Speaker 1 (00:00):
Every vision that I've had, every idea that God
put on my heart.
I've talked about it, I'veworked towards it relentlessly,
I've journaled about it, I'vemeditated on it, I've called my
shot on social media and thenI've manifested that exact
outcome.
There's just something reallyspecial that takes place when
you fight, fight, fight andyou're facing adversity and
resistance and then you overcomeit Each day, each week, each

(00:20):
year.
I'm going to get better.
Each fucking day I'm going tostudy, I'm going to learn, I'm
going to grow.
I'm going so far in this life.
If God gives me another year, another 10 years, another 100
years, of course it would.
Dr J Dude, I'm going to do somemassive things for humanity.
When you surround yourself withthe right people and you're
willing to put in the work formany, many years and you take
risks, it's incredible what cantake place.

(00:41):
Incredible what can take place.
Welcome back to another episodeof the Unstoppable Mindset
Podcast.
I'm your host, sean Crane, andthank you guys for tuning in
Feeling super blessed today.
It's just a brand new year, alot of positive changes in the
world, and I always reflect backon the journey that I've been

(01:04):
on.
Man, this is one of the keythings, like if you want to stay
grateful for where you're at inlife and kind of, you know, not
curve your ambition because, like, ambition is a good thing.
But a lot of people, when theyget so driven and they're so
ambitious, they start feelinglike they're lacking something
because they haven't got towhere they want to be at in life
.
And this is a big problem for alot of business owners and
entrepreneurs.
And if you're driven, like me,like obviously you want to get

(01:27):
the biggest, best results.
But a lot of people in thatpursuit they lack gratitude,
they lack joy and they'reconstantly just chasing that
next thing, thinking that'sgoing to fulfill them and it's
never enough.
So one thing that I always do,man, is I measure backwards.
And there's a great book and Ican't think of the name of it.
I think it was written byBenjamin Hardy and Dan Sullivan

(01:48):
and oh, the Gap in the Gain.
Check that book out.
Gap in the Gain.
I believe it's by Dan Sullivanand Ben Hardy or one of the two.
But it talks about like forentrepreneurs getting stuck in
that place where you're notfulfilled, and how, if you
actually measure backwards andyou see the growth you've
accumulated, you see all thestuff you've accomplished.
It's a way to tap intogratitude while you're still
staying driven and ambitious tohit that next level.

(02:11):
And that's something I've justbeen naturally blessed to do.
Maybe it's because I've beenthrough such crazy shit in my
life and there's been so manydespairing, difficult moments
that when I look back on thatstuff and I think about where
I'm at now and just what I'vebeen able to do, I feel immense
joy.
Like I just got to look at mychildren's face and go, dude,
that's a miracle.
I'm so lucky to be here.
I just got to wake up andrealize, dude, I'm free today.

(02:31):
Like I almost didn't get thischance.
Like I have so much to begrateful for.
And the fact that everythingthat I envision that God happens
in my life I don't know if I'mdifferent I'm not because I see
other people do this but it's areally incredible experience to
have.
I just want to share this withyou.
Every vision that I've had, every idea that God put on my

(02:54):
heart.
I've talked about it, I'veworked towards it relentlessly,
I've journaled about it, I'vemeditated on it, I've called my
shot on social media and thenI've manifested.
That exact outcome Like that'show I got here today is really
being able to tap in to thatpurpose that God has put on my
heart and really being able toconnect to those visions and
ideas in such a profound way, inan emotional and energetic way,

(03:19):
and then back it up withconstant action until it's
actually my reality.
You know, and I did that with mywife and kids, I did that with
our beautiful home, I did thatbecoming a coach and a speaker.
And now I'm doing it, buildingUnstoppable 365 into a
nine-figure coaching business.
Mark my words Unstoppable 365,if it's not already will be the
number one coaching program formen and women who are

(03:41):
specifically business owners inthe trades and it's already
happening.
The number one fitness andmindset program for men who want
to level up, who are businessowners in the trades.
But I believe in my heart thatUnstoppable will grow beyond
that to be the number onepersonal development program in
the world for people who want tolevel up and grow.
It truly is something specialand it's been able to develop in

(04:04):
such a way because of you know, the core belief and desire
behind the impact that we make.
Monetary things are secondary, status is secondary.
Stuff like that is always goingto be secondary to the true
transformation we can enact inanother human being, and for me,
that's a very personal thingand that stems all the way back

