Known as the gold standard in building, Patterson Custom Home’s process was not developed overnight. Andrew shares the evolution of his 20-year career, recounting his very first home flip; his segue into the custom home domain; and the sacrifices that grew the company from a brand to a household name along Orange County’s coastline.
The two discuss how replacing the archaic way of building with what “makes sense” has resulted in a business model where cost transparency, design team integrations and a Lifetime Warranty are fundamental. As a result, the company generates more than 80 million in revenue per year, has formed lasting relationships within the community, and produces a product that sells at an 8-11% premium relative to the competition.
