SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
This message is for
you.
(00:01):
I want to share with you in thisclip, in this message, how I
structure my days to ensure thatmy health and fitness and my
personal development isnon-negotiable.
Every day I get it done.
My health and fitness, myspirituality, all of these
things that represent me andenable me to show up at a high
level.
(00:26):
How are we doing, ladies andgentlemen?
So in this clip, you guys, Iwant to talk to you about how I
structure my days to prioritizehealth, fitness, personal
development, business growth,and family time.
Now, if you're a business owneror an entrepreneur, this message
is for you.
Oftentimes, I get a lot of thesame questions from clients that
I mentor and work with, men whoare growing their businesses,
(00:48):
men who want to be present fortheir family.
It's it's Sean, how do I put allthe pieces together?
How do I stay consistent, goingto the gym, eating clean,
growing my business, doingeverything that's required of me
in my business, and then stillhaving energy and time left over
for my family?
Because oftentimes theindividuals that I work with
directly, these blue-collarbusiness owners, they're growing
(01:08):
seven-figure businesses,eight-figure businesses,
nine-figure companies.
They're killing it.
And all their time and energyand focus and obsession is going
into scaling their business, recruiting the right people,
getting their marketing andadvertising down, streamlining
sales, generating more revenue, becoming more profitable.
In order to do that, it takes somuch focus and so much
(01:28):
concentrated effort over time.
But it comes at a cost for mostof these guys.
Over time, as they get intotheir late 30s, 40s, and 50s,
they see a massive decline intheir health, their energy,
their morale, right?
Their mental like focus andtheir inspiration that they once
had.
And oftentimes these years arejust taken by and they're not
present for their, they're notpresent with their families.
(01:49):
And this is the thing thatreally, you know, will come back
to haunt these individuals themost.
It's looking back on the wastedyears, the memories they didn't
create, the time that they werethere, but they weren't there.
If you've ever seen the movieClick with Adam Sandler, you
understand what I'm talkingabout.
You know, I watch that movie andit gets me emotional and it gets
me reflected on my life and howI'm spending time with my family
or the things I could be doingbetter, you know.
(02:10):
Um, in that movie, Adam Sandlergets in the habit of
fast-forwarding through themundane moments of life,
arguments, uh, moments that heoverlooks with family and
whatnot, even business meetingsand things that he just wants to
get through, right?
But then all of a sudden hefast-forwards through his whole
life.
And then he's older, and him andhis wife get divorced, and she
has a new husband who reallyshows her affection and love,
(02:32):
and his kids are estranged fromhim, meaning like they don't
want to spend time with him, they don't feel connected with
him.
And there's a clip where they'rebasically saying, Yeah, dad,
like you chose the business overus.
And I think there's a lot of menout there right now who are
gonna have that rude awakeningat one point.
So if that's you, if you feellike you're just fully immersed
in the business, you've let yourhealth take a backseat, and
you're not showing up as theman, the leader, the elite
(02:54):
version of yourself that youwant to be in life, this message
is for you.
I want to share with you in thisclip, in this message, how I
structure my days to ensure thatmy health and fitness and my
personal development isnon-negotiable every day.
I get it done, how I continue togrow my business week after
week, month after month, and getbigger, better results.
And how I'm always able to carveout time every day, intentional
(03:17):
time where I'm present with myfamily and we're making
unforgettable memories together.
You know, I call it the the 30per 33% rule, you guys, or you
know, basically uh itessentially you you carve out
your day into thirds.
Okay.
Now, the first third of the day,for me, that's 4 a.m.
till about 7 a.m.
That's for me to get my mindset,my health and fitness, my
(03:40):
spirituality, all of thesethings that represent me and
enable me to show up at a highlevel.
I gotta get dialed in on apersonal level before I go out
in the world and do anythingelse.
So for me, what that looks likeis getting up early in the
morning, having time toself-reflect, pray, envision the
man I want to be for that day.
I like to journal out thoughts, ideas, goals for the day, read
10 pages out of a book that'sgonna add value to my life, and
(04:02):
then I go crush a workout.
So that start to my day is acatalyst, meaning I'm creating
positive energy, right?
Positive endorphins.
I'm setting the tone for how I'mgonna show up the rest of the
day by the way I start my day.
Having a morning routine andgetting up earlier, if you're a
high achiever, if you're abusiness owner, if you have a
lot on your plate, it's the onlyway that you're gonna be able to
(04:22):
get everything done.
Okay.