(04:27):
to my experience in prisonseeing guys who were facing life
, who were doing 25 years, whohad face tattoos, who were in
there for really bad crimes, seeing them being able to change
their mindset and their beliefsabout themselves, to transform
their physique, to enroll incollege, to start reading books,
and that time that I spent withthem and the impact I was able
to make on them was someaningful for me because it was

(04:49):
confirmation that what I haddone in my own life I could
replicate in another humanbeing's life and I knew if I
could change those guys in thatsetting, I could help anybody in
the world, change their lives.
And that for me, man, that wasone of the most beautiful
realizations I've ever had,because I think we're all after
a greater purpose in life andoftentimes that greater purpose

(05:09):
is being of service and helpingother people.
Like if you figured out how tomake a bunch of money in crypto,
or you started the business andyou scaled it, made a bunch of
money, or you figured out how tobe a good father and a more
devoted husband, whatever it islike, there's a natural thing
that takes place where we thenwant to share it with other
people and see that same changetake place in them, cause we
know what it was like before wemade the change.
We wouldn't know what it waslike to suffer a struggle with

(05:31):
the issues at hand and then, when we fix them and remedy them
, the feeling that we had ofaccomplishment, of overcoming,
like the, the sigh of reliefthat we could take, like there's
just something really specialthat takes place when you fight,
fight, fight and you're facingadversity and resistance and
then you overcome it and a lotof you who are business owners
and entrepreneurs can relate tothat Like you're in a constant

(05:52):
fight and when you get thosemoments where you get your head
above water, maybe you get to aplace where, like a guy like
Tommy Mello's at, you know wherehe can really see from, like
the fucking mountaintop, likeGod, what a, what an experience.
You know, and I've been able tohave a lot of those in my
journey.
So you know, when I came homefrom prison, I went right into
fitness coaching.

(06:12):
The second month I was out, Ipacked all my shit, I left the
trailer that I was staying inand I came back to Santa Barbara
with like $800 to my name, aduffel bag full of clothes and a
personal training certification, and I had nothing else.
In that same day I went to thegym, met the owner of the gym,
secured my personal training job, found a place to stay.
Gave the guy all my money so Ihad a room to rent for the next

(06:33):
month and to stay.
Gave the guy all my money so Ihad a room to rent for the next
month and my uncle's mechaniclet me borrow a car for two
weeks.
That was so fucking beat up Iparked it around the corner so
no one saw me driving that car.
But the next morning I was inthe gym at five and training my
first client, dude.
And my first client was asheriff with the Santa Barbara
police department and I just gotout of prison, you know, and
like months later we talkedabout he's like dude, I knew who

(06:56):
you were right when you walkedin and because my picture was on
the front page of the newspress, everyone knew my story
and that's when my journey forredemption really began.
Like I put in all the work forfive years in prison, I built up
my discipline, my belief inmyself.
I was prepared as you could be.
I read all the books I studied.
I was just like such aninsatiable fucking monster when
it came to growth and personaldevelopment.

(07:17):
So when that gym owner spoke tome, he felt my passion and my
authenticity.
You know, when I got my firstclients in the gym, they saw
that I was genuine and I startedto rebuild my reputation in
town.
Then I went into starting myown fitness company and I
started getting clients all overthe place and I started going
to all these different gyms.
I was making money.
Me and Jessica got together.
We're having babies.
I'm like damn dude, I'mstarting to do it.

(07:38):
All the while I knew that I wasmore than a fitness coach and I
had the vision of building amassive company and just
changing millions of lives.
But here's the thing like yougot to start where you're at and
every day you make thatincremental growth.
There's going to be lessonslearned, there's going to be
risk-taking, there's going to benew things that you have to
develop in your life and stuffthat you have to let go of.
There's a lot that goes into it.
But you got to start theprocess and never stop.

(08:00):
I'd never stopped, not even fora second feeling connected to
this vision and this purposesince I made the commitment 12
years ago.
Not even for a second.
And so when COVID hit, dude, Ihad to pivot quickly, and that's
when I started my onlinecoaching business.
I lost all my clients overnight, all my revenue.
Now I had young children, afamily to provide for, and I was

(08:21):
broke as hell.
I had $1,500 in my bank account.
I'm going.
How am I going to pay the rentthis month?
How am I going to take care ofmy family?
I promised my wife, jessica, that I was going to take care of
her and I was going to provide.
And I had these dreams andvisions that God put in my heart
, that I obsessed over it Everynight in prison.
I've been able to slowly movetowards manifesting those things
and then, oh my gosh, dude, covid, it's shutting everything

