Big episode 33 has me sitting down with the Mayor of Oyster Bay, Mr. Alex LoRusso. I first got introduced to Alex through Empire Nutrition in late 2019 / 2020. We instantly became tight during the pandemic and he later told me about his almost fatal car accident in 2017. I knew instantly I had to have him on the podcast to bring awareness to TBIs (Traumatic Brain Injuries ) and the mentality of never giving up.
