Meet Paula Lamb, a South African expat now residing in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada. With a background in the service industry, physical fitness, nutrition, and personal growth coaching, Paula now focuses on supporting her clients' spiritual, mental, and physical well-being through her life coaching. Through her podcasts, *Knowing Me, Knowing You with Paula* and *Beyond to Freedom*, she seeks to entertain, empower, and inspire listeners to take actionable steps in their lives.
Paula enjoys reading autobiographies, soaking up the sun, playing pickle ball, nature walks, and spending quality time with her husband. With extensive travel experience, she believes that exploring various cultures greatly enriches our lives.
