We all struggle with it. Even dads. How can we possible take time for ourselves when we have children… How dare you!!! This episode is about all of that. Why its important to find the time within ourselves to make the time. Moms tell me all the time they feel ashamed when they make a big purchase or leave for a short period of time. I am here to tell you that it is ok to invest in yourself. Feeling alone and depressed is a huge issue in the mom hustle. If you are hole with yourself and happy it comes full force back to the universe and your children feel it too.
