Speaker 1 (00:00):
You can be that
catalyst that just changes
someone's perspective in asecond with your energy.
I was in a jail cell, facinglife in prison at the age of 23,
and I got sober and I startedtaking accountability for my
decisions in my life and Istarted reflecting on who I
could have been versus who Isettled for, and I went through
this massive transformation.
Everyone that comes to us knowsthat they're made for more,
(00:21):
like they just feel that intheir heart and and that's a
message I articulate a lotbecause that was me 12 years ago
I knew I was made for more, butI was stuck and I didn't know
how to change.
I love seeing people go fromnot loving who they are to
loving their lives and who theybecome.
It's the most amazingexperience you'll ever have
Because, look it, when yourealize how freaking capable you
are and you put in the work tobecome that person, you can
(00:44):
never forget that.
Welcome back to another episodeof the Unstoppable Mindset
Podcast.
I'm your host, sean Crane.
Thank you, guys for tuning intothe message.
Please make sure to share, subscribe, show me some love.
I'm going to keep bringingthese messages to you and I hope
(01:06):
that you're out there pursuingyour dreams man, because, look,
I need you to become thestrongest, most elite, best
version of yourself so that wecan make a positive impact on
this world together.
You know, have you ever heardthe term the collective
consciousness?
What that refers to is likewhen I think positively, I'm
just one person and maybe I caninspire a couple people.
I'm just one person and maybe Ican inspire a couple people.
But when me and you arethinking positively and taking
positive action and then weinspire a whole group, a whole
(01:27):
community, a whole state, awhole nation, we raise the
collective consciousness.
Now people have awarenessaround what it takes to be
successful.
We educate them and wedemonstrate what success looks
like by the way we live.
That's called being theultimate example, and in order
to do that, you have to haveextremely high standards, you
have to be willing to work yourass off for long periods of time
(01:49):
and you have to fall in lovewith the process of who you're
becoming.
I can't think of anythingbetter to do with my life than
to dedicate my life to becomingthe best version of myself so I
could positively impacteverybody around me.
Like it's the best feelingknowing that you're being an
example at home for yourchildren, for people at work at
church and your community at thefucking seven 11 around the
(02:09):
corner.
Like dude, I'm bringing positiveenergy to the world.
I'm not just one of thosepeople that walk into a room and
I just have my head down andkeep it to myself Like I'm
fucking making people feel good.
I'm saying, hey, how you doing?
Oh, I like that hat.
Oh man, I saw you walk in.
You're smiling Like share thatpositive energy with the world.
Dude, you could be thatcatalyst that just changes
someone's perspective in asecond with your energy.
(02:30):
I love doing that, but youcan't do that if you're not
taking care of yourself andcreating that energy internally.
Like that's what it's all about.
Every day, when I get up, mypurpose and my sole focus is to
eradicate any negativity, anythoughts, any feelings, anything
at all.
I'm going to completelyobliterate that negativity
through positive thoughts andactions.
(02:50):
I'm going to center myselfaround gratitude, god's message
for me for the day, that path.
I'm going to go out and do thework that makes me feel proud of
who I am and in turn, I'm goingto feel so good that I'm going
to pass that positive energy tothe world.
You know when this first startedhappening to me, you guys.
I was in a jail cell.
(03:11):
I was in a jail cell, facinglife in prison at the age of 23.
And I got sober and I startedtaking accountability for my
decisions in my life and Istarted reflecting on who I
could have been versus who Isettled for.
And I went through this massivetransformation and ultimately,
I believe that God put me inthat cell for a reason and in
that moment I dedicated my lifeto God.
I remember I made a promisethat I would do anything and
everything that God called me todo in my life with the utmost
(03:31):
effort, to the best of myability.
If I could just get a secondchance to come home and show the
world who I truly was Like, that's all I wanted, man.
I wanted a chance to prove tothe world who I was, because I
had wasted my life and I knewthat I was so much better than I
had demonstrated and it fuckingate me alive.