(08:43):
down.
Like, how am I going toovercome this?
And here's the thing, dude whenyou fucking want to achieve a
goal, bad enough.
When you truly want it, as badas you want to breathe air a lot
of people say that, but I don'tsee them living it out you will
find a way Like.
These words are not justfabricated.
I've proven it thousands oftimes through situations like
this.
What I'm made of and what Iwant in this life and like my

(09:04):
actions will depict who I am,what I value and what I want A
hundred percent.
And so in that moment, I saiddude, I'm going online, I'm
going to start my onlinecoaching business and I'm going
to share my story and I'm goingto help these people right now
who are suffering from thisfucking lockdown and this mass
manipulation.
I'm going to help them developthe mindset to overcome.
I'm going to help them to getsober.
I'm going to help them battlethis depression.

(09:25):
I'm going to help them stay fitand not just turn into couch
potatoes during this lockdown.
I'm going to serve these people.
And I started sharing about mytime in prison and being locked
down and getting sober andfighting my demons and
overcoming all the stuff that Ifaced and people.
They loved the message, theyvibed with it, they connected
with it because it was real, itwas authentic, and I wasn't

(09:46):
thinking, oh, what is themessage I need to share today to
get coaching clients?
What is that perfect thing Ineed to say to get them to sign
up with me?
Dude, I was just spitting thetruth and I was passionate and I
was consistent and so I wasproviding value.
That's the first thing thathelped me start to build my
coaching company is really beingable to provide value for
people in the way that I speakand the passion behind my words.

(10:07):
But then in my own results, Igot to be the guy that you see,
that you trust and believe inbecause of the way I look, the
way I move.
You got to be able to look atmy life and what I've created
and go, dude, if I work withthis guy, he could fucking help
me too.
Like, as a good coach or aleader, you have to demonstrate
results in every aspect of lifeand you want to have the best
results the best physique, thebest marriage, finances,

(10:30):
investments, wealth strategies, the best dad, the most devoted
family man, like all the thingsthat I know my audience wants to
be.
I have to demonstrate that atthe highest level.
This is where a lot of coachesand people who want to do well
online go wrong.
They're just trying to skip allthese steps.
They make money and they'retrying to look cool and post
these perfect fucking reels andget the Lambo and flash and this

(10:51):
and that dude.
How much value can you trulypass on to another person?
Like can you transmit so muchvalue in a message that you can
change someone's lives acrossthe country just by them
listening to you?
Like that's profound, and I'vebeen able to develop that
skillset because it comes from aplace of true, genuine desire

(11:12):
to help people.
Like that's where it comes fromand people feel it.
Dude.
It comes from my heart and soul.
Like these messages, the energybehind them.
It's been cultivated fordecades, over a decade through
positive action, through stayingin alignment with the vision
that God put on my heart.
So when I speak it, I'm soconvicted and that's what people
feel.
They feel the conviction andbelief behind what I say.

(11:33):
Therefore, they trust me andthey're willing to reach out and
ask for help or they're willingto talk about their own issues
because I've been transparentand vulnerable, and so that's
the first thing that I developedin about 2018 or 19 was the
ability to truly create value inmy messaging that attracted
other people, and I remember myfirst year in the online space

(11:53):
hit over six figures.
I thought that was so cool, like coming out of prison.
I just wanted to hit 10k amonth as a personal trainer.
I thought my life would begreat and all my problems would
be over if I hit 10k a month and, uh, you know, that's where I
was at at the time.
But hitting six figures online,my first year was a big level
up for me, and so each yearsince then I'd two or three x my
revenue, my growth, just bymyself, online.

(12:15):
Um, and specifically, learningthe skillset like I said earlier
, creating value through contentand the transmutation of
positive energy and emotion.
Um, and then secondly, uh, theability to, you know, get people
in the DMS to open up and shareabout their problems.
That's a skillset.
You're almost like a therapistwhen you're a good coach, you
get them to open up and shareand trust in you and confide in

(12:36):
you.
And then the ability toactually close people on calls
and generate revenue and thenget them life changing results.
Like I did all that every day, every day, every day, every day,
every day for three or fouryears while I was raising my
kids with my wife, and so I'mgrowing this business.
I'm starting to speak on stages, people are starting to hear
about me.
You know, they're reading mybook, they're seeing my story,

(12:58):
and so I got to a place where Iwas like doing seven figures as
a coach by myself on my phone.
I'm just rinse and repeat, justhustling, grinding.
But I love what I'm doingbecause I'm seeing the growth,
not just in myself, but I'mseeing my family thriving.
I'm seeing these men that I'mworking with completely
transformed, get sober, loseweight, rekindle their marriage
and relationships.
I'm like, damn, thank you Godfor giving me this opportunity.

