and you won't truly give one,
it doesn't happen. So now you see yourself as a
complete and total failure. I'm telling you shift the lens,
change your mindset. If you believe it deeply enough in
(17:12):
your bones, you can achieve anything. But here's life's monkey wrench.
Any doubt, it will make things harder to happen. How
do you deal with the doubt well. The power to
convince someone that they can stem from a combination of
stems from different factors, including belief in oneself, effective communication,
(17:34):
and understanding the other person's perspective. It's about building trust,
demonstrating empathy, and presenting ideas in a way that resonates
with the individual. With the individual, ultimately, it's the ability
to inspire confidence and motivate someone to believe in their
(17:55):
own potential, which is what I love doing with this podcast.
I mean, think about It's about building belief, convincing someone
that they can, which it starts with building their say,
self belief. This might involve highlighting their past successes, acknowledging
their strength, and offering encouragement to them. This to me
(18:16):
inspires me helping others. They're like, yeah, what about me,
I'm not talking about you right now. You are doing great.
It trusts me, but it help it to me a
great way of helping yourself is helping others, inspiring others,
convincing someone that they like I said, it just starts
(18:37):
with giving them self belief. Before you know it, it
rubs back off on you. I mean it starts simply,
be clear, be concise, and confident. Communication is very crucial.
This is why you ask people what do they want
to do with their life and say, ohoh, so the
(18:59):
chance U nothing's going to happen because you don't know.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
You need to be clear and.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
Concise with yourself. This includes actively listening to other people,
to other people's concerns and addressing them with empathy and understanding.
And don't be a jerk, don't put people down, don't
be mean to people. Just because you don't agree with
their dreams and goals and aspirations doesn't make them wrong.
(19:26):
You may see what as I started in this, what
may be better for them, maybe best for them, but
there's ways of having them see the reality of it's
if it's worth the time for them to do it.
Your own belief in this person's ability can be so contagious.
Projecting confidence through your words and actions can help them
(19:49):
develop a similar sense of assurance. You believe in them.
Before you know it, they will believe in you, which
is great because now you find common ground with a friend,
is ending the no connecting with the person on a
personal level by sharing interest or values, which together you
build yourself up and together you can see the many
(20:12):
endless opportunities. I mean, there's nothing better than doing it
as a team presenting the task or goal. It is also,
in a way what highlights its benefits in aligns with
individuals aspirations that can It's like you guys become like
the super friends, which is such a powerful thing when
you line up with somebody and before you know it,
(20:33):
you're I met Uh, I'm actually it's funny. Today I
met two much older ladies who are amazing.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
They have so much going on.
Speaker 4 (20:43):
They have great energy, they have great like they have
a lot of dreams, they have.
Speaker 2 (20:47):
A lot of goals.
Speaker 4 (20:47):
And I told them I see it happening, and just
to see them, that's all I said, I see it happening.
They just looked at me and one of them got
very emotional, and the other ones just like, yes, you
provide support and I don't really know them. Offering practical
support and resources can further empower the individual to get
(21:08):
off their ass and take action and achieve their goals. Revibrate.
I made them vibrate. Then I vibrate in essence, convincing
someone that they can is about fostering a mindset of
possibility and providing the tools and encouragement they need to succeed.
Beliefs the beliefs are what shape are reality. What you
(21:33):
believe determines how you feel, how you act, and ultimately what.
Speaker 2 (21:36):
You experience in life.
Speaker 4 (21:40):
If you believe that life is a struggle, that life
is tough, then your mind will filter your experiences to
confirm you'll believe that shit. But if you believe that
life is a playground of opportunities, then your mind will
start to see the opportunities everywhere. This is not about
being naive. This is not about being empowered.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 4 (22:03):
This is about being empowered.
Speaker 2 (22:06):
It's about choosing.
Speaker 4 (22:06):
Beliefs that elevate you rather than diminish you. Imagine believing
that every obstacle is an invitation.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
To grow more.