Now, over time, when youoptimize your health, and this
is what I do with my company,Unstoppable 365, we take
business owners who are burntout, help them optimize their
health with proper nutrition, exercise, supplementation, blood
work, so that you feel like youactually have more energy.
You have more bandwidththroughout the day.
You sleep better, you you becomemore rested and recovered every
(04:44):
night when you sleep.
In fact, I sleep less now than Idid years ago, and I have more
rest.
Uh I'm recovered more.
I feel more rested when I wakeup in the morning sleeping less
hours.
That's because I've done bloodwork with my doctor, Dr.
J, who's also a part ofUnstoppable 365.
I figured out why my energy waslow, why my hormones were off,
why my cells weren't absorbingnutrient fully.
I healed my leaky gut.
(05:05):
I've done all these things.
I've been very proactive with myhealth to optimize my health.
So now I have more mental uhbandwidth throughout the day,
more energy, I feel stronger inthe gym, I sleep better.
Like everything's improved forme.
So getting up early is easier.
And that morning routine for meis so important because I get
focused on the man I want to bethat day.
I take inventory, I reflect, Iput the whole world on pause and
(05:27):
I get my mind, my body, and myspirit dialed in so I can show
up at a high level for myfamily.
Then I come home and help mywife get the kids ready for
school, and we always take thekids to school together.
This is a non-negotiable.
In fact, the other day I had twodifferent teachers or faculty
members go, you know, it'sreally cool that you and your
wife, and like you, you know, bring the kids to school every
day.
You make this a family affair.
She was telling me and my wife.
(05:48):
And I thought it was really coolthat they recognized that
because family is my number onevalue.
And I always want to be therefor my children, present, doing
the little things every day thatmost people overlook.
Most people just drop their kidsto school and then they race off
to work because in their mindthey're thinking about all the
stuff they have to do.
And they're already stressed,they're already behind, they're
already anxious, they're alreadylate.
And they just live in this ratrace type mentality where it's
(06:10):
on to the next task, on to thenext task, on to the next task.
But dude, if you live in amethodical fashion, like I'm
sharing with you right here, andyou carve your day out into
thirds and you'reultra-intentional, time slows
down.
And you're able to gracefully gothrough these moments, really
capturing them, absorbing them, being present in these precious
moments that you only get tolive once.
(06:31):
Not racing through them likeAdam Sandler and Click to get to
the end of your life andrealize, damn, there's no
do-over.
There's no rewind button in yourlife, you guys.
You're not gonna get to do itagain.
So stop overlooking theseprecious moments.
Every day you can soak up theselittle moments, like making your
kids snacks in the morning, talking to them, taking them to
school.
Like we play music on the way toschool, we talk, we soak up that
(06:52):
little 30-minute drive, youknow?
Um, and then the middle of myday, so this is the second
third, it's all about businessdevelopment.
I'm doing coaching calls, I'mleading my team, I'm focusing on
marketing, sales, everything Ineed to do to grow unstoppable
365.
The middle part of my day isfocused on those endeavors.
Now I can just put my blinderson and I've already gone to the
(07:14):
gym, I've already worked onmyself.
Now I can just execute in thebusiness.
Okay.
Now, the hardest part forindividuals who are running the
business or entrepreneurs isthat last part of the day.
Going home to the family andnumber one, having the energy
and mental bandwidth to bepresent.
But number two, like turning offthe obsession that helps you to
grow the business.
Because we need to be obsessed.
We need to be ultra-obsessed inorder to take a vision and turn
(07:37):
it into a tangible reality,right?
I understand that.
So, how do you go home at theend of the day and be present
and really have those reallybeautiful moments with your wife
and kids day to day and not justoverlook that and not just like
get home and still be in workmode, still be on your phone,
you know, just go through themotions.
Well, I'd recommend doingsomething that creates like a
(07:58):
pattern interrupt, right?
For me, I like to do the saunaand the cold plunge or go on a
walk, and that's like a bufferbetween workflow and work mode,
and then family time because itshifts my energy, it changes my
state.
It gets me out of that, youknow, very like analytical,
focused, like task-orientedmentality, and it gets me in a
more of a flow state.
(08:19):
Um, so for you, it might bedoing a quick meditation, it
might be just putting your phoneaway for 30 minutes before you
get home.
But then before you do get home,I want you to envision how you
want to show up for your family.
I want you to think about thethings you're gonna do and the
things you're not gonna do.
I want you to set those mentalintentions before you walk
through the door.
And before you walk through thedoor, I want you to tell
yourself, this is the fourthquarter, I'm gonna finish
strong.
