Episode-025 Give Yourself Grace and Time- With Sarah and Ashley

Giving yourself grace and time when you go through very intense moments. HEY ya’ll I am back. It has been a few weeks as I process all the big events that has happened from SIREN to me flying out to Las Vegas for WPPI. I have Sarah my lovely assistant with me as we chat about her growth and experience with being my most photographed human on the planet. She touches base on her child hood memories as well as her insecurities. We do end this episode with a trigger warning with sexual harassment and even though I find myself as a strong individual I experienced tonic immobility. I am actually extremely surprised with myself and almost ashamed on how I handled the situation. So much so, that I am going to research this topic deeper.