So I went on this mission, youguys, just to become the best
(03:51):
version of myself Every day, getting up early reading,
studying, working out Like I wasmore productive in my jail cell
than I had been my whole life.
I was more consistent, I wasmore disciplined, I was more
dedicated.
You know, everything I wasdoing I was just doing to the
best of my ability and it waseven these trivial little things
, like when I'd clean my jailcell floor.
I would do it like I wascleaning a palace man.
(04:11):
With so much focus, with somuch effort, I wouldn't leave
like any little crumb, anylittle piece of dust on that
floor.
It was my palace man.
You know, I was just in thiszen state where I realized that
the effort you put into anythingis a reflection of who you are.
If my books were out ofalignment right, if my pushups
were half-assed, the way I spoke, the way I moved, every little
thing was a reflection of who Iwas and who I was becoming.
(04:33):
And so I just radically startedchanging my mentality around
life.
And so the year started passingby and I was taking college
courses and I was reading bookson personal development and I
was working out like a beast.
I was taking college coursesand I was reading books on
personal development and I wasworking out like a beast.
I was running miles out in thehot desert sun on the yard.
I was doing everything andanything I could to improve.
And I was seeing and feelingthe change in real time.
And that's when other guys injail started to notice who I was
(04:55):
and how I was operating.
And these guys would come upand go Crane, can we work out
with you?
Hey, what books are you reading?
And I started mentoring otherinmates in prison just because
they saw what I was doing andthey wanted to partake.
And I started seeing these guyschange their attitude, their
mentality.
They were getting in shape, they were running farther, they
were able to hang with me in theworkouts.
I was like damn dude, this isreally cool.
Like these are the hardest guysin the world to get to change.
(05:17):
They're in prison because theymade bad choices, just like me.
But I've seen them transform.
They're talking differently.
They have a differentconfidence and aura about them.
They're talking about careers, jobs, moving out of the place
they grew up in, like you know, better relationships are
actually changing, like theirbelief systems, you know.
All this stuff started to reallyclick for me and I realized
(05:37):
this is my purpose.
My purpose is to be of serviceto the world.
I want to share with otherpeople what I experienced in my
life, how I changed, how I wentfrom seeing the world in black
and white to these beautifulcolors, how I went from feeling
dead inside to fully alive, howI fell back in love with life
and how I've been able toexperience these inner most
amazing emotions of peace, ofenlightenment.
(05:58):
I couldn't believe that I wasexperiencing that in prison.
I had to share it with theworld.
I had to, and that's when Irealized I'm going to speak on
stages, I'm going to write abook, I'm going to build a
coaching business, I'm going tochange the fucking world.
I knew it right then.
And there I knew it.
I felt it, man, and so I'vebeen on a mission ever since to
reach as many people as possible, and the sole purpose is to
(06:19):
help them to make that shiftinternally so they can feel the
way I'm able to feel now.
I'm not saying I'm better thananyone else, but I figured stuff
out.
I went through hell and I gotout of it.
God gave me a second chance andthe stuff that I experienced is
valuable for people.
That's why I share my podcastpost on social media and do what
I do.
No-transcript unstoppable 365started as me on my phone doing
(06:42):
Facebook lives during COVID,like I'd been working as a
personal trainer and I lost allmy clients overnight because the
shutdown.
So I lost revenue and clientsand I had a family to take care
of at the time young babies, mywife, jessica, you know.
Scarlett was born, preston wasin her tummy, mason was 10.
And I was like, fuck man, Igotta, I gotta go all in.
I know that I'm made for more,I'm just holding back working in
(07:03):
the gym.
I got to change more lives andthat's when I started picking up
my phone and just sharing mystory and providing value and I
started my online business thatyear and it took off.
And so for the next two or threeyears I was grinding and I was
just hustling.
I was changing lives on Zoomand in person in the gym and on
my phone, and I was building myonline coaching business.
