and analysis of feedback,reviewing your training and
assessment strategies to ensurethat they meet industry needs.
Maintaining a clear, documented, continuous improvement process

expectation, not just anice-to-have how to build a
self-assurance culture.
So how do you embed this intoyour RTO?
Well, let's begin withleadership buy-in.
