This week, I took a step back with the team to really ask ourselves why we're building this fund—not just the mechanics, but the long-term vision. It was powerful. We're aligning around being disciplined capital allocators, with homebuilding at the core, and making small decisions daily that move us closer to something much bigger. I also talk about a book I’ve been into lately, The Peaceful Warrior—took me a minute to get into it, but once it clicked, it hit hard. One big takeaway: there are no ordinary moments. That message stuck with me. In this episode, I’m sharing what that means to me right now—about being present, leading with intention, and not letting life pass by while chasing the next big thing. If you’re building something, but also trying to stay rooted in the moment, I think this will resonate.
