Over the summer, I was interviewed by Raakhee Natha, who has her MS in journalism, over a decade of experience in behavior change, has certificates in Brain-based Coaching (ICF Accredited), NeuroLeadership, Mind Body Eating Coaching, and is writing a book. 

She wanted to hear my thoughts on Body Wisdom, Somatic Nutrition and my creation of Somatic Eating™.