(13:20):
Like I had to do the work rightRelentlessly, but I got the
opportunity to become thisperson and make this impact, you
know, and not a day goes bywhere I don't feel so grateful
for this life, man, because alot of people I know growing up
died.
My dad didn't overcome hisdemons, like.
Sometimes I'm like damn, I waslike chosen man.

(13:41):
You know, like when you hear mylet's say, the one, the one man
, I'm the fucking one.
I'm the one in my family, I'mthe one for my children, dude,
I'm the one.
What I'm going to do in my lifewith unstoppable and just on a
personal level is going to befucking massive, like I'm 36.
I'm just getting started, dude.
Each day, each week, each year,I'm going to get better.

(14:02):
Each fucking day I'm going tostudy, I'm going to learn, I'm
going to grow Like I'm going sofar in this life.
If God gives me another year, another 10 years, another
hundred years, I'm, of course, with Dr J dude.
I'm going to do some massivethings for humanity and that's
on my heart and that's what Godput on my heart and that's how I
know it's my path and I neverquestion it and I feel honored

(14:23):
and grateful every day and I'mso excited to do the work.
I'm so excited to get up earlyand work hard and put forth more
energy and effort and become abetter version of myself, like
I'm so grateful for the lessons.
I'm going to have to learn thestruggle I'll go through, the
pressure that I've endured.

(14:43):
I fucking love it.
I love this journey ofentrepreneurship, of personal
excellence.
I truly do.
And so you know, the coolestthing in the last year so I did
all that on my own, justfollowing that path that God put
on my heart.
You know my personaldevelopment has been the key to
me getting here.
I'd get up early every day, justlike I did in prison.
I'd connect to that message.
I'd get up early every day, just like I did in prison.
I'd connect to that message.
I'd meditate, I'd read, I'dwrite, I'd go out and run and
I'd get so fired up, dude, Iwould just share this fire,
fucking message.
It'd be like dark out, right, you know.

(15:04):
You could see the mist comingoff of my breath.
It's like 30 degrees.
I'm running fucking five, 10miles and I would just spit fire
into my phone every morning.
That's how I started my day.
That was a catalyst for successacross the board.
I would get so fired up thatlike nothing would stop me.
I'd have such positive thoughts.
Any fear or doubt, I'd smashright through it.
Any challenge in my life, I'dovercome it.

(15:25):
That's my personal development,you know.
And it got started getting theattention of people on Facebook.
I remember Victor Rancor reachedout and this was right when he
was on Bradley's podcast.
Victor was growing absolute airflows HVAC business that he
sold and he was putting onevents.
He had an event with Ed, my leg, grant Cardone, joe Montana was
there and I see him watching mystories every morning and he
starts heartening them and he'slike fuck, yeah, you know.

(15:45):
And uh, he reached out forcoaching and he hired me to
coach him for the year apersonal relationship.
And so I started doing podcastswith Victor speaking at his
events, getting introduced tohis audience he's a blue collar
business owner, right.
And at the same time, I had JoshTaylor another one of my first
one-on-one clients who's in thetrades, reach out for coaching.
Same thing he saw my passion,he saw my videos.

(16:05):
He's like dude, sean, I want tofucking feel like that.
And so I started gettingintroduced to the world of the
trades.
And then Josh Taylor would tellme dude, you got to reach out
to Tommy Mello.
Dude, you got to connect withLance Bachman.
He starts connecting me withall these guys saying, dude,
sean's got the fire man, sean'sa good coach.
Like, he helped me change mylife you got to connect with
Sean.
And so over the next year and ahalf and this was like 2019, 20

(16:26):
, 21, or what year are we in?
Fuck?
We're in 2025.
This is 22 and 23.
I'm speaking on stages with TimGrover.
I'm speaking on stages withMarcus Luttrell.
I'm speaking on stages with EdMilet, jesse Itzler, bradley
Like that was a vision of minefor years is to be on stages
with these guys and to share mystory.

