The conversation discusses nursing innovation and the importance of collaboration between nurses, engineers, and software designers. It also highlights the selection process for the Hayden Vanguard Award and the upcoming conference in Raleigh. The conference will feature sim tours, lightning rounds, poster sessions, and a book signing by Pam Jeffries.
At the end, Desiree and Sabrina share their personal moments of realizing they were simulationists, such as hoarding plastic trays and shopping for moulage supplies with their families.