You know, I want you to show upfor your family the same way you
(08:41):
do for a work uh meeting, youknow, when you're when you're
getting your guys all fired upto go out and make sales, or
before you, you know, docontent.
If you're out there creatingcontent, advertisements, and
marketing, or before you gocrush a hard leg day, you
mentally prepare yourself.
Whatever it is that requires themost of you in life, oftentimes
you're thinking about it, you'rementally preparing yourself,
you're getting pumped up to goout and crush that endeavor.
(09:01):
I want you to focus the samementality um as you do in those
areas of life when you go home.
And I want you to tell yourself, like, today I'm gonna do
something to ensure my wife likeadmires me.
I'm gonna make her just love meeven that much more with the
help I give her, the attention Ihave, uh, you know, just
whatever it is that you need todo to like win her over that
day, go into to your third thatlast third of the day, your
(09:25):
fourth quarter, with thatmentality.
Like, what can I do today tomake my wife admire me?
And then the other thing I wantyou to think about is how can I
bring joy to my kids' life?
What can I do to make themlaugh?
What can I do to have fun withthem?
Like, I'm gonna be silly, I'mgonna be out of the box, I'm
gonna do something that theywouldn't expect.
And I'm telling you, each andevery day you can do fun and
exciting things with yourfamily.
Each and every day you can dosomething spontaneous with them,
(09:47):
but it requires you to beintentional.
There's some forethought herethat goes into this, and again,
this goes back to the morningroutine.
This is why I'm so diligent withmy morning routine.
I get up and I journal everyday.
And here's my my self-masteryguide.
You guys can get this on Amazon.
If you want a copy, let me know.
I'll drop the link below.
But there's mindset training andcourses in the beginning to get
you focused on your vision, yourlife by design, why that's
(10:10):
important to you.
And then in the back, there's 90days of journaling.
So in the morning, if you get upand you're intentional and you
write down who you want to be,what you're gonna do that day,
why it's important to you, andyou're setting those mental
intentions, you're way morelikely to follow through with
action.
And the other thing I like aboutthis journal is there's an
evening section.
And in the evening, you actuallytake inventory and it says on a
(10:31):
scale of one to ten, how did youshow up today?
Rate yourself.
One being poor, ten being great, and why?
Did you get everything done thatyou were supposed to do?
Did you have the best attitude?
Did you give the best effort?
Explain more down below.
And it gives you an area toactually write out, you know,
how you showed up and how that'saffecting your loved ones and
how that's contributing to theperson you want to be in this
life.
(10:52):
So when you have these routinesin place and you're living your
life so intentionally day byday, and you have a plan that
you can execute, you're livingin thirds, like I mentioned.
The first third of the day is toget your mind, your body, and
your spirit primed and ready togo out and crush and achieve all
your goals and show up as yourbest self.
That second chunk of the day, that middle chunk, is for
business growth, productivity.
(11:12):
Let's go out and let's kill it.
Let's achieve these goals, let'sgrow our business, let's make an
impact.
And then the third, the lastthird of the day is to be
intentional with how you show upfor your family, be present,
bring that joy and that goodenergy that you cultivated in
the morning into their lives andcreate unforgettable memories
every day.
This is a simple formula thatyou can execute 365 days a year
(11:33):
that will massively improve thequality of your life.
And you won't be one of thoseguys that has a bunch of money
or a successful business, butestranged relationships like
divorce and relationships withyour kids that aren't really
fulfilling, right?
Uh, this is gonna allow you tocrush it in business, be present
for your family, also prioritizeyour health and be an example,
not another fat dad, not anotherlazy dad.
(11:53):
Like, I want you to be asuperhero down for your kids.
I want you to, you know, be anexample for other men as well.
And I want us all to set a highstandard and show people what's
possible in this life.
So, you guys, structure yourdays and thirds.
The first third of the days foryourself to get your mind, your
body, your spirit primed to beelite that day, to be your best
self.
Second third is to crush it inbusiness and continue to grow
(12:16):
and scale the business, developskills, do everything you gotta
do to get ahead financially andbusiness, and really turn those
visions you have into reality.
And the last third is to ensurethat you don't overlook the
precious moments with yourfamily, and each and every day
you're soaking them up.
And if you can execute that overand over and over, you will
create a life by design that youabsolutely love and cherish, not
(12:37):
a life that you're gonna lookback with regret on one day.
If this clip, if this messagewas valuable for you, do me a
favor, share it, tag somebody, right, and go out and execute
this formula in your own life.