Speaker 4 (22:17):
Imagine believing that rejection you're ready, ready, Ready. Imagine believing
that rejection is simply redirection. Rejection is redirection. Imagine believing
that you are worthy of the life you desire. If
(22:37):
you can walk around believing that that you suck, you
should know that there will come a point that you
will actually believe this to be true, and at that point,
thinking it for enough time, it becomes a habit that's
hard to break. Now is it impossible to break?
Speaker 2 (22:53):
Absolutely not.
Speaker 4 (22:54):
But back to the beginning, how much are you willing
to do the work to make it happen? It is
easy to just say no, I will not lie to you,
especially when dealing with the trap of complaints and negativity
that so many of us walk into. Are you a complainer?
I'm asking you?
Speaker 2 (23:13):
Are you?
Speaker 4 (23:14):
Or do you know someone that all they do is complain?
Speaker 2 (23:17):
I actually do.
Speaker 4 (23:19):
Complaining is a subtle way of giving away your power.
When you complain, you reinforce the belief that life is happening.
Speaker 2 (23:28):
To you rather than for you.
Speaker 4 (23:33):
Negativity becomes a habit, a default mode of thinking that
clouds your vision and keeps you stuck in the same
patterns over and over.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
And over.
Speaker 4 (23:45):
You may think, but how can I not complain? Things
are just hard? Well, the truth is things are hard
because you complain. The negative attitude doesn't just reflect your life,
it creates your life. When you change your inner dialogue,
when you stop feeding your energy into problems and start
(24:05):
focusing on solutions, your entire world will change now. Now,
Let's say you wake up one day tired of the
run around, of time wasted watching everyone's supposed to get
what they want, and you finally are like, what about me? Actually,
(24:27):
that's a good point, because now hopefully you become empowered
and the shift begins within the moment you decide to
stop feeding negativity. That is the moment everything starts to shift. Yes,
it will be difficult at first, and that's exactly the
attitude that's been keeping you stuck anyway, the moment you
(24:49):
say is too hard, you've already decided that it's not
worth it. But are you? But what if instead of
you said this is challenging? Am I capable of overcoming it?
Think about it instead of this is hard? Is this
is challenging, but you can overcome it. That one sentence
(25:14):
changes your posture, your energy, your actions. It puts you
in the driver's seat of your life. You are always
one thought away from a completely different experience of life.
In marketing, there's a belief that you should repeat things
three things. So guess what you are always one thoughts
(25:34):
away from a completely different experience of life. One more time,
you are always one thought away from a completely different
experience of life. But let's begin by rewiring our mind
(25:59):
for opportunity to see the endless opportunities in front of us.
Take off the blinders, take off the complaints. You must
train your mind to look for them. This is not
a one time decision, it's a daily practice. Your brain
is wired to look for danger and threats. I get it,
(26:19):
but it's up to you to consciously redirect it towards
growth and possibility. So when there is danger and threats,
the question is why are their dangers and threats? Don't
just fear things? Why because most of the time there isn't.
Start by asking better questions instead of why is this
happening to me? Ask what is trying to teach me?
Speaker 2 (26:42):
Instead of what if I fail?
Speaker 4 (26:45):
How about what if I succeed? Your mind will answer
whatever question you give it, So give it questions that
lead to expansion, not to contraction. Energy the energy of abundance.
Abundance is not just about money. It's about energy, It's
(27:06):
about time, It's about relationships, ideas, and love. When you
focus on what you lack, you experience more lack. When
you focus on what you have and what's possible, you
experience on more abundance and more possibilities. Living abundantly is
not about having everything. It's about seeing everything as an opportunity.
(27:29):
It's about approaching life with curiosity and openness instead of
fear and rigidity. When you do this, you tap into
the limitless flow of life. It is my belief. Hopefully
you don't think I'm wrong. Hopefully you will agree with me.
I feel that you were meant for more.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
Me.
Speaker 4 (27:52):
Yes, you, I believe that you were meant for more.
Deep down you know this. You know you were meant
for more than just getting by, just surviving, paying taxes
and dying. You know you were meant to shign, to create,
to love, to contribute. That knowing is not a delusion
that you're so trying to get your attention. Stop, stop
(28:14):
silencing that voice, Stop making excuses for why you can't
live the life you want. You ready, The truth.
