Whether you are on the phone or door knocking - I have some excellent ideas on how to take to pain out of the process.
These include:-
Walking and talking with assertion and confidence
Making friends with the gate-keeper
Acting as though you already have authority to do the job.
Stop boring the decision maker with dull chit-chat
Use the cold call as a data - mining expedition
Learn to love the NO's
Use every call as an opportunity to build your database.
