We take a deep-dive into the fascinating world of ASMR. What is ASMR? Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response is the experience of 'feeling sound' or having a physical response to audio and is used by a growing number of people to help with anxiety, insomnia, relaxation and even pain relief. As well as exploring the very different sides to ASMR, we also have a fascinating chat with Psychologist Giulia Poerio about the science behind the phenomenon. We recommend you listen to this episode using headphones to get the full ASMR effect from the clips we play.
