Most people chase symptoms and hope for the best. We chose a different path: measure everything that matters, fix the root causes, and build a daily routine that actually holds up under a big life. In this candid breakdown, we share how 220+ biomarker blood panels turned guesswork into a clear action plan, and how addressing leaky gut unlocked better sleep, calmer moods, and the kind of energy that makes work, training, and family feel lighter.

We walk through the process step by step, from receiving the lab kit and coordinating your draw to a thorough review that translates data into decisions. You’ll hear why pharmacy‑grade supplements beat flashy labels, how morning and evening packs support nutrient gaps and cortisol balance, and why creatine belongs in more than just a lifting stack. The story turns when we get to BPC‑157—what it did for chronic shoulder pain, inflammation, and gut integrity—and how that one change made every other habit work better. We also dig into gentle growth hormone support, mitochondrial-focused peptides, and NAD to restore recovery, focus, and resilience without relying on stimulants.

Not everyone wants pills or injections, so we cover liquid options, simple routines, and postpartum considerations that honor real-life preferences. The throughline is personalization: run the labs, target the gaps, and keep what works. By the end, you’ll have a practical framework to evaluate your own health stack, track progress like a P&L, and align your body with your biggest goals. If this resonates, subscribe, share with a friend who’s ready to stop guessing, and leave a review telling us which metric you’ll track first.

SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
So if you go to regular traditional doctors,

(00:02):
pills and pharmaceuticals forthe symptoms, what we do at
Unstoppable 365, and what Dr.
J does, my partner who is mydoctor, he gets to the root
cause of your issues.
It helps remedy the root cause, fix the root cause so the
symptoms go away.

(00:24):
Alright, you guys, I want tobreak down everything that I am
doing working with Unstoppable365 to optimize my health.
I'm gonna take you through theentire journey of doing your
blood work, getting propersupplementation to optimize your
health, and then to really justabsolutely crush it in life
because you're feeling so danggood.

(00:44):
Like that's the process I'vebeen on, and that's the process
Dr.
J and I are now sharing with ourclients because most people are
so deficient in all thenutrients they need, their
hormones are out of balance.
Most people have somethingcalled leaky gut, which they're
not even aware of, that has allthese different health
implications.
So I'm gonna share with youexactly what I'm doing based on
my blood work to optimize myhealth.

(01:05):
Now, I just got this in themail, I'm due for uh a blood
draw.
About every four or six months, sometimes eight months, I'm
gonna get my blood work checkedbecause I want to make sure that
everything I'm doing is helpingme to be healthier.
Now, you don't always want tojust look in the mirror and say,
Oh, I'm healthy because I'm lowin body fat.
You know, about a year and ahalf ago, the first time I did

(01:26):
my blood test, I was walkingaround at 7% body fat, 100%
natural, out running marathons, outlifting weights, eating
healthy.
I've been on that journey forabout a decade.
For me, being healthy and fit isjust a part of my identity, it's
a core value that I live by.
So I assumed that I was ashealthy as you could possibly
be.
Come to find out when I did theblood test, I had something

(01:49):
called leaky gut, which waspreventing my cells from fully
absorbing nutrients.
So no matter what supplements Itake or how much uh kale and
spinach and you know all thehealthy food I was eating, I
wasn't able to absorb itproperly.
So a lot of you listening tothis right now, you have leaky
gut, uh, and this stems frombeing um you know around toxins

(02:11):
growing up, plastics,pesticides, heavy metals.
I mean, there's so much toxinsin our environment, right?
And then stress will do it,alcohol, eating processed foods.
So over the years, your gut, your gut health becomes
compromised.
And that's when you developsomething called leaky gut.
And the symptoms are widespread.
Uh, it can affect your sleep, your energy, you can have brain

(02:31):
fog, it could affect your mentalhealth as well.
Because uh roughly 60 to 70percent of your
neurotransmitters that yourbrain creates uh are are are uh
the precursors start in the gut.
There's a big correlationbetween uh your gut health and
your mental health.
Not just that, but your immunesystem.
80% of your immune system islocated in that gut biome.

(02:54):
So if you have leaky gut like Idid, you might get sick more,
you might not recover as fast, you might just be methargic.
So there's a lot of symptoms.
So the first thing you gotta doto figure out if you have leaky
gut like I did or what's takingplace in your body is a blood
dry.
Now, we ship this right to ourclients, okay?
And it has all the vials thatyou need, all the instructions

(03:15):
in here for a phlebotomist.
We help you coordinate with alocal phlebotomist or a company
that you can actually walk inand do your blood draw.
They have all the instructions, and then this blood work, your
blood, gets shipped back forreview with Dr.
J.
That's when you'll do about athat's when you do the review
with Dr.
J, roughly about 30, 45 minutes,sometimes an hour.

