In this episode join me for a recitation of an affirmation that I created for World Health Day on April 7th, 2025.
Use this affirmation to help set an intention for your practice, help you remain present and focused, create a sense of flow, ground you, and align your practice with a personal goal – or to help improve your self-awareness.
This Week’s Affirmation:
· “I prioritize my well-being with love and intention, every breath I take nourishes my body, every mindful choice supports my health, and every act of self-care radiates wellness into the world. By caring for myself, I create a ripple of healing and harmony for all.”
Journal Prompts for this affirmation:
None
Call To Action:
This World Health Day: Apply breath as medicine through breathwork such as pranayama, apply movement as a form of self-care through yoga asana practice, apply stillness as a form of healing, and apply kindness as a form of connection. How will you honor World Health Day this year?

Boysober
Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