I was hiring business mentors,I was learning how to structure
(07:24):
and build an actual business andcompany.
But for that first two or threeyears it was straight hustle
mode.
It was just grind mode, 100%.
But I started scaling thatbusiness and I scaled it to a
seven-figure business and that'swhen I realized, okay, you know
there's levels to this game andyou know whatever goals are in
front of you or whatever thingsthat you need to change in your
life right now.
Just focus on that.
(07:44):
Don't worry about too far tothe future.
You know that next level ofawareness is going to come to
you when you need to make a newchange or take new action, and
that's what happened to me.
I would just focus on what wasin front of me.
What were the goals in front ofme?
Build a seven-figure business.
(08:09):
You I want to scale this to anine figure business if I want
to change millions of livesthroughout the world.
I got to build a team.
I got to build a bad-ass teamof individuals that can help me
fulfill this mission.
One of my first hires was my COO, who was a tech guy.
Basically, he could help mebuild the infrastructure of my
business.
I love speaking, I lovecoaching.
I'm passionate.
I like to work out.
I don't like to sit there andfuck around on a computer and do
(08:32):
tech stuff right.
So I went through an evolutionof my own development, my
knowledge right, myunderstanding of how to delegate
and recruit the right people Ishould say recruit and then
delegate how to train them, themLike.
I had to become an actualbusiness owner.
I couldn't just be Sean, whowas the guy hustling Sean, the
guy who was passionate, who hasa prison story.
I did.
I had to evolve right.
I had to change my mentalityaround my business and and start
(08:54):
to build out that team of worldchangers.
So my COO is my first hire.
I hired my first coach, mattFleming, who's been with me from
day one.
Actually, he quit his job atthe gym he was working at to
come with me full time.
And Zimmy, who's been myvideographer and one of my media
guys.
He quit working at theNutraShop, the nine to five he
was at, to come with me fulltime.
(09:14):
So those were the first threepeople that started helping me
build Unstoppable 365.
But then I knew that I had tocontinue to build and expand.
So since that moment I've hired12 more people and partnered
with 12 more people.
And the most incredible stuff ishappening right now because I
have assets around me.
I have a doctor who's on staff,dr J, who does blood work for
(09:37):
our clients.
He can provide the rightsupplements, he can provide
peptides.
He really helps people heal allthese ailments internally that
they can't see right, that youhave to do the deep dive with
the blood work to understandwhat's actually taking place.
We have Madeline, our dietician.
She's amazing, like she's aregistered dietician.
She helps our clients in waysthat I couldn't, because she has
a different set of knowledgeand skills than I do.
(09:58):
We have Whitney Jones,three-time Miss Olympia, who's
running the women's division.
Ashley Garcia, who's an IFBBpro, who's helping her run the
women's division.
So they're doing the weeklycoaching, the programming for
the fitness and nutrition forthe women, like they're helping
me build this company right.
And so we have all thesedifferent people who are now a
part of Unstoppable 365.
(10:18):
And the goals have gotten bigger, the vision's expanded, you
know, and what we're reallydoing right now is we're helping
individuals make the changesthey want to make to ultimately
become proud of who they are.
Everyone that comes to us knowsthat they're made for more Like
they.
They just feel that in theirheart and that's a message I
articulate a lot, because thatwas me 12 years ago.
I knew I was made for more, butI was stuck and I didn't know
(10:39):
how to change, you know.
And so we can expedite thatprocess for them.
We help them to start havingbetter thoughts, more positive
thoughts, changing the way theythink, because the way you think
affects everything.
Secondly is giving them ablueprint every day to follow,
with workouts, with nutritionguidelines, with daily habits,
things that if you look at thatpath, you know that it's going
(11:01):
to lead to them becoming abetter version of themselves
over time if they're consistentReading more books, drinking
more water, not drinking alcohol, not spending too much time on
their phone, getting up earlier, working out, sculpting their
physique, eating for purpose notpleasure, like all these things
that, when you add them up,create the supreme version of
who you want to become.