(03:37):
He's gonna walk you throughevery aspect of your health.
We measure over 220 biomarkersat Unstoppable 365.
Just for reference, if you go toa traditional doctor, uh they're
gonna measure about 20 to 25biomarkers.
It's gonna be very surfacelevel.
Uh, unless you're dying, they'regonna say you're fine, right?
And we're not in the business ofjust creating people that are

(03:58):
fine or average.
We want to create superhumans.
We want to optimize your health.
We're working with individualsthat have big goals and dreams,
and they need all the energy, all the focus, the best sleep,
the best recovery.
That's what we do.
So after you do the blood draw, and then you do your review with
Dr.
J, and now you understand whereyou're at with your health.
Now you can make informeddecisions.
For those of you running thebusiness, it's like having a PL

(04:19):
for your health.
Imagine all the KPIs you need tosee that pertain to your health
and well-being, and what to doto optimize them and increase
them to those optimal ranges.
That's what we're doing.
So I'm gonna walk you throughsome of the supplements that I'm
taking personally and howthey've affected me.
First thing that you would get, just like I have, is your own

(04:40):
personal kit of dailymultivitamins.
These are morning and eveningpacks of supplements.
Has exactly what you're taking.
If you can even see it, has myname right here.
Okay, these are the highestquality supplements you can get.
I'll let you know right now.
The supplement company is notregulated.
And because of that, there's alot of snake oil out there.

(05:01):
Meaning, there's a lot ofsupplement companies that use
cheap quality ingredients andthey just add filler into those
capsules that I just showed you,so you're not really getting the
amount of that supplement thatyou need to have an intended
effect.
You're basically just takingstuff that's not going to change
your health.
So be careful with where you getyour supplements.
We source ours from the bestquality pharmacies that you can

(05:24):
ever get your hands on.
And I'm telling you, just thesesupplements right here, taking a
pack in the morning and then inthe evening, predominantly to
help with sleep and cortisol, you'll notice a surge in your
energy, your focus, you'll sleepbetter because we're running on
fumes most often.
Most of you don't eat healthy, and even if you do eat healthy,
like I said earlier, your cellsaren't absorbing the nutrients

(05:44):
fully because you have leaky gutand you have inflammation and
your cells are compromised.
That was me a year and a halfago.
And by starting to take theright supplements and some of
the other stuff I'm gonna showyou, as well as a clean and
balanced diet, I feel freakingamazing.
I'm sleeping better than ever.
I actually sleep less and I getbetter quality sleep.
I drink less caffeine, I don'teven take pre-workout anymore.

(06:07):
I used to.
Um, and and of course, you know, your nutrition and your training
is the foundation.
There's no magic pill here.
I'm not saying take thesesupplements and you're gonna
magically turn into a superhumanor a superwoman.
You still gotta do the work.
You still gotta move your body, train properly, eat right.
But that's why these are calledsupplemental, because when you
add this to the equation andyou're already doing the right
stuff, you notice a massiveincrease in performance and

(06:30):
productivity.
Now the next supplement I'drecommend is creatine.
Okay.
This company, Thorn, is a greatcompany.
Uh, this creatine is amazing.
I do about 10 to 15 milligrams aday.
I'm sorry, grams a day.
Recommended dose is five.
Um, but what creatine is, it'sessentially an amino acid.
Uh, it's a type of protein thatyou find in animal foods.

(06:53):
And when you supplement with it,you're getting a higher dose.
It helps with cognition, recovery when you work out,
strength when you work out.
I drink this every morningbefore I go to the gym.
Now, this peptide that I want totalk about next, this peptide
has had the most impact in mylife out of any supplement I've
ever taken.
Now, if you have pain out there,um if you've had gut health

(07:13):
issues, if you haveinflammation, trouble sleeping,
brain fog, uh again, a lot ofthis is correlated to your gut
health.
Your gut health is like theepicenter of so much that takes
place inside your body, in yourmind, in your energy.
Now, this peptide, BPC157, okay, one of the most talked-about
peptides on the market, one ofthe most researched.

(07:35):
This is the capsule form.
You can also do the injectablesthat help expedite recovery from
injury.
Studies show that it'll expediteyour recovery 1.5 to three times
faster by supplementing withthis the injectable form.
But just taking these capsulesover the last year and a half
has made a huge impact on myinflammation.

(07:56):
I used to have so much pain inmy shoulders, you know, about
five years ago I broke myscapula snowboarding.
Then about three and a halfyears ago, I was training for my
Iron Man, and I flew over thehandlebars on my bike and broke
my clavicle cycling.
So I had all this these achesand pains, the scar tissue in my
shoulders.
Um whenever I'd lift or sleep,my pain my shoulders would kill

(08:17):
me.
Every once in a while, my neckwould tighten up and I'd get all
this tension and these muscles, and I would be in pain, man.
Like I was taking ibuprofen, doing the sauna, the cold
plunge, getting the sportsmassages and all this stuff.
Nothing worked.
Then, after taking the BPC 157,after about six months, I
started noticing a massivedecline in my pain and overall

(08:40):
inflammation in my body.
And that's what this amino acid,I'm sorry, that's what this
peptide does, is it helps healyour leaky gut.
And the leaky gut was the causeof my inflammation.
So if you go to regulartraditional doctors, they're
gonna give you pills andpharmaceuticals for the
symptoms.
What we do at Unstoppable 365,and what Dr.

