It's a podcast about saints, from people who aren't. Take a trip through the liturgical calendar with comedian/theologian Anna Dominey and her saint obsessed friend/comedian Matthew Chadourne. Every other week this pair of non-believers will go through the life, death and after-life of that day’s obscure saint. In an attempt to understand what it means to be "good".

Into every life a little rain must fall and in the case of life of Saint Swithun, maybe too much. Honestly, we don’t find out too terribly much about his life but we do get to hear about his holy holes, his surf banquets, his many charter witnesses, his love of outdoor graves, and his facility with eggs. Plus, Anna in in a moral quandary about ethical milk substitutes and Matthew runs into Anna in the most unlikely of places.

Matthew’s audio is messed up this episode but not nearly as messed up as the life of Pope Saint Gregory VII. Sure he was Pope but does that mean he was any good? He was elevated by a mob to make an army, centralize corruption, and getthe most strongly worded letter in history Plus, Anna and Matt eulogize a nice Pope who really flew over the very low bar set by previous ones (see the above sentences).