(16:47):
And through everything I'msharing with you guys by posting
content online, being valuable,building relationships.
I manifested that, you know, and then, through my
relationship with Victor, I gotintroduced to the trades and hit
his stages and got on these bigpodcasts and then, all of a
sudden, man, all these differentguys from the trades were
reaching out for coaching and atthe same time, I start building

(17:07):
my team.
I hired my first coach, mattFleming.
I hired my COO, joss Braden, who's a genius with the tech
stuff and really helped meintegrate everything and put all
my passion and creativity intoa system that we could scale.
And I remember like a year ago Itold Matt I'm like dude, we are
going to become the number onecoaching company for business
owners in the trades.
Like I just see it, you knownow I got personal relationships

(17:30):
with Tommy, spoke on his stages.
Lance Bachman same thing.
Go out there and see him andspend time at his house and work
out and eat dinner with hisfamily and speak on his stage.
It's like I just saw it.
I could see it.
There's nobody helping guys thatare blue collar business owners
with their habits, with theirhealth and fitness, with their
mindset.
And I know that if you can dialthose areas in of your life,

(17:50):
it's going to help to amplifyyour business.
You're going to be a betterleader in your business, you're
going to make more money andthen you're going to be a better
version of yourself when you gohome, because a lot of these
guys go home and drink, they'renot present with their kids.
There's just all these symptoms, and I figured out how to fix
these guys and not just fix them, but help them to hit a whole

(18:11):
other level where they canthrive and crush it across the
board.
And so a year ago, I told Mattthat that's what we're going to
do, and literally our companyhas blown up since and we're
working with some of the mostsuccessful men and women who are
in the trades guys like ChrisYano of Rhino Marketing right, I
believe it's Rhino MarketingTommy Mello, if you guys know
who Tommy Mello is David Carroll, dope Marketing.
Ryan Fenn of Chirp.

(18:32):
Like.
We've been able to attract andthen build relationships with
guys who have very successfulcompanies, who are doing massive
things, and then reach theiraudiences and all their team
members, all their followers.
And so what I learned, man, inthis last little period of
growth?
It's all about having the rightteam members and then having
the right relationships, becauseI started off on my own and I

(18:55):
developed value and skills and Iwas able to make money and
build momentum in my business.
But in order to go to that next, next, next level, like in
order to go from seven to ninefigures where we're going I knew
I needed to have a badass teamof rock stars.
And I remember, like a year ago, I did mentorship with Andy
Elliott, who's my boy and he'slike Sean, I love what you're
doing, dude.
I see where you're going, butyou got to build a team.

(19:20):
You got to build a team becauseif you want to go alone or if
you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, build
a team.
And so since then, in the lastyou know year, I've been able to
build a team of 15 employees, investors, owners, team members,
like I put together an amazinggroup of people and we're now
growing at such a rapid rate, dude, we got Dr J, who's doing

(19:43):
blood work for all our clients, madeline, our dietician, a host
of other coaches and amazingpeople and team members.
And it's true, because now Ifeel like I'm not having to wear
all the hats in my business,I'm not doing all the work I
used to do.
I could focus on what I lovedoing, what I'm good at, and I
can focus on leading the otherindividuals within my business
to make sure they're doing theirjob.
So I've had to grow, I've hadto learn new things, I've had to
level up.
One of the coolest things is alot of my coaching clients that

(20:04):
I work with personally are verysuccessful business owners eight
, nine figure business owners.
I've learned a lot working withthem, seeing how they run their
operations, seeing how theyhave their system set up, seeing
how they have their KPIs, seehow they look at their numbers,
and so it's the evolution man.
It's the evolution of a kid whojust wanted to have redemption,
coming from prison in a brokenhome, to a man that found a

(20:27):
passion and believed in himself,to a guy that then developed
skills to be able to help otherpeople, and now growing into a
successful business owner andentrepreneur who could do a lot
of good in the world.
You know it's been an incrediblejourney and, like what I'd say
about Unstoppable 365, it's anextension of everything that I
felt within me all those yearsago, and now it's being

(20:49):
manifested into tangible resultsthat people can see.
But where this thing's going togo is, honestly, somewhere that
I could never have fathomedpreviously, somewhere that I
could never have fathomedpreviously.
When you surround yourself withthe right people and you're
willing to put in the work formany, many years, and you take
risks and you develop the rightstrategies and systems in your
business, dude, it's incrediblewhat can take place.
So you know, I'm calling myshot by 2028, probably before

(21:12):
then we're going to have a ninefigure business and we're going
to be reaching people all overthe world and by then we'll
probably have 100 team members.
And we're just getting started.
Man, I love documenting thejourney.
I love calling my shot, becausethat's what God put on my heart
.
I love to prove myself rightand any of the haters out there
false, but I know we got a lotof support, a lot of people that
have worked with us, that seewhat we're doing and believe in

(21:32):
us.
So thank you, guys.