Speaker 2 (28:25):
Is you can, but but there's always a butt.
Speaker 4 (28:33):
It requires courage, it requires belief, and it requires action.
Taking radical responsibility the most empowering thing you can do
to take full responsibility for your life. Not to blame responsibility.
Stop pointing fingers at everybody else. Stop I don't care
(28:56):
if they were involved. Stop start owning your thoughts, your actions,
and your results, and means saying I may not have
created this situation, but I will decide what to do
with it. When you take responsibility, you reclaim your power.
(29:17):
You stop waiting for someone or something to rescue you.
You become the creator of your destiny. So I ask
of you, how has your life been so far? Me? Yeah,
you talking to you?
Speaker 2 (29:34):
How has your life been so far? Are you on
the right path?
Speaker 4 (29:39):
Then again, the question is what is the right path?
Speaker 2 (29:44):
And if you were?
Speaker 4 (29:45):
If you were, fine, great, If your path has been
wonderful and you're totally happy with your life, fine, If not,
what happened? Or better yet, when did it happen? This
usually leads to doubtful to a doubtful answer.
Speaker 2 (30:00):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (30:02):
I don't know what happened. I don't know what I want.
Which if you get to a point in.
Speaker 2 (30:06):
Your life that you don't know what you want, then
you will.
Speaker 4 (30:08):
Never know where to go in your life. How could
you ever possibly reset yourself if you don't know anything?
You begin by taking action and choosing to live fully
right now, not soon, or I'm going to work on it,
but begin to make the moves to get you going. Now,
(30:33):
where where will you be going?
Speaker 2 (30:35):
I don't know. It's up to you.
Speaker 4 (30:37):
Stop waiting for the perfect moment, Stop waiting for permission.
This is your life and it's happening now. Don't waste
it in fear and hesitation. Start living boldly, fully and authentically.
Every moment is a chance to begin again.
Speaker 2 (30:58):
Every breath you take is a gift.
Speaker 4 (31:01):
Every challenge is an opportunity in disguise. Live like that,
live with that awareness, and you will begin to experience
the truest, richest of life. Now you don't think I'd
move on without some sort of homework for.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
You, Oh oh god.
Speaker 4 (31:20):
But here are a few exercises that I feel with
help shift from your mindset from negativity to opportunity.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
Do them, or just do one or two.
Speaker 4 (31:34):
It's up to you how much you actually care about
yourself and what you're willing to do to make things happen.
And as you know, I usually recommend sitting with somebody
else because it helps keep you honest. Gratitude journal every morning,
Every morning, write down five things that you're grateful for.
(31:56):
I have repeated this so many times. I wonder how
many of you actually done it because.
Speaker 2 (32:01):
It couldn't be easier.
Speaker 4 (32:04):
You can write it, you can put it on your phone,
you can put on your computer, on your laptop, on
a piece of paper and just layman on the wall,
right down, five five things.
Speaker 2 (32:14):
You're grateful for.
Speaker 4 (32:15):
This strains your brain to now focus on the abundance
of waking up and just sitting at the edge of
your bed and oh my god, my back hurts, my
neck hurts, life sucks. Why is everybody else getting in
the perfect.
Speaker 2 (32:26):
World that I am not? Why is my life so
tough on me?
Speaker 4 (32:30):
So I'm about focusing on the five things that you're
grateful for. If you do this with a friend, share
it with them. As I said, it keeps you honest.
Another thing, it's called reframing challenges. Write down a recent
problem and this would actually be better to do with
(32:53):
somebody else too, But list three ways it could be
an opportunity in disguise. Wait what, Yes, write a recent
problem and try to figure out how it could be
an opportunity in disguise. And if you can't think of anything,
you may be thinking too big, something that's gigantic. I'm
(33:15):
not asking you to walk on water. I'm asking you
to focus on something that's been bothering you, something that's
been challenging you, something that you know that you can solve,
but you've been like putting it to the side, and
little by little, let me listening. It continues to each
eat at you focus on small issues that you can
begin to work on. Now, getting back to an original
(33:38):
favorite is the affirmation practice. Repeat empowering affirmations daily. It
helps if you actually believe in them. So that's why
I tell people right to their own and there's no right,
there's no wrong, right from the heart and understand that.
