#17: Amanda Uphoff (she/her) is a woman living in long-term recovery from anorexia and alcohol use disorder. She serves as the Chief of Staff at Recovery.com, is a certified yoga teacher, and mentors women in early recovery. Amanda believes in the possibility of recovery for everyone and is deeply committed to reaching out her hand to those still struggling, helping them find their own path. She lives in Madison, Wisconsin, where she's the proud mother of two amazing humans.

In the episode, Bryce The Third and Liz sit down with Amanda to discuss her personal recovery journey, how her relationship with yoga has evolved, and how her practice has helped her work through her healing. They dive into topics such as parenthood, the power of finding community—even if it’s just one person—and the other tools that have helped Amanda peel back her masks to live more authentically.