So every individual on ourcoaching program has a different
(11:21):
blueprint they follow.
Their workouts are going to bebased on their goals, their
lifestyle factors, their bodytype.
It's customized, same with thenutrition.
That's why we do the blood work, that's why we have Madeline on
our staff and we can reallyconstruct people's nutrition
plans based on their goals andhow to optimize their health.
And then the accountability fromthe other coaches and myself is
(11:42):
key, because if you're outthere trying to achieve your
goals on your own, you might beone of those people that can do
it, but imagine if you had abunch of badasses, a bunch of
people that really cared aboutyou a bunch of people that
wanted to see you win, constantly pushing you,
constantly checking in on you.
Do you think that would forceyou to give even just 1% more
effort in your life?
And if that 1% effortcompounded over time, who do you
think you'd become in 25 yearsfrom now with that focus and
(12:05):
mentality?
That's the beauty of coachingand mentorship it's going to
push you to give more to thislife.
That's why I have mentors,that's why I've had coaches,
because it forces us to givethat much more effort each and
every day and over time.
That adds up the last componentthat we've been able to put
together as a community oflike-minded individuals.
So the coolest thing is seeingall of these different men and
women, hundreds of different menand women on a similar journey
(12:28):
to becoming their best selves.
They have similar backgroundsfamily men and women, business
owners, people that want to livethe ultimate life, people that
have been settling but they'resick and tired of being stuck
and living as shadows of theperson they know they can become
.
So when you put together acollective group like that of
like-minded people, the energyis infectious.
When you see other peoplewinning and changing and taking
(12:48):
action, it makes you want toshow up, right, when you see
these other people who have gonethrough struggles, and they
articulate their pain points andthey're vulnerable and they
open up.
It allows you to realize, dude, you're not the only person
that's been through shit.
It's okay for you to feel theway you feel.
It's okay that you've had somebad years.
You're a human, but now you'rein a group that's going to
support you to make a change, and so the most amazing thing is
(13:11):
Unstoppable.
365 started with me just workingon myself.
Then it opened up the door forme to have conversations with
other people and show them whatI was doing, and I continued to
develop this process to thepoint where I learned how to use
my phone and technology tospread my message to people all
over the country and world.
Learned how to use my phone andtechnology to spread my message
to people all over the countryand world.
(13:31):
Right, what a great opportunitythat I've been able to have
using these phones and laptopsand the technology we have in
2020 to 25 since I've been doingthis.
But then you know, surroundingmyself with other world changers
, people that could support me,people that could push me to be
better, people that I couldcollaborate with to make
Unstoppable 365 that much biggerand better, to help that many
more people.
And now it's really thecommunity, because the community
(13:54):
, these men, these women, arethe ones that are changing their
lives.
They're the testimonials, they're the ones that other
people see on social media thatgive them inspiration, that get
these other individuals thatdon't know us yet thinking man,
if that guy, if that woman cando it, maybe I can too.
Like dang, he got sober.
He, if that woman can do it,maybe I can too.
Like dang, he got sober, he'sbeen sober a year.
Man, that guy lost 50 poundsLike, look at these individuals,
they look different, they lookhappier, like you could see the
(14:15):
noticeable change in the waythat their facial structure is,
like their physique, like Goddamn, I want that for myself too
.
And so unstoppable.
Three, six, five is growingrapidly.
And if you're a man or a womanwho feels stuck right now, if
you know you're out of shape, you haven't been working out,
you're not eating good, maybeyou have kids, maybe you need to
be a better example for them,it starts with you.
(14:35):
And if you feel like you don'thave the right plan, you don't
have the right support, you feellike just being in an
environment with other peoplewho are making change would help
you.

that are ready to make thatcommitment.

loving their lives and who theybecome.
