I got a good message for youguys today that I want to share
regarding health and fitness andall the supplements and things
that I take to optimize myhealth.
So if you're somebody that wantsto truly feel unstoppable, you
want to hit that superhumanlevel status, you got to make
sure that you are optimizingyour health.
There comes a point where youreach a level that you cannot

surpass if you don't optimizeyour health.
And what I mean by that is I'mdriven, I'm passionate, I got
clarity in my vision.
I've been all in on this missionfor the last 12 years.
And recently I did my blood workand it unveiled my next level,
meaning my next level of focus,of mental fortitude, of
endurance, better sleep, betterperformance in the gym, in my

business, more present with myfamily.
I am just tuned in on a wholedifferent level.
And that's because I did myblood work roughly eight months
ago with Dr.
J.
And I remember Dr.
J kept getting me or wanting meto do my blood work.
And I would tell him, hey man, Ifeel good.
Like I don't need to changeanything.
I feel amazing.
And he goes, Sean, you've justnormalized the level you're at.

You don't know what that nextlevel feels like because you
haven't been there.
And I was like, damn, that's agood one.
And it's true.
Like you don't know what yournext level looks like or feels
like until you're there.
And I'm telling you, man, if youcan truly optimize your health,
if you're a high performerrunning a business, if you have
a family, if you want to livethe ultimate life, this is going
to be one of the most impactfulthings you'll ever do.

So I did my blood work abouteight months ago.
And the best way I can describeit, if you're a business owner,
you'll understand this.
It's like having KPIs or a PLfor your health.
Like you have KPIs and PLs foryour business because you want
to see what's taking place soyou can make informed decisions.
You don't want to go bankrupt,right?
You want to be in the surp in asurplus of revenue and you want
to see growth and all the thingsthat we strive for in a

Or if you don't have a business,it's literally like being able
to see, you know, when you openup your app and you look at your
bank account, you can see howmuch money's being spent, how
much money's coming in.
When you see the numbers, ithelps you to make sense of
what's taking place.
So that's what happened for mewhen I did my blood work.
I saw that my testosterone wasat 500.
Well, for optimal health, menshould be between 800 and 1200.

Not just to get jacked and fitin the gym, but for longevity,
for mental health, to preventthings like dementia and cancer
from developing later on inlife.
When your hormones areoptimized, your cells are
optimized.
And when your cells areoptimized, you live a longer,
better life.
That's the easiest way to putit.
And you'll notice the differenceright away.
Like some guys just don't feelthat spark that they used to

have.
They don't feel as driven,they're lethargic, their mental
health is deteriorating.
They're wondering why they don'thave as positive thoughts or
feel as good in their life.
Their libido is not what it usedto be.
Like these are all symptoms oflow testosterone and hormonal
deficiencies.
So that was the first thing thatstood out.
The next thing that I noticedwas that my cells weren't
absorbing all the nutrients Iwas consuming.

And I had a couple, you know,flat like red flags.
One of my liver counts was high,my omega-6 was high, and I had
something called leaky gut.
So now once I got all thisinformation, me and Dr.
J were able to develop aprotocol, meaning what
supplements do I need to fix myleaky gut, to make sure that my
cells can absorb more nutrients.
What do I need to do to reducethat high liver count?

Why is that high?
That was interesting to me.
I've been sober for 13 years.
You know, all these biomarkersthat I saw, I was now able to
make informed decisions andchange and tweak my lifestyle,
my nutrition to make sure that Icould prevent those things from
getting worse and to remedythem.
So I did.
I changed my pre-workout becausethe pre-workout I was taking had
a bunch of artificial sweetenersand stuff that was creating that

spike in my liver count.
My omega-6, I was eating granolathat I thought was healthy that
actually had seed oil.
So I cut that out.
Why wasn't I absorbing nutrientsproperly?
I was taking vitamins and animalpack is the brand and all this
other stuff.
Well, it turns out most vitaminson the market are really low
quality and there's filler addedto these so-called supplements
that aren't regulated by theFDA.

So you don't really actuallyknow what you're taking.
So I was my mind was blownbecause I thought what I was
doing was everything I needed todo to optimize my health and
just be my best self.
I was fit, I was strong, I waslike 7% body fat.
I thought I was at my my peak,right?
And uh I wasn't.
So now what I do every day, I'mgonna share with you my protocol
that I do every day, and I'mfeeling amazing.

Like the amount of energy andfocus and clarity I have, I'm
performing at the highest levelI've ever performed at.
I'm lifting more weight in thegym, I'm crushing it in
business.
I'm more dedicated and presentfor my family than I've ever
been.
And I have even a bigger senseof overall well-being and
gratitude in my life.
I'm somebody that's always beengrateful because of the
hardships I've gone through.

But when you're building abusiness and the stress that you
take on, or you're having afamily and raising kids, there's
a lot of dynamics there that Isee wear individuals down over
time.
Predominantly business ownersand guys that do a lot of the
stuff that I do, run a business,raise a family, be there for
their wife, all these movingpieces.
Lead your team.
It's a lot, right?
And it wears people down overtime.

I feel so damn good now that Icould 10x what I've been doing.
Like the level that I thought Iwas at before that was my
pinnacle, that's now my newbaseline.
You know what I mean?
And the sky is literally thelimit.
And so I'm gonna share with youguys what I'm taking to what I'm
doing every day to get me tofeel this way.
Every morning I wake up and thefirst thing I do is I do a shot
of NAD.

NAD is a compound that reallyhelps your cells function at a
higher level.
It speeds up recovery, itprevents cellular aging.
You know, you should look intoit.

A lot of people are starting tocatch on to the benefits, and

Now, the next thing I do after Icome home from a workout is I
take my supplements.
These are basic supplements thatwe all need, but they're high
quality supplements.
I have a morning pack and anevening pack.
The evening pack has uh elementsthat are supposed to help with
sleep, reduce cortisol levelsbecause my cortisol levels were

high when I did my blood test.
So I take the morning pack andthe evening pack, and then I
take BPC157, which is a peptidethat helps with gut health.
It helps remedy leaky gut, whichif you have leaky gut, you have

Your gut health is the epicenterof so much that takes place

You'd be a fool to go get somestuff from a buddy at the gym or

Like, that's ridiculous.
Everything I'm doing is done ina in a manner that's gonna
optimize my health, but it'sdone in a way that we can
guarantee results because we aredoing it the right way, like a
professional athlete would.

I want to continue to grow andevolve until the day I die.

I'm on the extreme end of thespectrum when it comes to
optimization.
But I used to live for manyyears on the other end of the
spectrum, completely ruining myhealth, total disregard for my
health and well-being.
I used to put pills in my body,drugs, alcohol.

from.
You know, I used to completelydamage my body, you know, my

liver, my kidneys, like myorgans.
They were probably suffering.
Luckily, I was young and I hadtime to rebound from that stuff
when I got sober.
But early on in my life, youknow, I used to put all this

alcohol in your body that'spoisonous, you take ibuprofen
