Nous parlons d'une visite aux écuries et dans les coulisses à l'Hippodrome du Kentucky Derby, Churchill Downs. Pendant la saison de pointe, donc, juste avant et après le Derby, il y a à peu près 1,500 chevaux qui y sont hébergés, ainsi que 600-700 ouvriers, pour la plupart des immigrés, qui s'occupent de leur bien-être. Nous parlons aussi spécifiquement d'un Centre de Soutien (The Learning Center) pour les familles des ouvriers où les enfants et les parents ont accès aux services éducatifs et encore plus.
