Sara Lazar joins us on Ep.43 to talk about what's actually happening in our brains when we meditate. We're all told it's good for us, but we want to find out why.
Sara is Assistant Professor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School and Associate Researcher in Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her research focuses on the neuroscience underlying yoga and meditation. Her work has been covered by the likes of The New York Times and in TED talks, and you can find out more about her here:

Sara sets us one our loveliest challenges so far: to meditate while sending love out to others. Gwen & Kate try it out and you can join in too.
