Allowing yourself to be vulnerable and feel emotions has made me a better clinician, student, friend, and partner. My interactions are richer. I feel more confident in how I move and interact with the world. The thoughts I learned through experience and being explicitly told how things should be made it harder for me to grow. Recognizing these thoughts and rewriting them has been imperative to my success! This episode encourages you to look at your views on emotions and interactions.
