Matt is a lifelong artist and love of music. In this interview, Matt shares with Steiner his history or musical and artistic influences. They then discuss Matt's journey of recovery from a serious injury and how it has influenced his artistic expression to incorporate his love for the experience of live music and the joy and healing power it brings.

Matt discusses the therapeutic nature of art, the impact of live music on his creativity, and the importance of community support. Matt reflects on his evolution as an artist, the challenges of production, and the joy of collaboration with fellow artists. He also explores new artistic avenues and the growth of his brand, Croshier Designs, emphasizing the connection between music, art, and personal growth.

Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort.