Feel it. That's all I'm asking you is feel it.
Don't just say I want to make a million dollars
(33:59):
or like you know, you live like shit, your diet
is shit, and you're like, I want to be healthy
by now, my regulars know how I feel about meditation
and the power of the mind, your mind. And again
for those that like I can't meditate, how about just
to invest less than ten minutes ten minutes and listen
(34:22):
to my Monday Morning Mind's I meditation. Just go to
YouTube Jimmy Gonzalez Monday Morning Minds I Meditation. It's they're
less than ten minutes and if if you don't like
my voice, if you don't like meditation, this does not
mean I don't want you to do it.
Speaker 2 (34:37):
This means I want you to scroll.
Speaker 4 (34:39):
Because there are so many people that have wonderful meditations
on YouTube. Find somebody who resonates with you ten minutes.
This is something that I found a few people do,
which I thought was interesting. It's a game that you
can have fun with some good friends called the opportunity hunt.
(35:02):
Make a game out of finding three unexpected opportunities every day.
Think about that, three opportunities every day that have dropped
on your lap that you may not even see.
Speaker 2 (35:17):
But that's why I say.
Speaker 4 (35:18):
If you're sitting with somebody else, they may tell you like,
well what about this? And what about that? Things that
come up in conversations and problems and routines.
Speaker 2 (35:27):
Share them with each other.
Speaker 4 (35:29):
How you've been dealing with these opportunities. Another thing is
the limit busting list. Limit busting list, write down five
limiting beliefs you hold, then write a new empowering belief
to replace that stupid limiting belief again. Another one that
(35:52):
would be great with a friend because you may say
I don't think there's anything and your friend will be Oh,
you don't know. Now here's the ultimate challenge. Hopefully you're ready.
It's called the complaints detox. You're ready. This is a
(36:12):
big one. I promise you. This is a big one.
Go one full day without.
Speaker 2 (36:21):
Complaining, Jimmy, we can never do that.
Speaker 4 (36:26):
Do this how often you want to complain and choose
gratitude and stead You know what. I shared this with
somebody a long time ago. You know the whole Like,
take a rubber band, put it on your wrist every
time you complain. Smack it. Every time you complain, smack it.
The reality comes in of what you're actually doing to
your mind.
Speaker 2 (36:47):
Here's a few other ideas.
Speaker 4 (36:49):
Vision statement. Write a detailed vision of your ideal life.
Speaker 2 (36:56):
You're like waiting what.
Speaker 4 (36:57):
Yes, write a detailed vision of your ideal life, not
even today, not even the week or the month your life.
Read it everyday to keep your mind focused on the
possibility of this ideal life. Vision statement. How about just
(37:17):
being nice with a kindness ripple. Do an act of kindness.
Daily giving creates a flow of abundance in your life.
This is what I'm in the beginning with. Be nice
to other people. It comes back to you Now, how
about the energy that you give off? What kind of
(37:39):
energy would you say you give off?
Speaker 2 (37:40):
Good? Bad, horrible?
Speaker 4 (37:44):
Track how you're spending your time and energy? Again, something
you can sit with a friend and go over it.
What kind of person do you think I am? What
kind of energy do you think I give off? Are
you happy to see me? Or when you see me coming,
do you want to run the other way? It helps eliminate,
reduce activities that drain you, that waste your time. You
(38:08):
are not here to live small. You are not here
to simply survive. You are here to live fully, freely,
and fearlessly. The opportunities that you have in front of
you are endless, but they do require a new way
of seeing. Begin with shifting your beliefs, taking responsibility, and
(38:32):
opening your heart and mind to the limitless life that
is already. It's happening. It is happening.
Speaker 2 (38:40):
Are you seeing it?
Speaker 4 (38:42):
It's happening? Are you feeling it? You are powerful, you
are capable, and your best life is just one decision away.
