Astrid Boot is a spiritual healer & teacher and a spiritual detective committed to go to the bottom to solve a health issue. Her specialism lies in healing and transforming emotions, relationships, beliefs and reconnecting to your intuition and self-healing abilities. She works holistically on all levels to have lasting results. She designs a personalised plan for her clients because every case is unique.
Astrid has her own healing practice from home since 2006 and has worked internationally with clients to empower them to be their authentic self, to be independent and confident, and to shine their light brightly.
Astrid is Dutch and has been living in Australia since 2011, where she married her true love, who she unfortunately lost in July 2015 through an illness. This turned her whole life upside-down and during her own healing journey without any medication, she learned a lot more about natural health ways and self-help tools. She loves sharing what she has learned with others.
She has self-published the book Meghan's Miracle Week in 2021, a spiritual book for children Year 3-6 with self-help tools to be confident and empowered.
In 2024 she has co-authored the book ‘Her Healthy Glow’ and ‘A Letter To My...’ with She Rises Studios and she has written an article in the November edition of Becoming An Unstoppable Woman.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
