You're a highly sensitive person and you know that self care is something you *should* be doing more of. But it just takes so much time, money and energy, right?

Maybe ... or maybe a new perspective is needed.

What if self-caring could be a way of *being* in the world, not just something that you do when you have all the time and resources? The perspective shift I'm offering in this episode of SelfKind might help you to do exactly that.

In this episode of the podcast, SelfKind, you will hear:
- What perceived safety has to do with self-care
- The ways you can feel safer in your highly sensitive body
- A simple exercise you can explore to immediately improve your self-care (without a single dollar spent!)
- Why the way you talk to and about yourself is so vitally important.