(09:00):
J does, my partner, who is mydoctor, he gets to the root
cause of your issues.
It helps remedy the root cause, fix the root cause so the
symptoms go away.
And so it's a completelydifferent approach.
He's a naturopathic doctor, it'sthe way things are supposed to
be done.
But the pharmaceutical companiescan't make money that way
because you don't become acustomer for life, right?
So they don't like to do that.

(09:20):
They want to keep you sick sothey can benefit off you.
Anyway, um, if there's onepeptide that you start to uh
take, BPC157, will get Iguarantee it'll have a positive
impact on your health.
Now, again, you don't want tojust start taking stuff though.
That's why I started talkingabout the blood work being the
first thing that you do.
Okay?
Doing the blood work is going toshow you exactly where you're at

(09:43):
from a health standpoint.
Then from there, we can put youon the right plan or protocol to
optimize your health over time.
So at any point during thisvideo, you're interested in the
blood work, the supplementation, what unstoppable 365 is, uh,
drop a hashtag action, drop theword action in the comments
below, and I'll send over someinformation so you can read up
on Unstoppable and learn howwe're helping our clients

(10:04):
optimize their health.
We're all just being a beast,right?
So the first one I want to showyou is Tesmorlin.
Okay?
Now, this is a peptide I takebefore I go to sleep.
It helps your body naturallyrelease more growth hormone.
Why is that important?
Well, when you're young, growthhormone and testosterone are in
optimal levels.
As you get older, especiallyaround you know the age of 30,
those things start decliningdrastically, and that's why

(10:26):
people are aging.
Uh, growth hormone is called thefountain of youth.
It keeps your skin looking good,it keeps your energy up, libido
high, and it really, you know,it's gonna help you to age in a
graceful manner or not age,right?
So this naturally helps my bodyproduce growth hormone.
I've never just uh injectedgrowth hormone, I don't think

(10:46):
that's good for you, but thishelps my body to naturally
produce more growth hormone.
Now, slut uh is another peptidethat helps the mitochondria in
the cells of your musclesperform more efficiently.
So the mitochondria is whatgives you energy, and at a
certain age it starts declining.
That's why older people don'thave energy like younger people.
If you have kids, you know whatI'm talking about.

(11:08):
My kids run around the park allday, they go to the pool and
swim, they come home, they jumpon the trampoline, and they're
not even tired.
I'm like, dang, just watchingyou guys, I'm worn out.
So I'm trying to get theirenergy, right?
That's why I'm optimizing myhealth.
Now, another compound, NAD, Iinject this every morning when I
wake up, uh, and it'sincredible.
What it does is it helps yourcells recover, it helps provide

(11:32):
what your cells need to recovermore efficiently.
So, um, as far as energy goes, focus against sleep, all these
things that as we get olderstart to become compromised, you
will notice when you put theright peptides in your body,
when you do your blood work, when you get the right
supplements, you start to feelbetter than you ever have.
You start to feel like you didbefore you realize you were
getting older, which is whatwe're all after.

(11:53):
Now, last thing I want to sharewith you.
Now, my wife, she doesn't liketo take pills, right?
She doesn't like to takesupplements, she just doesn't
like to swallow a bunch ofpills, she doesn't inject the
stuff like I do.
So, what we have, let me showyou real quick, is uh liquid.
Liquid forms of supplements.
So if you're somebody out therelike my wife who doesn't want to

(12:14):
be taking pills every day orinjecting peptides, but you want
the same benefits to yourhealth, you want more energy
focus, better mental health, more patience, less stress,
better sex life, uh just betterhealth overall.
Right here are uh the powderforms of the supplements I just
showed you, the dailysupplements that we need to

(12:35):
optimize our health.
And then we have some omega fishoils here that you add right to
a drink.
I make her a drink every day.
She takes the one pill, the BPC157, she doesn't have to take a
bunch like I do.
Um, and it's about optimizingher health as well.
She's postpartum, going on sevenmonths now, and for women, their
hormones get out of whack, justlike men, they become deficient

(12:56):
in nutrients as well.
And so the blood work from mywife showed where we need to
optimize her health.
So her and I are on differentprotocols.
We do different things tooptimize our health.
That's why doing the blood workis so important.
Without that in-depth view ofyour biomarkers, you don't
actually know if what you'redoing is the right thing or what
to do for that matter.
So, you guys, I just want tokind of give you a little inside

(13:19):
viewpoint of what I do each andevery day to optimize my health.
This is a daily routine.
Wake up, do my morning process,go to the gym, come home, take
my supplements, eat healthy allday long, crush it in business,
crush it with the family, andcreate the ultimate life.
I can't go out and achieve thesebig goals and dreams that God
put on my heart if I'm notoptimized, meaning I don't have

(13:40):
the energy, the morale, themotivation, you know, the health
that I need in order to carryout this mission.
Your health is everything,right?
If you don't have your health, you're gonna start to suffer.
Your thoughts, your mentalhealth, your emotional state,
your energy, your focus, yourmorale, all that's gonna be
compromised over time.
So, you guys, if you want tolearn more about Unstoppable
365, what we do with fitness, nutrition, supplementation, how

(14:03):
to take you to that next level, comment or DM the word action
down below and let's have aconversation.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
