Deze week heb ik het in de Sales Insight Podcats over het belang van klantenverwachtingen te kennen om het vertrouwen van jouw klanten te kunnen bekomen op lange termijn.
Als je de verwachtingen van de klant overtreft, zijn ze onder de indruk. En als je aan hun verwachtingen voldoet, zijn ze tevreden, en komen ze terug. Dat heet klantenloyaliteit.
Die loyaliteit is zwaar bevochten en wordt door veel verkopers gezien als iets dat minder en minder aanwezig is. Klanten shoppen graag en loyaliteit is in veel sectoren geen evidentie meer. De klant is kritischer dan ooit.
