Can’t seem to lose fat? You may have leptin resistance. Learn the symptoms, causes, and treatment in this video. 

If you want to lower leptin resistance so you can start burning fat for fuel, you’ll need to address insulin resistance. Here’s a rundown of the six ways to lower insulin resistance I cover in this video. 

Number 1: Focus on macronutrients, eat plenty of healthy protein, fat, and fiber. 

Number 2: Reduce artificial sweeteners.

Number 3: Start intermittent fasting.

Number 4: Destress! 

Number 5: Sleep. 

Number 6: Check if your medications raise your blood glucose.

You’ve got to address YOUR specific causes for weight gain. All of them. Otherwise you’ll struggle with weight loss plateaus and never reach your optimal level of health.
