Adam Rubin is the Creative Director for the University of Alaska Fairbanks. After spending 10 years working for the Detroit Pistons of the NBA, he decided to make the leap and move to Alaska to camp and explore the Arctic region of North America. With his 10-year-old Alaskan Malamute, Odin, by his side, he drives an average of 30,000 miles a year, often embarking on 10+ day, 6,000-mile road trips throughout the North and the Pacific Northwest. When not working for UAF, he uses Instagram and YouTube as creative outlets to share his journeys with friends and family, showcasing the raw beauty of Alaska year-round.
