An off-the-wall segment in which Karl introduces his dearest friends, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, to a random "freak" person with some sort of deformity or abnormality. He never meant to be insensitive or have a go at these people. Instead, he was just utterly fascinated with any kind of oddity or strangeness. Karl's mission is for people to put themselves into a little weird fella's shoes, and ponder what being viewed by society as a freak would be like. Mad, innit?
