Raïf a été libéré après avoir purgé ses 10 années de prison en 2022, mais il ne peut rejoindre sa femme et ses 3 enfants au Canada, parce que le gouvernement Saoudien lui interdit de quitter le pays pendant les 10 prochaines années.
